magarenko (10/5): Excellent hotel in an excellent location - The breakfast is truly excellent. Service is excellent also, cleanliness perfect, most visitors are a stylish and elegant crowd. You will feel pampered. This is a fully renovated hotel but the old property was built at a time when standards for room sizes were smaller, so don't expect a big room. Some kind of extra furniture (wardrobe, armoire) for clothes would come handy but there's no room for it, really

Cowie (8/5): overall I had a good experiene and would use the hotel again - Room, Staff, location, food at the resturant 1:- People waiting with cases laid out asleep in the Lobby 2:- Concierge checking in Bus loads of Airline Crew, and having to wait behind them for 20 minutes to try get a Cab orders ( actually hailed one down myslef was quicker) airline crew should not be checking in at the Concierge taking up his fully time and attention for long periods & peak times ( 7am in morning ) when other residents are relying on his services 3:- rooms lacked enough Cloth hangers and storage drawers ( we stayed for 6 nights and had to live out our suitcases ( which is not how I prefer ) rooms ideal for short stay periods but not longer durations 4:- North Tower Elevators are at a close proximety to external night clubs in the same building and the small of Smoking is very strong in the evenings after 5pm

The room is very clean and the shower gels is very good smell and soapy. The room given us is not centrally viewing MBS. Everything else is ok.

Tracy (6/5): Clean, comfortable but claustrophobic and overpriced - It was only an overnight stay but the room was comfortable and clean. There are two beautiful pools which sadly I didn’t get to swim in because it was raining at the time. There was a good coffee machine. The bathroom is tiny. Reminded me of an airplane bathroom - if you sit on the toilet you can touch the door in front, the basin on the left and the shower on the right. The room is over priced for what you get. I had a triple-bed room with a view straight into the neighboring office building. You can even see the office workers at their desks and I’m sure they could see us. Not much of a view - which would have made all the difference as the room feels claustrophobic. I won’t book again. There are other hotels with better value.

J ai réservé sur Booking une chambre exécutive lounge avec un certain nombre d équipement dont des placards, fer et table à repasser et en fait il n y avait rien.Apres avoir réclamé on m a répondu qu ils ne pouvaient rien faire…. Au moment de payer l imprimante ne fonctionnait pas on me dit que l on m envoye la facture par mail le matin et il a fallu que je retourne à l hôtel ou on ne voulait plus m éditer la facture. Il y a un service Watapps pour soit disant vous aider seulement si vous posez des questions qui vont dans le sens de l hôtel.

May (8/5): Amazing stay with a breathtaking view—worth every penny! - absolutely loved the room view of Marina Bay Sands—it was stunning and definitely worth paying extra for. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Heerlijk zwembad. Kamer schoon en netjes. Het kameruitzicht: op de 8e verdieping keken we tegen een ander zwart gebouw aan.

Szomszéd épületben van a Funan bevásárlóközpont ahol nagyon sok az étkezési lehetőség. Fürdőszobában külön csap, amelyből ivóvíz folyik. A matrac és a párna nagyon kemény. nincs szekrény a szobában.

Made our stay unc - Convenient underground access to City Hall MRT and close to good local shops and food. The air conditioning was poor. After being out in the humid Singapore air a nice cool room is a relief but we didn’t find it here. It wasn’t hot, but it wasn’t very cool either. This also made sleep a little uncomfortable.

Emmanuel (3/5): Not good value for money. Wouldn’t book again - Good location Dirty and small bathroom, definitely not giving 5 star hotel level vibes. Was given a smaller room than what I booked for and only changed after I complained about this. No water provided in minibar in a very hot city.

Mark (8/5): The hotel met our needs , it’s a great location - Didn’t have breakfast ( far too expensive for our liking ) the location is great , I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past for that very reason I’d love a softer pillow but my wife thought they were fine. It’s a pity they don’t offer a lighter option or quick breakfast , for example they have Coffee & Croissant for $11 but only after 10am , not everyone gets value from a $48 buffet breakfast.

Barbara (10/5): - Guest service was wonderful. Starting with Nick, wonderful checking in. He was very informative and efficient. Concierge team was Great. Loved our location. Clean and fresh hotel, room and lobby. Swimming pools were lovely. Good size and temperature. Wonderful breakfast! The bed was a little too firm.

NICOLE (7/5): Great Location and Friendly Staff - The location was good, we only stayed one night so didn't use the pool or have breakfast. Staff on check-in were polite and friendly. Our room was noisy all night from large fans in the adjoining building. If we were to stay any longer we would have requested a different room.

Pat Manning (10/5): A Very Pleasant stay in central Singapore - Well planned, very comfortable room with great river view. Better lighting than many hotels. Better wardrobe or hanging space.
