• Solveig Christina (10/5): Veldig fin opplevelse ved dette fredfulle stedet. - Ligger nydelig til nede ved vannet. God mat på restauranten, veldig bra service der. Litt isolert fra badestedene, men lett å få tak på taxi for å kjøre den korte turen til Ksamil.

• Frank (8/5): Great stay in a wooden cottage at the lake - Our cottages (we rented 3 next to each other ) had the best view over the lake and the mountains at the other side. The cottages are really very nice and large enough to accommodate 2-3 people. There is no kitchen in the cottage, but that is made up by the restaurant where they serve great breakfast and dinner. Of course there is a fridge to store your own drinks. The reception was extremely friendly and we were able to leave our luggage early so we could visit the archeological park of Butrint. Maybe the fact that the cottages are relatively close together. We were lucky to almost be the only guests at the park and had a very quiet stay, but if it is sold out there might be more noise.

• Dan (10/5): Mussel House is a strong recommendation 💪 - The location is superb, it’s so peaceful and quiet, just conversations between ducks and geese. You overlook the lake and can walk out on the pier to enjoy the view with a drink. Pretty stunning. The family that run the house are very welcoming and happy to answer any question or point out something not to be missed (like Butrant) if it wasn’t on your itinerary. Slept very well and water pressure was strong, so happy with the cabin. If you can, request #5, owner said it has the best view. You really should stay here if you can.

Le logement était assez petit mais propre et les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner était bon, c'était très agréable de le prendre sur la grande terrasse du restaurant, face au lac.

• Tereza (8/5): Ubytování v krásné zahradě - Ubytování na břehu zálivu. Sjíždí se opravdu prudkým kopcem. Chatky rozmístěné po krásné zarostlé zahradě se stromy s pomeranči a citróny. Krásné místo. Na místě skvělá restaurace (trochu dražší) jídlo hlavně mušle, mořské plody, ryby. Snídaně skvělá, milá obsluha, wifi pokulhávala. V koupelně oddělený sprchový kout - což není v Albánii obvyklé :-) Na pokoji není varná konev - hodila by se na čaj. Nic jiného mne nenapadá. Byli jsem jednu noc mimo sezonu - vše ok.

• Julie (9/5): - Propre, lieu très calme et reposant Bien placé Restaurant dans le complexe. Accueil chaleureux de la dame. Le personnel du matin un peu distant, ou indifférent... Le petit déjeuner un peu basic par rapport aux autre hôtels testé en Albanie.
• Ruth (10/5): Excellent, so peaceful - Fantastic! was so peaceful staying around the lake, bungalow was very clean, spacious, comfortable beds. The gardens are beautiful, I was surrounded by fruit trees and olive trees. The family were very helpful and even gave me a lift when I left. I didn't have a car but there are tracks the other side of the road to walk to the beaches and to Ksamil. The local bus stops at the top of the track, once I found the times I could catch it anywhere locally. If you use the bus ask the man who collects the money where you want to get off and he will stop the bus and call you as they do not always stop if you ring . The food and staff in rhe restaurant are very helpful and friendly, breakfast is very good and I also enjoyed some lovely dinners here Nothing

• Susanne (8/5): Exzellente Lage in einem süßen Bungalow. Tolles Essen im Restaurant - Die Bungalows sind sehr süß. Man fühlt sich wohl. Die Lage ist einzigartig und wunderschön. Das Essen im Restaurant mit Blick auf den See war top. Die Dusche hatte nur ganz kurz warmes Wasser. So musste man leider fast kalt duschen. Im Oktober war es sehr kalt in der Unterkunft. Die Klimaanlage/Heizung war sehr laut.

Morgens gibt es ein Auswahl an Frühstück das man in einem tollen Bereich zu sich nehmen kann. In den kleinen Häusern ist ein Klimaanlage und ein traditionelles Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber völlig ausreichend. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war insgesamt eine schöne Zeit, danke. Da fällt mir nicht wirklich was ein.
• Ronny (8/5): Sehr sauberes Bungalow mit traumhaftem Restaurant - Das Bungalow war für 4 Personen recht geräumig. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Frühstück bekommt man im Restaurant welches traumhaft direkt am Wasser liegt. Frühstück ist inklusive,allerdings nicht besonders reichhaltig. ———
• Lionel06 (10/5): Havre de paix au bord de l'eau - Hôtel au calme pourtant si près de la station de Kasmil très animée. L'hébergement dans un petit chalet en bois dans cadre bucolique avec parking de la voiture juste devant . La présence d'animaux de ferme nous a été très agréable. La possibilité de dîner sur place le soir avec une carte variée ,les tables dressées sur un ponton au dessus de l'eau avec un accompagnement musical a été pour nous un moment très agréable. Très bon rapport qualité-prix de cet hébergement. Concernant le dîner nous avons été déçu par la quantité du plat de moules servit sans accompagnement . Nous sommes restés sur notre faim d'autant plus que nous étions sur un site de production de moules ........ un rapport quantité-prix onéreux pour l'Albanie. Le petit déjeuner servit à table simple mais bon mais absence de sucré.

