Yvonne (5/5): - Die Wohnungsabschlußtür hat innen keine Klinke und konnte nur mit dem Schlüssel geöffnet/geschlossen werden. Da es nur 1 Schlüssel gab, folgte daraus: verläßt eine Person mit dem Schlüssel die Wohnung, ist die zurückbleibende Person eingesperrt !! Alle Bewohner dieser Wohnung müssen ihre (getrennten) Unternehmungen stets zeitlich perfekt abstimmen - entspannter Aufenthalt ???
Sara (7/5): - Ottima posizione, in pratica in centro storico! Struttura grande e accogliente (eravamo due coppie) è comodissimo avere due bagni. Staff disponibile (unica pecca che li ho contattati per una info ed è stata tardiva la loro risposta ma subito scusati e gentilissimi) Ci hanno anche regalato il caffè napoletano da farci! A chi serve l’ascensore (problematiche particolari) non c’è: Appartamento al secondo piano di un palazzo storico (per noi però non è stato un problema minimamente)

Tatiana (1/5): épouvantable - Rien c’est un appartement insalubre, en arrivant on nous a rien fait visiter il a juste pris l’argent des taxes italiennes et est partie. Ma sœur a voulu aller à la salle de bain et la porte lui est tomber dessus, il y a de la moisissure partout avec une mauvaise odeur, le sofa était tellement salle, l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas ( il ne nous a jamais dit sa), les ustensiles étaient sales

Na recepção em baixo do prédio tem uma pequena empresa de alguma coisa mas movimenta muitos homens e te incomodam quando você vai sair ou entrar no prédio. O prédio tem elevador porém a proprietária não disponibilizou a chave para que a gente utilizasse. Ficando muito difícil subir um milhão de escadas com muitas malas. Não gostei em geral.

Leonard (1/5): Terrible experience! - Nothing. False advertisement. There was no elevator in operation, which meant carrying our heavy bags up several steep flights of stairs. The area of the apartment was unappealing and dirty and basically seamy. Booking.com should investigate the claimed facilities and the lack of ability to interact with any person during our stay. Keep away!
