Restaurant and food were superb, The area has many top class places to eat and drink, and close to all that London has to offer. Not much to complain about! All staff are friendly and helpful! • Annette (7/5): Beautiful hotel with great service, but with the most uncomfortable beds. - The service of the staff is impeccable, and the location is great to explore the neighbouring areas. This is one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I have ever had. The bed was not big, yet it was put together by to single beds which made it feel as if they were seperating as I slept in the middle. It was very uncomfortable, and unfortunately I did not have a good night sleep at all. I also do not like that I was charged a service fee of 15 pounds per night, with no explanation as what this was for.

While my visit was for business, I truly hope to return for leisure in the future. The entire staff was incredibly professional and kind. I would like to extend a special thank you to Ellen at reception, who efficiently resolved a significant issue upon my arrival. I would also like to commend Federico and Stefano at the rooftop bar; their exceptional service and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. From the welcome and breakfast to the cleanliness and room quality, every aspect of the experience was top-of-class. As someone who travels frequently, this was a wonderful surprise. Thank you all for a perfect stay. I look forward to returning soon.

We can’t get over the incredibly warm and welcoming experience we had at the hotel. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to do everything they could to provide great service. We have never had a hotel service experience that came close to the one at this hotel. It’s hard to imagine anything better. Thank you to the entire team there. You made our trip-of-a-lifetime, first ever London experience just wonderful!

The 4 of us are from North Carolina and our friend was sick on some of the trip, they called ahead to the Dr and made sure she was well cared for. Ellen also sent us things to do in our next adventure since she was from Ireland. I cannot recommend them enough and if we ever get the chance to return to London we will definitely being staying here.

Staff were wonderful, couldn’t fault them at all. We had dinner in the restaurant on Friday evening and I really don’t understand why more people don’t eat there? I know Afternoon Tea is very popular, we had the best Dover Sole there and the starters (my husband said) was far superior to the same starter he had in a very very known fish restaurant in Mayfair (Begins with an S!) The level of service was to the standard we have received stay at other luxury London Hotels (Ritz,The Goring and Savoy) We will definitely be back. Nothing it was perfect, highly recommend

The respect they have for each other and this historic property is simply infectious- taking you back to a time of decorum with old world charm & personal attention; like a time in distant history! They make the experience extraordinary and one feels at home each time we stay! From the front door greeters offering some Tea when my wife had some sniffles, to the over the top service of having their famous Soufflé dessert (not usually served on the Roof Top) delivered and enjoyed in the outside breezeway on the roof! When others might say "No, we aren't allowed to have the soufflé on the roof"! Anoushka made it happen for us and that is what True service is all about!!! Allowing your clients to enjoy life, bending the rules (the soufflé was perfectly presented and had not "fallen" on its journey from the first floor, not that we would care, but that was the chefs concern:)....and everyone was thrilled!! Thank you one and all-the whole Mayfair Team-you will always be our London Home!

• 261deirdreh (10/5): Another relaxing visit - Have stayed at the Chesterfield a number of times as we love the location, hospitality and the quiet rooms, always a bonus when you are in a busy city. Not forgetting the staff especially the breakfast room staff who are so attentive and a special mention to Annouska in the bar who made us so welcome. Also we were delighted to see Josep the doorman again, he is a gentleman. Looking forward to our next visit.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Ausstattung stilvoll und stimmig. Besonders das À-la-carte-Frühstück hat mich gefreut – es ist nicht nur köstlich, sondern bringt auch eine angenehme Ruhe in den Frühstücksraum, die man so selten findet. Das Chesterfield ist genau das, was man sich von einem Hotel wünscht, aber heutzutage kaum noch bekommt: echte Gastlichkeit, Atmosphäre und Stil. Absolute Empfehlung! Extra plus für mich als Fotografin - es gab nicht nur eine ausreichende Anzahl von Steckdosen und Usb Ladestationen im Zimmer, diese wurde auch geladen wenn der Zimmerschlüssel nicht steckte bzw ich nicht da war.

And when it do arrive it wasn’t even chilled so surprise spoilt sadly And then afterwards ice bucket and bottle left in room by cleaners for two days until I personally moved Just a small detail which takes the edge of a special occasion and the hard work and fabulous services provided by the other staff But I’d definitely recommend the hotel and and front of house staff etc

• 647veep (10/5): Amazing afternoon tea experience! - I booked the afternoon tea for my sister’s birthday, and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, and Tiffany in particular was outstanding. She was such a fun, welcoming host, fantastic with children, and made the whole afternoon feel extra special. The experience itself was so unique, with unlimited refills and a lovely pick-and-mix to take home at the end. The staff also brought out a cupcake with some sweets and sang happy birthday which my sister loved. Those little touches really made it stand out, and it was easily the best afternoon tea in London. They also cater for a halal diet which is always a plus. We're already looking for our next excuse to come back!
• 967maddiem (10/5): EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS - Book the hotel. This was the greatest hotel experience of my life! Wow, wow, wow! As my title reads, the Chesterfield Mayfair exceeded my expectations. The room is lovely and the bed is SO comfy — I slept so well. And the service! Oh my, the service! Top notch. There are doormen who truly care for your safety (I am a young woman traveling alone). Staff were attentive to every detail. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with two bars that you must try. I especially loved the live music from the pianist! I recommend paying for the breakfast every morning - this was also a special experience. Staff made me feel like royalty at breakfast and greeted me by my name! Shoutout to Loris, Vitali, Anoushka, Elaine, Nina, and Stefano - thank you for your attention this week. I am considering visiting London again just for this hotel, it was THAT good. And it is conveniently located, about 15 min walk from Bond Street Station. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
