Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz. Das Ambiente war hervorragend.

- anton (9/5): Man ist im Holiday Inn gut aufgehoben. - Sehr ruhig, Zimmertür zu und man kann in Ruhe entspannen. Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr nettes Personal und ansprechendes Frühstück.

- Kerstin (9/5): Här bor vi gärna igen! - Ett mycket fint rum mot gården, tyst, skön säng, fin dusch och allt kändes väldigt fräscht. Trevlig personal. Bra läge i ett trevligt område och bra kommunikationer. Egentligen inget att klaga på men frukosten kanske kunde vara lite roligare.

De ontvangst wat wel iets minder zakelijk mogen zijn. Een leuk welkom en eventueel wat informatie over de omgeving was welkom geweest. Niet ontbeten, want dat was echt veel te duur.

- Hans (9/5): Gutes Hotel in Prenzlau/Pankow - Wir haben uns in dem Hotel wohlgefühlt. Unser Bad war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer zum Innenhof war sehr ruhig. Ein wenig haben wir einen Kühlschrank vermißt.

- Julia (3/5): Tolle Lage, aber Personal und Service unter aller Kanone! - Die Lage war hervorragend. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man auf der Stargader Straße. Dort gibts es alles mögliche zu erleben. Es gab in der Dusche nicht wirklich warmes Wasser und die Leitungen haben komische Geräusche gemacht. Beim Check-In hat sich die Mitarbeiterin überhaupt nicht bemüht mir zu erklären wo alles ist, inklusive Aufzug. Das musste ich mir alles mühselig erfragen. Und der Oberhammer war, dass ich für 5 DIN A4-Seiten die ich ausgedruckt bekommen wollte für meinen Job, 6,45 Euro bezahlen musste. Ich hatte schon von Zuhause aus die Anfrage gestellt, ob das ginge. Da hat man mir schon nicht gesagt dass die Drucke etwas kosten. Dann habe ich beim Check-In noch einmal gefragt, da wurde mir ebenfalls nicht gesagt dass die Drucke was kosten und dann beim Check-Out wurde ich völlig überteuert abkassiert. Das habe ich in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, dann hätte ich mir einen Copyshop um die Ecke gesucht und für 0,10 Cent pro Blatt meine Seiten ausgedruckt. Das hätte mich dann 0,50 Cent gekostet und nicht 6,45 Euro. Nie wieder!

- Wolfgang (10/5): Ideale Location für Berlin - Sie hat sauber, gute Ausstattung! Sehr nettes Personal. Top Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen! Im Badezimmer war die Duschtür nicht richtig montiert. Dadurch konnte es zu kleinen Überschwemmungen kommen. Dem hatte man aber durch ein zusätzlich bereit gelegtes Handtuch Rechnung getragen.

- Gernot (8/5): Ich würde wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. - Sehr gut! Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gepflegt und angenehm.Man bekommt um die Ecke leicht einen Parkplatz. Die Bar unten beim Empfang ist gemütlich. Das Hotel hat eine gute Verkehrslage. Der Verkehr dringt relativ laut ins Zimmer.
