I really liked the food and beverage lounge that you could access with a key card to get snacks, food, or drinks throughout the day. The only downsides were that the pool was under repair during my stay, and the bathroom curtain was dirty, with some strange brown stain on it that honestly didn't want to know the origin of. Other than that, I enjoyed everything. It's not the same level of luxury as other Marriott hotels. I expected it to be similar because I went by the Marriott name, and the other ones I've stayed at have been very luxurious. Still, it's a comfortable hotel.

• Patrice (5/5): Never returning, but I must say your parking attendant Jeffery was exceptionally professional and on - I’ve stayed at your hotel many times normally your breakfast is complementary but it was not it was $32. Your Parking was $16 in Oakland, but in Beverly Hills it was $70 per night. I was forced to park on the street in which I saw other hotel members walking back to your hotel. Because they parked on the street. I thought this is very unprofessional. It’s almost like the target bag prancing through Walmart does nothing for your marketing. I will not be staying at the hotel ever again. The hotel across the street includes the parking. It’s a joke staying at hotels today, it’s not worth it then you charge me an occupancy almost $50 when I rented the room to occupy it don’t bother. Emailing me. Your Loans was clean. Your place is gorgeous, but I’m not coming back.

• Mariia (10/5): in general everything was good - overall everything was good, friendly staff I didn't like the fact that when we arrived to check in, the room we booked wasn't there and they gave us a rollaway bed. Maybe it was because we arrived late because our plane was delayed and they thought we wouldn't be there, I don't know why. But the next day they changed our room to the one we booked.

• FidelCalgary (10/5): Excellent Stay & Great People - Nice vibe and hospitality culture. M Club staff was great and its a nice set up. Just too busy. Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member and NUAs came through so we had a nice room upgrade. If you are into Loyalty they recognize it well. You can tell the staff is well trained. Everyone was helpful and upbeat. Lots of smiles and hellos. The Lobby is fun and very comfortable. Its inviting from the moment you enter. The location is excellent. Its easy to grab an Uber or Waymo from the Lobby to anywhere. We liked the pool a lot. Service outside was lacking but its still a bit off season. Food was not amazing in the restaurant but it was ok. We had a couple minor issues and the hotel dealt with them extremely well.

Expect to be disappointed by this Beverly Hills - Being in Beverly Hills I expected it to be nicer, more well maintained, pool area is old and mediocre. • thebonvoyage (10/5): A lovely stay in Beverly Hills! - Having stayed at many hotels around the world, I can say that the level of service and genuine care for the guest @beverlyhillsmarriott is world class and far surpasses all of the five star hotels in Beverly Hills. I would like to specifically thank Saif at the front office for going above and beyond to make my stay an amazing one. I felt really welcome and I cannot say enough good things about Saif and his team, from their attention to detail to their smiles that greet you the minute you walk through the front door. • Ninevah (7/5): - Great location - quiet and near all the attractions in Beverly Hills. Staff were very kind and extremely helpful at all times. I booked a 5-night stay through Booking.com and noted my allergy on the reservation. Upon arrival, I was placed in a Pure Wellness room, however, I was surprised to find an additional charge of $25 USD per night added to my bill on check out for a "room upgrade." At no point during the booking process or check-in was I advised that accommodating my allergy would result in an upgrade fee. This lack of transparency was extremely disappointing. I'd recommend the hotel and Booking.com better communicate such charges in advance, especially when related to health or accessibility needs.
