The location was super. Staff were friendly and helpful. The fruit selection of the breakfasts could have been a bit better. A larger selection of meals at the restaurant and snack bar would be appreciated.

Slippers is something you need to ask at reception, why not to put them in the room. Bathrobes that were mentioned as part of the room were not available at all. Bathroom might need some refreshment.

• reema (4/5): I’ll never come back to this hotel and even I talked to my employer to discontinue dealing with them for corporate rates - It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in London and will never go back . The staff are very rude and not cooperative I had a bad experience with them from the first day , not well trained and I couldn’t see anybody smiling until I left , I have stayed for 2 weeks and booked 3 rooms although same behavior among all the staff even their supervisor was worse I think he’s Turkish and the name udin if I’m not mistaken. They double charged me and not acted as it’s not big issue ! The amount was more than £1500 and caused me interruption with my credit card issuer to refund the amount back . Other hotels they compensate the customers to pleased them and to insure comfortable stay but they didn’t care even we told them that care about your reputation they said do whatever you want and complain!!!

There was a piece of missing carpet on the bathroom threshold with exposed carpet tacks which caused pain standing on!

• Joanne (6/5): Overpriced for the offering. Comfortable, quiet room in a great location. - Good location, comfortable room. Breakfast offerings were great, but very busy. As a solo traveller, my table was cleared and someone else allocated when I went to get more food, it was sorted after a wait, but there should be a system for this. Thankfully I arrived early, there was a large queue when I left. Check-in was efficient using self-check-in, but given the cost per night I expected a personal service.

Saat 13:00 gibi otele geldik giriş saatinin 15:00 olduğunu biliyoruz amacımız valizi emanete bırakıp şehri gezmek ancak resepsiyonda işlemlerimiz yapılmaya başlanınca bir çok tesiste olduğu gibi odanın müsait olduğunu ve girişimizin yapılacağını düşündüm ancak işlemlerin sırasında satın aldığım pakete ek olarak sürekli ekstra hizmet ve fiyat bilgisi verilmesi ve son olarak 'odanız hazır ancak giriş saatimiz 15:00 isterseniz ekstra 50 pound ödeyerek odanıza geçebilirsiniz demeleri bize çok itici geldi ( çıkış saati 11:00 giriş saati 15:00 aradaki 4 saat süre odaların hazırlanması için olmalı ekstra ücret kazanmak için değil ) ayrıca rezervasyon esnasında ücretini ödediğim odanın tekrar parasını çekmeye çalışmaları tam bir fiyaskoydu !!! Otelin konumu, temizliği, odaların ferah olması gibi tüm önemli detaylar bir anda gözümde değersizleşti.

• David (8/5): Très bon séjour à Londres - Emplacement idéal centre de Londres (Hyde Park + métro Marble Arch). Bon accueil, mais uniquement en anglais. Ayant eu une chambre avec des meubles vétustes et au-dessus des climatiseurs le premier soir, on nous a gentiment changé de chambre ensuite (meilleur emplacement et nettement moins bruyant). Musique trop forte au petit déjeuner et les employés débarrassent les tables pendant qu’on mange. Impossible donc de petit déjeuner dans le calme (trop de pression).
