• Yalcin Kaya (1/5): Because of this experience, unfortunately, I would not consider staying here again in the future. - We were given an apartment on the fifth floor, and the stairs were extremely exhausting and difficult to use. The most disappointing part was that no staff member helped us carry our three suitcases to the fifth floor on the first day, so we had to carry everything ourselves and were completely exhausted afterwards. We later requested a lower-floor room, at least slightly lower if possible, but unfortunately no assistance or flexibility was provided regarding a room change. In addition, there was a water leakage problem in the kitchen area of the apartment. Water was constantly leaking onto the countertop and this issue continued throughout our entire stay. Although the room itself was nice, the fifth-floor situation, the difficult stairs, the lack of support with the luggage, and the unresolved maintenance problem made our overall experience quite negative.
• Beverly (10/5): Lovely stay, highly recommended vintage hotel. - The lobby was lovely, with a coffee machine! We were able to open the window in our room, which is unusual and preferable. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, and the shower was great! A little surprising that we had to take the elevator to the 6th floor, then walk down to the fifth floor to our room. A funny quirk in a very old , charming building. The staff personally met us at the 6th floor elevator to personally show us how to get to our room, which we appreciated.

• Janina (9/5): Nice hotel near Paddington station - A lovely hotel in a great location, right next to Hyde Park and just a 10-minute walk from Paddington station. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, with good beds. I've stayed here several times for business and have always had a pleasant experience. The prices have increased quite noticeably recently, which makes it less of the good value option it once was. The townhouse rooms involve a number of steps which can be awkward to navigate with heavy luggage. It's also worth knowing that rooms on the lower floor have small shower cubicles, whereas the upper floor rooms benefit from much nicer walk-in showers, so it's worth requesting a higher floor when booking if you can.

• Jürgen (1/5): 2x Kellerzimmer viel zu laut keine erholsame Nacht möglich ohne Gehörschutz - - Top Lage - freundliches Personal - sauber 1. Extrem laut, wir haben Zimmer im Keller bekommen! Wir waren sehr überrascht das es so etwas überhaupt gibt. Man geht im Erdgeschoß rein da ist der Empfang. Und dann ein Stockwerk nach unten unter der Rezeption. Unser Fenster zeigte in einen unter Erdniveau liegenden Lichthof ca. 1 Meter vom Fenster entfernt war ein Technikraum der vor meinem Fenster mit offenen Holzlamellen versehen war (was auch immer da drinnen ist es muss sicher hinterlüftet sein) rechts vom Technikraum Kabel und mehrere Wärmetauscher vermutlich von Klimaanlagen. Besser erklärt: - von in der Früh bis sehr spät am Abend hört man Züge, die sich anfühlen als ob Sie über das Zimmer fahren obwohl ich keine Schienenfahrzeuge in der Nähe gesehen habe / einzige Erklärung ist das es unter Erdniveau ist und sich etwas überträgt - im Technikraum vor dem Fenster springt im 10 Minuten Takt irgendetwas an, klingt wie eine Mischung aus Kompressor und Lüftung und das auch die gesamte Nacht durch!!! - die Wärmetauscher springen auch ab und zu an die waren aber vergleichsweise leise Man hört aber alles durch auch wenn die Fenster geschlossen waren!! - Restaurant ist auch im Keller das hört man auch Wenn man sich für dieses Hotel entscheidet unbedingt Gehörschutz fürs Schlafen mitnehmen oder gleich vorab auf ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken bestehen! Punkt 2 und 3 sind für mich egal gewesen aber für andere vielleicht wichtig: 2. Badezimmer und Badezimmerfußboden war eiskalt (im Mai) vermutlich weil Kellergeschoß 3. Der Fon in meinem Zimmer hat nach paar Sekunden Betrieb massiv gestunken hab Ihn dann nicht mehr verwendet Wir waren 3 Tage, also nur 2 Nächte in dem Hotel und hatten 2 Kellerzimmer. Unser Zeitplan war daher voll.

• Stella (7/5): - Struttura ristrutturata con gusto, stanze della grandezza giusta (oserei dire grandi per gli standard di Londra). Lo staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, la metro è a soli 10 minuti di cammino, la fermata del bus invece dietro l’angolo. Nota di merito per il bagno, pulito e funzionale. Visto che avevamo la stanza al piano -1, l’affaccio era sui motori dell’aria condizionata. Per cui la stanza risultava essere anche molto rumorosa.

• Joost (9/5): Mooi hotel in Victoriaanse stijl vlakbij Kensington Gardens - Mooi hotel lijkt met hele nette gerenoveerde kamer. Alles mooi en strak. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Perfecte ligging vlakbij Kensington Gardens en metro Op de Kamer was wel erg warm ondanks open raam en airco. Buiten was het nog niet warm, dus weet niet hoe het hier op warme dagen is.

• Sarah (7/5): War ok, aber Preis deutlich zu teuer - Die Lage war gut, nahe am HydePark genau was wir wollten, auch UBahn oder Bus ist gut zu erreichen. Die Größe der Wohnung ist ebenfalls gut, man hat einiges an Platz. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. man darf kein deutschen Standard hier erwarten, alles sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus aber guckt man näher ist alles schief und krumm. Fliesen die Risse haben, Türen die man nicht zumachen kann udn über den abgesenkten Boden im Hauptschlafzimemr sprechen wir lieber nicht. wenn man Kochen will sollte man die Feuertreppe aufmachen ansonsten schlägt der Rauchmelder zu weil das Fenster in der Küche sich nicht öffnen lässt. Alles ist hellhörig, selbst mit Ohrstöpsel lässt sich das Trampeln über einen nicht aushalten.

• Judith (7/5): Paddington - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super gut, der Hyde Park quasi vor der Haustür, Paddington um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt Tee, Wasser , Kaffee auf dem Zimmer sowie in der Lobby. Das Einzelzimmer ist sehr klein, ich hätte mir ein paar Kleiderhaken zum Aufhängen und Boards zum Ablegen gewünscht. Für 2 Nächte war' aber kein Problem.

• Fernanda Jiménez (10/5): Excelente - El hotel es increíble, la recepcionista Pratibha es la mejor! Excelente ubicación, zona muy segura y céntrica. ¡La habitación espectacular! El lugar es hermoso y limpio, todo el personal es muy atento. Lo recomiendo 100%. Tiene servicio de buses y estación de tren cerca, el hyde park está a la vuelta de la esquina, muchas tiendas donde poder comprar comida, arreglar tu celular en caso de emergencia, cafeterías etc. La recepción es hermosa, quizás los pasillos son un poco pequeños y el elevador también, pero nada mas! Vale la pena si lo consigues a un buen precio. De los mejores lugares que te puedes quedar en Londres. Zona segura y tranquila. Elevador pequeño
