Location is ok. Elevators are super noisy and loud - kinda wish the room had extra amenities like cutlery for takeout

The gym was excellent and convenient and the pool was nice The property was nice, I think it was the area in downtown LA that I wasn’t impressed with. Had to stay for a conference. - GG (9/5): We like the hotel very much. However, walking towards Grand Central Market can be dangerous. - The hotel in itself was filled with exciting features. My kids love the view of LA from our room, elevator rides, the revolving restaurant, pool and the lobby cafe. Parking was convenient, secure and reasonably priced. Pool towels were worn out.

- Celeste (5/5): Beautiful hotel, but definitely like a maze and customer service was not great which greatly took away from the overall - The hotel itself was nice. Looked and smelled clean, rooms were also tidy. Very frustrating to navigate through the hotel especially if you have a high floor. The most inconvenient part of our stay was the way we had to jump through hoops to get decent service. Everything you needed from the staff you had to pick it up at the front desk, which was a hassle and time consuming given how big the hotel is. Pool area was also so hard to find, too many stairs, hallways, and not enough direction. Some front desk staff wasn’t very helpful either, and made things more difficult when we asked for simple requests for our room.

The lobby is very fun with indoor water features and a bar/restaurant that served really good food at comparatively fair prices for 2026. Valet parking is great to have but $52 a day is a lot to ask. We wish they had another option for self park or even a suggestion for parking close by.

- Gina (10/5): - Location to Dodger stadium was very convenient. Bar food was great. Valet attendants were welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. There is a late night snack area but no one was working and the sign said they would be back in 30 minutes which was not true.

- Trevor (10/5): It was amazing, i’d do it all over again. - I liked the way it look in the inside when you first walk in especially, the pond thorighout the lobby. There wasn’t a thing i didn’t like about the property.

- Pietro (10/5): Thank you Westin. - It was clean, soundproof, amazing views, complementary food and drinks. It is worth the money, an experience by it self. I spent hours just watching through the window. Also, thanks to the girl from the reception for changing me from my room, it was to high up for me. It has a weird casino-style design but when you get used to it is pretty good. Remember, to order from uber, send them to Flower St. Room service is pretty neat and gold price, quality and quantity. They should sell water.
