• Guest (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was comfortable and welcoming, and I would gladly stay again on my next vis - Everything in the room was so clean, the balcony was nice, and the room always smelled good. I never had any issues with check-in or check-out, and the location is in a very decent neighborhood. -

• Alain (4/5): Not recommended for people who have a problem with heat or noisy A/C machine near the bed. - The apartment is in a very good place. It is quiet, and, even if it not new, it is well decorated The building is very nice There is an elevator The Air Conditioning machine put at its maximum was not able to help with the temperature, which was around 37 -38 outside, still very high outside at night and around 30 inside. In addition, the machine, which is old-fashioned, is in the bedroom, and even with earplugs it was noisy. So I was not able to sleep before 4 in the morning. I indicated in the early morning that I wanted to leave as I came to Athens for work (and I am over 70) and could not afford another sleepless night. They told me that it was fine and that if they were able to rerent the room they would refund me. I informed the customer service who said that they would reopen the room for rent as soon that the owners would confirm that they agree, and that they have sent a request to them, The owners told that they did not receive any request. The result is that I paid for 5 nights when I used only one, and nobody made even a little commercial gesture or presented any excuse. Not very welcoming globally, even if they reply fast.

• Anonymous (7/5): cute studio in a good location . - i liked the balkony for little rest and relaxed time early mornings and evenings ( its too sunny during sunmer) location is great , close to all cafee/ restaurants. 5-6mins walk to airport metro if you prefer to use. I would stay again and can recommend it . bathroom can be renovated as it is old , all rest parts of flat was fine in general, if there was blind curtains when the balcony doors were opened for fresh ait it could have been better( just a suggestion) thanks for the nice stay!

• Alan (10/5): Great location and accommodation - It was a great apartment for my travel. It was located very close to where I needed to be. It was a few minutes walk from the metro in a great central location, close to restaurants, shopping and many of the historical sites in Athens. Although central it is also in a quiet setting so there was no noise at night. The facilities were great and the check in/out was so easy to follow. Highly recommended.

• Isabella (9/5): Cozy stay in the heart of Kolonaki - Very cozy apartment in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops around. There was coffee and tea available, as well as hot/cold water, which was nice. The water in the bathroom was not very hot.

• Juliana (10/5): Super recommended! - Coffee or tea at your disposal in the way that you prefer it! Toiletries were diverse and it really helped me since my airline lost my luggage. Also they have a water dispenser for cold and warm water. It put the bar up for the rest of the places I stayed in Greece! The main door has a tricky key but also opens with a link, so only we struggle once. I also understand its a building problem and not the property.
• Viktoriia (10/5): Perfect stay - Very good location, lots of cafe / restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfy. We enjoyed the coffee on the balcony. There were nespresso capsules and tea in the kitchen, very handy. Water filter is a saviour, no more plastic bottles .

• Annemieke (8/5): Absolutely wonderful little place in a great spot. - Great location, quiet and private and very clean. I had not realised there was no way of cooking food apart from a microwave! Probably my fault for not actually looking but the kitchen is therefore limited.
• Heather (8/5): Enjoyed the stay, it was comfortable and as expected. - Quiet, clean, convenient location, good instructions to get there from the Metro, great restaurants within very short distance, not too touristy. Easy self check-in to get in the front door with the link sent via email. The stairs and hallways do not have lights. We arrived late and it was very dark and we couldn't see anything. Regarding the keys/entry, the instructions said to go the 2nd floor at the end of the hallway... This should be clarified - in North America the ground floor is considered the 1st floor, so the 2nd floor is the next floor up. We went only one floor up in the dark and spent a bit of time fumbling around trying to be quiet while looking for the key box, with all our bags, only to realize the apartment was one more floor up. Some folks might consider this apartment to be on the 3rd floor, so the instructions to go to the 2nd floor may be misunderstood. You could say instead, "if you take the stairs, go up two flights. The apartment is #14 at the end of the hall on the right as you come up the stairs or get off the elevator".

• Christina (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, the building and the flat maintain much of the original fixtures. Very comfortable, great amenities.
• Scs (4/5): The location is excellent but the lights and noise make it difficult to be in there for too long. - Was very easy to collect keys, Alexandra gave very clear instructions on how to get to and into the flat. Location was excellent - a really nice neighbourhood close to the museums and concert hall, great for restaurants, easy to walk into town for the archaeological sights, on the blue Metro line for the airport and Piraeus Port. Wifi was good and flat was very clean. The king-sized bed was comfortable enough. Good water pressure and heating for winter. Kitchen was well-equipped and the water filter was a bonus - it even dispensed hot water. All the lights in the flat are terrible. It feels like a large iPhone torch - cold and very harsh, hard on the eyes, not relaxing at all. Even reading before bed becomes stressful. The curtains are black out, which is great for sleep but there is no sheer panel so in the daytime if you want any natural light, you just have to forgo your privacy by opening the curtains which means the neighbours across the road can see straight through. So your options are: Large iPhone torch, darkness or neighbours peering in. Hot water takes 15 minutes to heat, which is fine for night-time showers but you have to plan your morning a bit better if that's your usual routine. Water pressure was good but the shower angle is slightly odd and the hot water runs out quite quickly so shampoo quickly if you have long hair! The neighbours are noisy. The one who shares the wall just behind the bed especially. Music starts very early in the morning and then again very late at night. And you can hear everything in the building - the front door closing, upstairs moving around, and then next door's music.
• Alexander (10/5): Wonderful stay and host! - We had the best time with the best host one can possibly imagine. The host helped us to go to a football game, which was a dream come true. They even met us outside the stadium to help us to our section/gate, and gave us all the advice needed for the match. The apartment was very cosy and clean, located in a very clean and quiet area in the middle of Athens. Self-check in/out was very easy and convenient also. Small kitchen but really not a problem, because it gave something to the cosy vibe.
• Susan (10/5): Great property. Brilliant host. - Good location. Good facilities. In particular we liked the filtered water dispenser as it meant we could refill our bottles rather than spending money buying lots of water. Can’t think of a single thing that was not up to standard.

• Weronika (10/5): strongly recommended! - location was amazing - close to the best district of Athens full of vibrant places (restos and bars) but very quiet and safe. Very close to the Hellenic Forces Officers Club where I went for a NATO event. Host was great, everything was super clean, variety of coffee, tea, cute kitchen, good quality products in bathroom, bathrobes, safe, I will def, come again, AC and heating was working so the apt was very warm. it was possible to use tv as a screen with hdmi cable (my own). I strongly recommend and would like to thank the owner. chapeux bas!

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Fairly safe area. The apartment located behind diplomatic buildings many restaurants and cafe's in the areaand walking distance from many attractions. For 4 Euros you can get a cab rides. The apartment is clean and quiet. The owner Alexandra constantly calling us to find out if we need anything and arranged the cab rides for us. Looking forward to visit Athens again in a year hope to rent the same apartment.

• Giuseppe (10/5): Bellissimo soggiorno a Kolonaki - Mia moglie ed io siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno in questa struttura. Dobbiamo però far presente una unica mancanza, e cioè l'assenza di un piccolo tavolo con due sedie in camera per poter consumare un pasto dal momento che esiste una piccola cucina. Per il resto la struttura è molto silenziosa, il letto confortevole, peccato che la TV non abbia accesso a canali italiani. La struttura un po' datata ma gradevole come pure il terrazzo .Posizione in città ottima. All'arrivo la persona che ci ha accolto gentile e professionale. Torneremo di sicuro.

Best fresh seafood restaurant nearby for my first Athens dinner. Memorable. On the main M3 metro line to/from the airport.
