• Rutept (9/5): Great stay - I really enjoyed the facilities and the staff, they were very helpful. Breakfast was also nice and the swimming pool is big enough for several guests (there are about 10 chairs or so and 2 umbrellas). There, there is also a shower and bathroom and even lockers. I also appreciate that is not such a busy area but it has enough local restaurants to pass by. We got a massage at their spa (working until 10pm. Pay on the spot), which was great.

We were met by the General Manager who happily showed us all around the various types of rooms & facilities & made us feel very welcome. The staff all wore uniforms so it was clearly visible which department they worked in, but irrespective of the department they were all very pleasant & courteous, with at least a basic understanding of English with a large percentage having a good standard of English. This is a four star hotel but far better than five star hotels that we experienced elsewhere during our holidays. We were really impressed with it that we have already booked directly with the hotel for our visit next Spring. As previously stated about how impressed we were with the staff We would like to give a special mention to Mrs Lan Anh, Customer Care Staff.

The location of hotel is a bit far away from the downtown but it is convenient for business trip outside of the city. There are also various food options nearby the hotel. The only thing I think they should improve is the breakfast, it will be better if they can offer more types of food and improve the taste. Overall, it's a good experience for me to stay here, I will come back next time in my business trip.

The bathtub was great but the shower is in need to a clean from calcium it was impossible to use. The swimming pool and the gym look dated, they definitely need a refresh, especially the gym have some rusty pieces. The hotel looks not really a 4 star hotel. And I know its difficult but staff that speak a basic English it's mandatory. The position isn't central, if you look something quiet it's ok, but you need a taxi to go and back from the center.

Breakfast was good and we had a very good stay and without doubt would stay there again. The staff could not do anymore for you, they gave us good advice where to eat and where to exchange money. Gym was small but equipment was good (no bench press or heavy free weights) it got the job done. Breakfast chef did your eggs or Omelettes however you wanted them....very very nice stay.....thank you to all your staff who are a credit to the hotel. OK, I do feel bad about bringing these up as we had such a nice stay at the hotel. The pool could do with a bit of maintenance. The tiles around the pool have rough edges and feel like sandpaper. A few of the tiles are also chipped and it is clear to see that they have been patched up in other places which is why they feel quite rough. The water in the pool wasn't maintained and need to be cleaned more often. I do understand that as most of the customers who stay there are Asians and Asians don't like the sun. So even though we had the pool to ourselves most of the week which was great, I did feel that it still needed to be maintain more regular.....having said that....great pool area and great view from the roof top pool.

Only stayed here 3 nights wouldn't have stayed any longer The location is at the end of an alley way, quiet location but about 25/40 minute drive from main tourists shops, train street, note coffee, banh mi 25 etc. The massage ladies in Lotus Spa the hotel massage ladies - STAY AWAY - they are inappropriate and disrespectful. I attended with my husband and the lady tried to get a tip by offering sexual services very disrespectful, the street massages were more respectful

• Chin (10/5): Best Value Luxurious staycation - absolutely love the bathtub and room amenities. it’s excellent for couple or family who wants to take a short break from work, release stress by enjoying the soaking bath tub filled with bubbles and crystal clear swimming pool. the room is clean and bright.

The bed linen is extremely comfortable and skin-soft which makes me feel cozy. They even provide shaving kit , which is very suitable for me who comes to hanoi for work. it is not as noisy as old quarter as well. if you are here for work and require serenity for brainstorming, this place is highly recommended.

• Mark (5/5): Decent hotel, rubbish area for tourists - Breakfast was good, rooftop pool and view were also good, room was comfy and clean. The area is a little outside the old quarter, so western tourists be prepared to be stared at by everyone, it's pretty annoying after a day or so. The security guards at the hotel are also the same (which I raised with the hotel). Not a bad hotel, but rubbish area for western tourists.

It was quite far from the centre. there was a lot of selection for breakfast. staff were friendly. when I did go for breakfast there was a few hairs in the bread and when I showed the member of staff she thought it was funny. it was quite hard to communicate with reception over the phone I usually had to be passed to about 3 people before they could understand what I needed. the bath is way too small for any over 5’7.

• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - The location is really good. There are restaurants and shops around. taxi service is fast, Street market with variation of fruits is in 2 minutes walk. In december-february it is cold because of the stone-floor. The pool is working only in summer, and the quality of the spa became bad after 2020-covid restrictions.

• Kihwan (10/5): 맘에 드는 호텔 - 미딩에서 10여분 떨어진곳으로 하노이 롯데타워 미딩 중간지점 호텔 컨디션은 최근 지어진 곳으로 나무랄데가 없슴 주변에 괜찮은 카페들이 많이 있으나 출장등이 아니면 하루정도 묶을만한 거리 직원들의 친절함 청결도 좋음 한국어대응 안됨, 영어 베트남어 대응은 완벽 일이 바뻐서 스파엔 못가봤지만 가본사람 얘기론 좋다고 함 조식은 5성급 보단 조금 떨어지지만 맛과 종류는 정말 다양하고 좋음 쌀국수 자체는 조금 비릿하지만 이것저것 첨가해서 먹으면 해장으로 최고~ 샤워실 수압도 좋고 컨디션 좋음 미딩쪽이나 중심지에 있으면 이가격으로 부킹 어려울듯 가성비도 그렇고 청결 친절 다 맘에 듬
