• YA LIN (1/5): - 第一天入住，床單與房間浴室都很髒，825號房間床單重換了好多次，不是破損就是髒，毛巾也很不乾淨，817號房間有之前房客留下的一包衛生紙在地上，廁所也不乾淨還有之前客人的尿漬，床單當然也是破洞的，桌子上的便條紙也寫過了，隔音很差，第二天飯店早餐，餐具很髒尤其是杯子，到了晚上熱水壞了，經理請我們到隔壁飯店洗澡，整體的體驗非常差勁，半夜兩點了我們還沒辦法休息！其實早餐也很普通沒有評論說的那麼好，不是泰式料理，以美式與日式為主。

We had a late checkout until 4 pm, however after 12pm our key would not work and the shower had no pressure and it was cold.

Je recommande On a eu une coupure d'électricité de 3h le soir de notre départ. Donc pas très pratique mais rien de grave.

La chambre très propre, la literie exceptionnelle, des WC innovantes (jets, séchage), TV grand écran, wifi fonctionnant à merveille. Les fournitures de qualité (shampoing, etc). La piscine propre et de grande taille avec linges fournis et bar sur place. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également parfait. Je recommande vivement et y retournerai sans aucun doute.

Pool zu wenig Sonnenschirme. Klodeckel locker, defekt montiert... Kühlschrank eine Katastrophe, entweder kaum gekühlt oder eben tiefgefroren.... liess sich nur bedingt einstellen.

• ZaneC (8/5): Hidden Gem - Lovely Welcome Was here on a solo trip and the hotel was booked on my behalf. Good check in but with a strict 2pm access policy. A bit weird for a five star. Hotel clean and well maintained. Room very nice, clean and well appointed. No iron in room though. No pen either to write with. Oh well, minor points. Pool is great. Breakfast super good. Great omelette! Got two more nights here. Love it. Recommend. Keep up the the great work. ❤️

We stayed at the Bangkok Montien for work, and honestly, I was nervous thinking about how we didn’t book a big, reliable chain. I was wrong! This hotel is as nice as any boutique or reputable chain. Incredible rooms, top service, Michelin level food! The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The amenities in the room are spa level. We will return!!

Many guests were kept in the dark on the options available to them. The front office manager needed to do a better job in such crisis management.

The person at the front desk seemed a little confused - wouldn’t let us into our room until after 2, even though it was already after 2. Sent our guests to the elevator without a key to let them up the elevator. Maybe the front desk person was learning.

• KornandDani (7/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt genügend - Lage: Sensationelle Lage, Partymeile vor der Tür. Auch diverse Einkaufszentrum zu Fuss schnell erreichbar sowie der Lumphini park. Fitness: Absolut ausreichend für paar Tage Übernachtungen. Diverse Geräte, Laufbänder, Rudergerät, Handelsbank mit genug Gewichten, etc alles vorhanden. Pool: Sauber, sowie immer genügend liegen vorhanden (Achtung Lowseason). Wir hatten zwei-mal einen Stromausfall. Der erste kürzer, der zweite um ca. 22 Uhr. Keine Kommunikation gegenüber Gästen. Zuerst hatten wir im Zimmer angerufen und sie haben gesagt nach einer Stunde wird alles wieder funktionieren. Nichts passierte, als wir in die Lobby gingen, wurden wir wieder auf eine weitere stunde vertröstet. Als wir beim Hotelmanager nachfragten, bot er uns Softdrinks a! Ziemlich "geiziger" Manager. Alkohol hätten wir selber zahlen müssen. Wollte noch profitieren. Wahnsinn!! Um Mitternacht war dann glücklicherweise der Spuck vorbei.

Everything came together perfectly to create an exceptional experience — the setting, the service, and the attention to detail. A huge thank you to Orn, Jira, and Earth, who made our stay even more memorable. Their warm welcome, attentiveness, and professionalism truly made all the difference. We felt comfortable right away, almost like VIP guests. The rooms are beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable, and the common areas are simply stunning. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to make you feel great from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back very soon!
• Angélique (10/5): Exceptionnel - Hotel magnifique et très luxueux. Piscine très agréable, personnel aux petits soins, petit dej au top. Horaires de petit dej à partir de 5h30, parfait quand on a un vol matinal, et sinon ils proposent des box à emporter si vous souhaitez partir avant. Chambres très bien insonorisées. Bien situé, pas forcément proche des attractions touristiques mais proche metro et bts donc très facile de se déplacer. Supermarché et restos facilement accessibles à pieds. Il y a un marché nocturne tout près. Petit bonus, siège des toilettes chauffant avec couvercle qui s'ouvre en arrivant et une télécommande pour les jets pour se nettoyer, la grande classe. Pas ecolo du tout car ils changent les serviettes tous les jours même si elles ne sont pas au sol (j'ai dû mettre un mot le 2e jour pour ne pas les changer) et pareil pour les serviettes de piscine changées à chaque fois (heureusement j'avais apporté les notres). Tarifs un peu élevés pour la Thailande mais un hôtel de ce standing en france serait hors de prix donc on a voulu se faire plaisir et on ne l'a pas regretté.

The chef cooked my sunny side up eggs just the way I like them, which made me really happy. The bacon and sausage were also tasty, and everything felt fresh and well prepared. A female staff member also made a cute coffee art for me. It was very nice and the coffee tasted really good too. Thank you for making my morning so pleasant and memorable.

El hotel es increíble, con una excelente ubicación, a pasos del BTS, la habitación estuvo cómoda con una cama XL, el desayuno fabuloso. A pesar de que estuvo todo increíble, el horario del desayuno es hasta temprano (10:00) y el horario de cierre de la piscina también es muy temprano.

The hotel is beautiful with a lovely common area, a new equipped gym and the staff very friendly especially with kids! The location of the hotel is not one of my favorite place in BKK but nearby you can find restaurants and it is walking distance from Siam Paragon No view from the room due to the location

The room was very spacious and clean with great natural light. The bed was so comfortable and the amenities provided in the room were great. We didn’t have dinner here but the basque cheesecake was fantastic. It in a great location with easy access to malls, restaurants and public transport. Overall a fantastic stay, I couldn’t fault it.