• Andrew (6/5): 3 days in ksamil - Lovely peaceful location, need a car to get to Ksamil as otherwise it's a 30min walk along a dark, steep road there and back. cabin needed a bit more to make it so much better, such as lighting, coffee/tea, clean towels, TV that worked, it was darky lit, we stayed 3 nights and towels were never changed or bathroom cleaned, housekeeping just came in and made our bed!? Breakfast was basic but adequate, sheerness when we asked for a coffee top up we got charged.

• Marine (9/5): Un endroit paisible et magnifique - C'est un lieu magnifique et très reposant. Les bungalows sont très propres et confortables. Vraiment l'idéal pour séjourner à Ksamil et sortir un tout petit peu de la cohue du centre ville, tout en étant très proches. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Nous avons malheureusement été malades, mais les hôtes se sont très bien occupés de nous et se sont assurés que nous ne manquions de rien. Vraiment un excellent endroit où séjourner !

• Hugo (3/5): Unfortunately not a place to recommend - The cleaning staff was friendly. The view ar breakfast is nice. Sadly enough, we cannot recommend this place. Our stay was a mixed experience. The location is not ideal. There are no facilities on site, no beach or opprtunities for swimming, so if you want to do anything, you have to get onto the extremely busy road in the direction of Skamil or Sarande. Not ideal. On the first night, we used the restaurant. Prices are high by Albanese standards, so you expect at least top quality food and excellent service. Unfortunately, as soon as we didn't order anything from the fresh cart nor wine, the head waiter lost interest, meaning no more service. After I had asked three times if I could pay and after I had stood up and said I would leave if I could not pay now (after 15 minutes of no response), the head waiter finally graced us with his presence and told me I should have asked him, not the other waiters. One of the dishes was supposed to have pasta sauce with shrimps, cherry tomatoes and prawns: it only had one prawn, no shrimps or cherry tomatoes. It feels like this restaurant only has the guest chambers because they have some unused room on the property, not because they want to give people a pleasant stay. The wooden cabins were built a long time ago and ever since maintenance has been absent. They surely don't take your safety to heart (see the picture of the fire extinguisher, which I can guarantee you will not work when you need it most). The cabin supposedly houses four beds, but that is only if you have small kids that fit in the bunk beds. There were cobwebs in the rafters (OK, not easy to remove if you are not that tall and don't get the proper tools from your emploer). The toilet flusher got stuck (spilling liters of water after flushing and an anoying sound if you want to go to sleep of course). When I asked for someone to repair it, one of the staff came and told us to press the (broken) button twice and that would do the trick. Sometimes it did, sometimes it didn't of course. Very unsatisfactory.

Jeg synes godt de kunne have lavet en lille strand, hvor der var sø, man kunne bade i søen, hvis man ville, men den indbød ikke til det

Necesita una actualización. El baño es pequeño. Las literas son pequeñas. Si mides 1,55-1,60 m no cabes bien. Las camas no son muy cómodas. El exterior del bungalow está descuidado. Muchas malas hierbas. El camino de acceso podrían mejorarlo.

• Paweł (10/5): Fantastyczny wypoczynek pośród natury - Wszystko. Lokalizacja fantastyczna poza zgiełkiem pobliskich Ksamil i Saranda. Domki wśród drzew oddalone od siebie tak że zapewniają rodzinie spokój i intymność. Cisza spokój widok na jezioro. Czysty przestronny domek. Śniadania do wyboru Salty or Sweet nad jeziorem. Personel pomocny i uprzejmy.

