• Stewart (8/5): - Location is very close to the train station and several restaurants. Easy access to the old town. The building has several professional offices and other rentals. The actual suite is clean and very secure with locks and monitoring systems. The host is very friendly and accommodating. He recommended some nice local restaurants. The immediate area is “colourful” with numerous locals just hanging out. They seemed to disappear at night-time and none were threatening or offensive.

• Vladyslav (8/5): Good hotel for short stay - Pleasant hotel, right near Naples Central Station. There are many shops and cafes nearby, good transportation, so the location is excellent. The room was small but generally comfortable and had everything needed: kettle, tea, toiletries, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, and so on. The staff was also pleasant (Sergio is a very nice and friendly person). Overall, a decent place to stay for the not high price. The room was pleasant, but it's hardly particularly clean; it could do with extra cleaning. The soundproofing was pretty poor, and what was especially uncomfortable - the shower. Because the water in the shower constantly change temperature, going from very hot to freezing every 3-4 minutes, with almost no control from my side. It didn't prevent me from getting shower, but it was realy uncomfortable. Please do something with this and update the tap. It would also be great to have coffee machine or access to one; we are in Italy, after all.

Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza: ci ha consentito di lasciare i bagagli sia prima dell’orario di check-in sia dopo il check-out. Assolutamente consigliato.

• Davide (9/5): Buona location e buon rapporto qualità prezzo - Struttura molto pulita vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria e ottimamente collegata al centro sia per escursioni a piedi o con i mezzi (bus, metro, circumvesuviana). In zona molti locali dove fare colazione o pranzare e cenare:c’è imbarazzo della scelta. Ottima accoglienza dell’host il Sig Sergio che si è prodigato nello spiegarci i posti da visitare. Ottima comunicazione. Ci ha lasciato la disponibilità della stanza oltre orario del check out per i bagagli. Premesso che la struttura è rappresentata da un singolo appartamento e dalla presenza di n. 6 camere ovviamente la qualità del soggiorno dipende molto dagli altri ospiti perché si sente tutto! Alle due di notte è rientrata una coppia che fino alle tre non ha smesso di parlare e ridere. Quindi se avete il sonno leggero …. siete avvisati. Il ns soggiorno è durato 6 notti, nessun cambio di asciugamani durante il periodo, almeno a metà soggiorno sarebbe stato gradito.

There is an elevator on the premises for convenience. The location is great for transportation and there are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. Shower pressure was phenomenal! AC was fabulous! The seal on the bottom of the shower door was not tight so water easily leaked out while showering. Fresh towels would have been nice after day 2 or 3.

Not a good location as rough sleepers and transients around so felt a little unsafe but was very close to the train station which is what we wanted. The entrance to the Prestige is easy to miss but, once in the hotel, it is a lovely place to stay. Would have been nice to have had choice of coffee rather than just tea but there are plenty of cafes in the near vicinity.

The hotel was only 300m from the station so very convenient. The hotel location even though it was very convenient it was in a very dirty and dodgy area. We were in a group of 7 people but I don't think I would like to stay there as a solo travel. Naples could be a wonderful city to visit if the council cleaned up the area. This is not the hotels fault though. Oh and the hot water was a bit of a hit and miss. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Super convenient as it is just next to train station so great for visiting Pompei, Caserta, Vesuvius, Herculaneum, Sorrento The area near the train stations in Italy are not best; but usually are the cheapest and more convenient. So... you sacrifice not being in a beautiful neighborhood for budget; but its ok; if you used to backpacking, low budget or traveling the area is ok.

Front door bit tricky to find at side of Mexico bakery where breakfast is served, what a brilliant bunch of characters serving in there 😂. Recommend 👍🏻

It had everything I needed for one night and host was very communicative and clear with the self check in. I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to find the building but to his very very clear instructions I had no problems. It was well insulated so I also could not hear outside noise despite being so close to the station.t Location is not the greatest at night, but I did not step out at night so I was fine. Lift was not working, so dragging up luggage for flights of stairs was painful.

Not signposted at all, not safe to be walking around with your mobile phone, lots of men hanging outside this door that we were supposed to go through according to google maps. However no signs for prestige and all felt very unsafe. Passed out men at the side of the road and the door was guarded with x3 African men. Images on booking.com do not coincide with this properties location. We decided to abandon the property and felt there was no safer option than return to the airport until the morning when we could get a train to sorrento. Staff not helpful at all, did not respond to our emails. I advise you look at other options and don't book here.

• Derek (8/5): Nice stay in Napoli - Friendly host, very easy check in and good WiFi. Location is good as well. Right at train station. Our room was looking into internal courtyard so very little noise from outside. Walls are a bit thin however slept well with ear plugs in.
