• Selin (8/5): Excellent stay, can book again! - Staff was so friendly, location was perfect it so close to tottenham court road and there is bus station caller museum street in front of the hotel. There is european plug in the room which is nice detail. Room was so clean and quite big for london. Queen bed was big and comfortable. The extra bed was so uncomfortable. I told the staff about that they should consider it.

• CAROLINE (1/5): very disappointing. never again. - The location on arrival I was informed that I had been upgraded to a King bed room, which I did not want as I was staying with my daughter and wanted 2 beds. They told us we had to leave the room and advise them of this before 5.30pm ( we checked in around 4pm) for it to be made into 2 beds. When we got to the room however, it was 2 beds, not the king size upgrade. On inserting the card for electricity, the slot fell apart. We managed to put it back together so it worked. Overnight, there was a-lots of mechanical noise which kept us from sleep. The person in the next room sounded like he was urinating in our room. In the morning, the shower was scalding hot with no ability to make it an appropriate temperature, so we could not shower.

Accessible à pied depuis la gare de St Pancras. Chambre silencieuse donnant sur rue calme à l’arrière de l’hôtel. Literie confortable. Attribution d’un voucher pour chaque jour pour lequel on demande de ne pas faire la chambre Petit déjeuner indigne d’un 4 étoiles : faible choix et qualité médiocre. J’avais réservé une formule petit déjeuner inclus sinon dès le 2ème jour je serais allé le prendre en dehors de l’hôtel. Problème de réglage de température dans la chambre : on a eu froid la 1ere nuit.

• Helviira (8/5): Excellent location - Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and cozy hotel, with comfortable bed and working air conditioning. Room was quiet. Due to a system failure, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned. The staff initially had difficulty understanding what had happened and the phone in the room was not working properly. Eventually we were moved to another room. The breakfast was limited, nothing fresh or lactose-free. The elevator was slow and small.

• Mark (9/5): Would recommend to friends. - Lovely hotel in a great location, close to transport, restaurants and main attractions. The shower ran out of hot water in the mornings if we didn’t shower early enough.

• Douchka (8/5): - -Petit déjeuner très bien. Du vrai café disponible ce qui devient rare dans les hôtels -Emplacement au top -C'est plutôt calme. Pas de bruit de chambres voisines. Je suis déjà venu mais je n'ai jamais eu encore une chambre donnant presque entièrement sur un mur. C'est très désagréable Petits désagréments: -serviette de toilette avec un trou. Ca ne correspond pas au niveau de cet hôtel -poubelle non vidée -le système de réglage de l'eau douche/douchette. Si on veut uniquement utiliser le réglage "douchette" on est obligé de passer par le réglage "douche" et donc on a automatiquement les cheveux mouillés alors qu'on ne le voudrait pas. -il serait préférable d'éliminer les baignoires à la fois par économie d'eau et aussi pour la sécurité. Enjamber la baignoire est dangereux pour les personnes plus agées.

Le personne qui nous a accueilli pour le petit déjeuner était très agréable et souriant. Le personnel de la réception ne parle pas français et n’a pas fait d’effort Nous avons était embêté par plusieurs bruits une fois une alarme en plein milieu de la nuit, la fenêtre qui s’est ouverte impossible a fermer et le bloc Clim a l’extérieur qui faisait un bruit terrible.

• Raed (9/5): A great hotel for tourism in London! - We liked the room size, it was very spacious. They also let us check in early which was a pleasant surprise. The location was also very convenient, especially for visiting the British Museum. The shower was not very hot.

• Cynthia (8/5): - The staff was nice and the location was convenient. We stayed for a week and we were given a room with a view of a wall with a window ledge that had a bunch of trash in it. The toilet wouldn't flush well. We had to flush four or five times to get solids down. We were told the toilet needed a part but we never got it fixed. The room would have benefited with another chair.

Great base for exploring London and very easy to get to and from Heathrow too. The smell of cleaner in the lobby area was nauseating. Some details were spotty, for example holes in a towel and a bathroom window latch that was falling apart.

• Bertrand (7/5): Deux jours à Londres - Le service (restauration), l'emplacement idéal de l'hôtel, la propriété (de l'hôtel et de la chambre) et l'accueil par un personnel serviable et sympathique. La chambre aurait pu être mieux équipée pour ce prix et le standing de l'hôtel. Il n'y avait qu'une seule chaise et pas de table d'appoint (de salon). La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas correctement (entraînant du froid, du bruit et accessoirement une surconsommation sur la climatisation)

• Monique (6/5): Simple, Clean, Great Location - Location was perfect. Oxford Street shopping, Soho, The British Museum and tube stations just a short walk away. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean. Room was a good size. Needs a bit of TLC. Lobby and main areas seem ok, but the room seemed a bit worn.
• Kin Sang (9/5): Very friendly and cosy hotel. excellent location for visting central London. - It's at an excellent location, round the corner from British Muesum and short distance to Tube station, and bus routes right at the front of the hotel. Walking distance to Covent Garden too.

The hotel was clean, staff amiable . Breakfast was dissapointing. No vegetables, hardly any fruit. Average coffee. Needs improvement .
• Screvo App Kft (10/5): - We were specifically looking for an authentic place to stay in the city center, so everything we wanted to see during our visit would be easily accessible. It’s a beautiful, classic English building, with its interior very well preserved. The accommodation was comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful. Everything is just a few minutes’ walk away.

• Jonathan (9/5): Very good for central London. - Well located for both the opera and Euston station so able to avoid the Tube. Upgraded to an executive double which was spacious and comfortable. Easy to control ambient temperature. Good water pressure. Good linens and a bathrobe that actually fitted rather than being for someone of diminutive stature. Well supplied with coffee and tea etc. I prefer a walk in shower but that’s personal taste. However the bath was very slippery to stand in. I only noticed the offer of non slip bath mat when taking a shower! Not quite as clean as one might hope - evinced by that one could see the track of the mop on the floor (not reaching the skirting board)
