They were simply amazing all around. Though some of the interior feels dated with dark wood etc it has a charming cozy feel that you don’t get at larger hotels. It truly is a boutique hotel with all the charms and superb attentive service that you could ever want. We were upgraded to a larger room without even asking. Emails were responded to within hours. Location is amazing.

- Tracey (10/5): Baglioni Hotel London - The hotel is located across from Hyde Park and near excellent restaurants and pubs. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were quite large compared to most hotels. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was included daily and the service was exceptional in the dining room and bar. We especially enjoyed visiting with Filip in the bar during the evening.
- Robert (4/5): - This property should not be a five star. It is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at in London with a 5 star rating. All the furniture and furnishings are chipped and stained. We had sticky tape holding tiles together in the bathroom. Chairs and headboards were stained. The bathroom had watermarks all over. The staff were friendly and I can’t blame them. It what a disgrace of a hotel.

- Joseph (8/5): - We stayed here for 8 days. The Baglioni is in a perfect area for exploring London while also quiet - it’s right next to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. The largest Whole Foods in London is 5 minutes away along with any other shop you might need on Kensington High Street. The included breakfast is a great value. The staff are excellent and helpful. Note that only suites have a park or street view - other rooms look into a courtyard which is very quiet. The spa and gym looked pretty good though we didn’t use them. Buses and underground stations are very close to get around easily. Plus several of the main museums are walking distance.

The breakfast was nice but we were sat amongst a sea of uncleared tables. The hotel is definitely only an equivalent of a 4 star - there are better in London for equal money. I would not stay here again or recommend it. Overpriced for the service.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was courteous, helpful and kind to our children (especially the restaurant staff). The rooms were wonderful, clean and large. While it took a few minutes to figure out the lights switches, the hotel room exceeded our expectations in every way! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Worst example was at the restaurant for breakfast, we had to leave for the airport so asked if they could accommodate a relatively tight turnaround (40 minutes isn’t that tight but was trying to be safe), not only did we not receive any food (literally just ordered eggs and toast…) but when I asked after 30 minutes if we could just get it in a box to go, 10 minutes later still nothing. Left hungry and annoyed. Completely ridiculous and certainly not the standard for a hotel of this supposed to quality. Left a bad taste in my mouth (or rather no taste at all), and I won’t be returning to stay here again.

- marianne (6/5): Nice but not the best - Was disappointed. We had just come from the Waldorf in Edinburgh and this did measure up at all and was hundreds of $’s more. Their website is amazing but we didn’t feel it reflected the actual hotel. Our tv did not work from tues to Fri. even after several reports to front desk. Our phone also had issues. We were given probably a depressing room-tiny w/no view yet the hotel seemed empty…. AFTER we had checked in I saw an email about bidding for an upgrade. No mention when we did check in for an upgrade🤔. It was fine overall but I’d not stay there again. The maids were wonderful, the concierge helpful, Raphael in the dining room was authentic, kind and caring. Food was excellent. It was in a nice quiet area and we were able to walk a few blocks to great coffee and pastries each morning. Not close to the tube so taxis were our transport $.

- Phillip (10/5): Perfect for Royal Albert Hall - We booked Baglioni since we had three events in five nights at the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We did not use the spa as we were busy elsewhere. Staff seemed predominantly Italian and were very friendly and helpful. The valet parking facility was very useful as we travelled from the west country and can no longer rely on the trains.

The hotel very kindly upgraded us to a Junior Suite and in there we found handmade chocolates a bottle of Prosecco. We were so touched! The hotel had everything we needed in a great location. Everything you needed in the room and a very comfy bed. Everybody that works at the hotel provides a excellent service tailored to each individual. Nothing was too much trouble!

Walking distance to Kensington Palace, Victoria and Albert Museum and Museum of Science, Harrods good restaurants and just 8 minute cab rides to Mayfair area and Piccadilly for theatre and food and shopping. Bar at the hotel was a nice respite at the end of the day or after theatre or late night dinner somewhere. Staff is Italian and very attentive. Food is excellent. Didn't have a bad meal. Concierge Donato is THE BEST . Well run hotel, comfortable rooms and beds and lovely decor
