• Anna Rebecca (10/5): This is a gem 💎 - The hosts are very welcoming in a pleasant way, made our stay memorable. Breakfast is generous. It’s neat and clean. So close to all the busy places but once you get indoors very quite. Our studio with kitchen had a Nespresso machine, a kettle, induction stove, porcelain and cutlery. There is a Carrefour express very nearby and a lot of restaurants to choose from. The kitchen part in the studio is most suitable to heat up food or eat take away - not cooking. But we didn’t mind 😊 Sometimes you hear sounds from the pipes.

• Lytz (10/5): I am so glad we experienced Renascentia! - Awesome location. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast is awesome and the staff is wonderful. We have kids and love kids but we’re glad they were staying elsewhere. The elevator didn’t always answer when called. When we first arrived in Florence and made our way to the property it was difficult to find. But we found it. People line up every day for the sandwich shop next door. It took some getting used to. We live on concrete floors so I had to learn to walk softly. The wood floors hear the footsteps.

• Kathleen (10/5): We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment that is located in the most ideal part of Florence. - Our experience at this apartment was perfect in every way. It was our first trip to Florence and we were with another couple. Having a 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms for each couple was a major plus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including some delicious coffee. Our interactions with the staff was always positive. They gave us recommendations for things to do and helped with restaurant reservations. The location was prime and we were only a 5 to 20 minute walk away from anywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine in the den and watching TV after a busy day. There is a sandwich shop next door that had a long line all day. On our last night we were fortunate to catch the line short in the evening hours and the food was amazing. I don't know when it will be, but I hope to visit Florence again and stay at this apartment.

The rooms are very clean, have high ceilings and comfy beds…but the best part is the staff and their customer service! They are always smiling and willing to help, plus you will have a fantastic breakfast every day! The dining room is elegant and the food is beautiful and delicious! I would choose to stay again if we ever return to Florence! The only thing I would have liked was a balcony but it’s a small concession for the location and service!

I texted.Anisa , the hotel manager, to let her know as soon as we realized their front dust would be closed by the time we got there. She communicated immediately and sent very clear pictures showing us how we could access the hotel on our own. It was very reassuring and very helpful.

• David (10/5): A unique and precious gem in the heart of Florence with comfortable rooms, very kind and attentive staff and incredible - This hotel is such a unique and precious gem in the heart of Florence! This was our 2nd stay and we were blown away by the staff, the rooms and the breakfast. The rooms are generous and beautifully furnished, perfectly clean with a powerful shower. The location is in the centre of everything within easy walking distance of the basilica, medici chapel, uffizi and local shops and restaurants. The breakfast is a thing of beauty, abundant and delicious. Special thanks to the owner for taking the time out of hours to welcome us so we could keep our specialised medication frozen, this was sooo much appreciated. Nothing at all.

Hangers made so you cannot steal them which insinuates a wrong take on clients/guests. Iron board was a low version made for a table. But no table. Hence shirt ends up on the floor.

• Silvia (9/5): - Wir waren für 4 Nächte im B&B Renascentia. Die Lage ist unübertroffen gut, das B&B sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Frühstück extra Klasse. Wir wurden immer sehr freundlich bedient, die Zimmer täglich aufgeräumt und mit kostenlosem Wasser und einer kleinen Süssigkeit bestückt. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber. Es hat auch einen Lift im Haus, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Vorsichtshalber liegen Ohrstöpsel bereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Blick auf die Gasse. Leider sind die Leute auf der Strasse die ganze Nacht hindurch zum Teil betrunken und rücksichtslos laut. In der Früh räumen dann die Reinigungscrews der Stadt den Müll weg, was auch ziemlich laut ist und längere Zeit dauert. Ich konnte nur mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen; das B&B kann aber nichts dafür.

• Roman (9/5): I highly recommend this accommodation - What we appreciated most was how spacious and well-furnished the room was. It was spotlessly clean, and the daily cleaning was meticulous. The owners were very kind and friendly. The hotel’s location is top-notch. What spoiled the overall impression—causing me to give a 9 instead of a 10—was the breakfast pastries. There are amazing bakeries all around, yet we were limited to a below-average, stale supermarket selection (the reason for the staling was that it was pre-sliced). I’m not writing this as a major criticism, but rather as food for thought on how to achieve a 10, because otherwise it deserves it.

It is a stylish, spacious and very comfortable apartment with all that you need for a comfortable stay right in the centre of historical Florence and all the sights. The service from the day of arrival to the end of our stay was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble and we felt very well looked after. We could sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to live music in a nearby square while enjoying the view of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and Giotto's Bell Tower. We were very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay again! The loft bedroom & bathroom were a bit of an odd set-up, but it was definitely worth it for the view. Once we got used to it, it wasn't really a problem at all. No regrets

• Coralie (10/5): Un coin de calme, de beau et de repos au milieu de Florence. - L'endroit était absolument parfait. Déjà, on est à 5 minutes de TOUT. La suite est grande, propre et il y a beaucoup d'espace. Le petit déjeuner est travaillé et vu le peu de chambres, l'endroit est relativement intime. L'équipe est réduite mais extrêmement à l'écoute des clients : nous avons dû arriver beaucoup plus tard que prévu - et comme la personne de l'accueil n'était plus là, nous avions un lien direct et constant avec l'hôtel et des instructions claires qui ont été un soulagement en pleine période de grève des transports. L'équipe n'a pas hésité à nous proposer de l'aide et des alternatives pour nous permettre une arrivée et un départ serein. Merci encore à Nick, Camilla, Agatha et les autres pour cette merveilleuse expérience, j'espère revenir dès que possible ! C'était trop court ! Je n'ai pas de critiques, mais j'ai découvert seulement sur place que l'hôtel proposait des massages sur réservations. Vu notre planning, nous n'avons plus de temps pour en profiter, mais cela vaudrait le coup de mettre cela davantage en avant sur booking !
