Rasthawathana (4/5): Look for another - Only LOCATION If you are sensitive to smells, you may notice an unpleasant odor throughout the hallways, similar to an old building, as well as a urine-like smell coming from the bathroom. The towels were noticeably worn out and stained, the carpets did not appear clean, and the hot water system was extremely inconsistent. While showering, the water temperature would suddenly turn scalding hot and then switch to freezing cold, making it very uncomfortable and unsafe. Breakfast was also underwhelming, with very limited choices and poor taste. In addition, the tables in the dining area did not seem properly cleaned.

The room is spacious and well-designed, with plenty of power outlets. The shower partition is too low, causing water to spill out when using the rain shower. The towels are quite worn and no longer look clean. The air conditioning works, but it is not strong enough for the room size, so the room still feels warm even at the lowest setting.

Wong (7/5): Good location, decent hotel, general maintenance could be better - Great location, centre of Orchard, close to all the shops. Room had decent amenities. Shower pressure was weak and the temperature wasn't consistent. Our room had a bad sewage smell to it (we called the front desk to help and someone came but it didnt fix the problem). The air conditioning in the room wasn't particularly comfortable with it blowing too strong.

Breakfast was good, staff very helpful, room was cleaned very good and during the breakfast waiters helped a lot with kind smiles on the faces. In the room Very dirty ,stained carpet,old towels,and very tired rooms. We advice to choose the room looking to orchard street (takashiyamay), very quite compare to other side (sounds from AC cooling)Room was humid and no hygienic shower and fungus in the bathroom.

Alexandra (8/5): Gut - Freundlicher sehr später Empfang möglich, da wir erst sehr spät ankamen, gut vom Flughafen mit öffentliche verkehrsmittel erreichbar, direkt im Zentrum, schöner Pool , fitnessstudio vorhanden , es gibt ein Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, gerade der Teppich, sehr hellhörig. Die Qualität des Frühstück war nicht besonders. Der Preis war für das Zimmer nicht angemessen, aber das bedingt singapur.

Morag (2/5): We would never return here- it is definitely not a 5 star hotel. - The pool area was great. The rooms on floor 7 were really old and poor. Furniture was not good condition with carpet stains and scratches on furniture. There was a bad smell on floor 7 which the hotel tried to mask with strong perfume and humidifiers. This was unexpected for a five star hotel, especially when they were “upgraded” rooms. We had a poor lunch one day too where they got our children’s meals wrong twice. Eventually we had to abandon the meal as my children were starving. No compensation or major apologies were made.

Duc Lam (7/5): Services, location and Staff are excellent. The facility is bad. - 1. The Pullman Hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Orchard Road, with easy access to shopping malls. Transportation is very convenient, whether by taxi or MRT, making it ideal for a holiday stay. 2. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. 3. The breakfast is very good, and my family really enjoyed it. 4. In particular, the baby crib service is excellent. I traveled with my family and a 2-year-old child, so a crib was essential. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Pullman. 1. At night, while sleeping, even though all doors were fully closed, cold air was still coming through gaps around the main door. This caused my child to catch a cold during the night, and I had to wake up 2–3 times to keep my child warm, even after turning off the air conditioning. Later, we discovered that the gap under/around the main door was too large, allowing cold air from the corridor to flow into the room. 2. There was a strong urine-like odor in the bathroom. When we first entered the bathroom, the smell was very strong, and even after housekeeping the next day, the odor did not go away. 3. The shower head in the bathroom was installed too low, and the temperature control was very unstable. At times the water was too hot, and at other times it was too cold, which was very inconvenient.

Rachelle (8/5): Comfortable & Centrally Located on Orchard - convenient location and central. comfortable beds Clean areas The fact that you need to cross over to the room elevators passing through 4th floor which is the recreational area (pool, cafe, buffet area). The rain shower in the room didn’t feel like rain shower. The flow of water was just too slow & water pressure was just too weak. We had to use the handheld shower to shower our heads.