• Nathalie (5/5): - Le cadre était magnifique (hormis la plage) Douche rikiki, les lits à étage pour les ados étaient trop courts, le lit double grinçait +++ derrière le bungalow un réservoir se mettant en route toute les 3 minutes, devant les toilettes du restaurant avec les odeurs... Et sur le côté la route... Un chien au loin hurlant une bonne partie de la nuit, les canards faisant coin coin à chaque bruit leur faisant peur, sur la petite plage sale et non entretenue de l hôtel ou personne ne se baigne d'ailleurs. Le restaurant attenant propose de bons plats mais la qualité attendue n'est évidemment pas au rendez-vous avec un service pitoyable sans sourire et sans patience ne prenant pas en compte les divers souhaits comme d'amener les entrées en premiers et les plats par la suite, non tout est arrivé dans le désordre laissant certains convives attendre alors que d'autre avaient terminés. Nous n'avons certainement pas eus de chance, mais franchement déçus.
• JESSICA (8/5): Une vue incroyable - Le cadre et la vue incroyable au petit déjeuner La disponibilité de Linda Le chalet était propre A proximité du tumulte de Ksamil et au calme pour se ressourcer. Le chalet que nous avions choisi était à proximité des toilettes du restaurant, donc pas mal de bruit le soir et le matin les femmes de ménages.... Le pommeau de douche était défaillant et malgré notre signalement il n'y a pas eu d'intervention. Pour ma fille il manquait un sèche cheveux La literie n'était pas top
• Joy (7/5): - De ligging is prachtig, je ontbijt aan het mooie meer en dat is top wakker worden. Het personeel is vriendelijk en de kamer was super ruim. De badkamer is wat gedateerd wat soms wat gebrek had aan gemak. Verder is het zitje wat smoezelig en zit je niet mega gezellig op je veranda.

• Martin (9/5): Kan verkligen rekommendera denna fantastiska plats till alla.Utsökt mat och trevlig personal och prisvärt. Vi stannade i - Läget var perfekt. Väldigt fint att kunna äta på den fantastiska restaurangen med utsökt mat och jättetrevlig personal. Att det var Ac är ett stort pluss. De städade varje dag. Sängarna är lite för hårda och den ena knakade när man vände sig i sängen. Våningssängarna är för korta barn. Är du över 160cm då får du problem med att få plats. Saknade en badrummsmatta eller dylikt att sätta fötterna på efter duschen. De borde ha klippt grönytor långt innan vi kom. Sista dagen började de klippa men inte vid vårt hus. 40cm högt gräs och en taggig limebuske vid entrén gjorde det lite besvärligt att ta sig in i huset utan att riva sig. Helhetsintrycket hade varit bättre om de klippte gräset.

Les serviettes sont changées chaques jours et le ménage fait en toute discrétion. La clim qui s'arrête au bout de 5 minutes du coup beaucoup trop chaud dans le chalet. La tv qui ne fonctionne pas ( je ne leur ai pas signalé donc je ne peux pas vraiment me plaindre....) le petit déjeuner assez répétitif le choix entre salé ou sucré mais tjs la même chose dommage mais il était cependant bon.

• Rüdiger (9/5): - Tolle Lage am See, romantische Atmosphäre, Tolles Restaurant auf Steg im See. Nette Vermieterin! Häuschen für Familie mit großen Kindern recht klein aber machbar wer ohne großen Komfort zurecht kommt.
• Katharine (4/5): - The location is incredible. The staff were unfriendly, breakfast was disappointing (very basic, only 2 choices and anything additional eg. another glass of water / coffee / bread was added cost).
• Femke (9/5): Geweldig mooi! - Gastheer was vriendelijk en we hebben genoten van het uitzicht en het heerlijke eten! Echt een aanrader om eens naar toe te gaan. Geen.
• Gabriele Spiessl (10/5): - Sehr nette Holzhäuschen, direkt im Grünen über der Lagune und liegt in Serpentinen über dem Lokal. Das Personal ist dort sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat sich immer liebevoll um unsere Zwergdackel Dame gekümmert. Die Leitung dort ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste. Leider kann man in der Gegend ohne Auto nicht viel unternehmen. Aber dafür kann das Mussel House nichts.
• Uta (7/5): Holzhäuschen im Olivenhain - Die Häuschen liegen in einem Oliven- und Zitrushain. - Das Frühstück wird auf der herrlichen Seeterrasse eingenommen. - Abends: stimmungsvoll Tipp: Muscheln a la creme . Die Einrichtung im Schlaf- und Badezimmer ist veraltet und abgewohnt. Kein Wasser- oder Kaffeekocher. Der Abfluss in der Dusche ist schwerfällig .
