Abhilash (1/5): Disappointing stay due to poor initial room conditions and inconsistent room allocation despite a confirmed reservation. - Friendly staff The initially allocated room (under the stairs, labeled BB) did not feel safe or suitable for staying. The cleanliness of the toilets and overall safety standards were below expectations, especially considering the price paid. After I raised a complaint, I was moved to a better room, which was satisfactory. However, despite having a three-day reservation, I was informed that I could only stay in the new room for one night. Due to this inconsistency and inconvenience, I decided to leave the property early.

I have never felt so at ease and so comfortable in a space before. The facilities were incredible, the pool I used every day and the roof was a dream. Watching the sunset from a hot tub looking over the skyline of Bangkok was really something. Beds were a bit small but I just had my feet hanging out so was fine. Room was nice and cool.

I checked out one day early and found a nicer place. Depending on what you’re looking for, nearly every single guest/ visitor to the sauna was Asian. I felt very intimidated and not comfortable at all. The sauna is dangerous! So many little steps to fall over and the floor can be extremely slippery. The gym was big with a wide range of weights but it was poorly maintained. I didn’t trust any of them not to break. I would not recommend staying here.

The Onsen and the rooftop amenities are only open when the outside visitors are allowed to come at 3 pm. Until then you cannot use them. The phone number attached to booking.com doesn’t exist in reality. The number that texted me earlier was not responsive when I needed help with check in. Nobody replied to me on booking.com when I was desperately trying to contact the hotel in order to leave the luggage. At the hotel itself there was nobody at the reception and I wasn’t able to get the help on the spot either. I wasn’t given any instructions on how to enter the hotel at night and it wasn’t an obvious thing. The front door was locked and since nobody is at the reception no one can hear you knock no matter how loud. After 15 minutes I figured there’s a back door and I entered through it. It wasn’t a pleasant experience given it was late at night and I just wanted to sleep. The shared bathrooms are old and messy.

Located in the middle of nowhere. It’s rundown, shabby, filthy, sleazy, and the sauna is the worst. The bathroom looks like a murder scene. All the other guests I met from Europe and the United States concur: this place is a dump and not worth your money. I wouldn’t stay here even if they paid me. Photos aren’t accurate. Avoid at all costs, unless you’re the type of guy that’s got to pay for getting laid

And if one is looking for a certain kind of stay with amenities designed for that clientele then this place is perfect. I stayed first in one of the small cabins and was totally fine. Nothing too fancy compared to the rest of the property. On my last 2 nights I stayed in the dorm. It is very clean. Just know that it is VERY small for the number of people staying. Also if you are here for the onsen experience then the dorm will suit you perfectly

The resort is a great place to stay, but also serves as a day spa, so be aware of your belongings and valuables.
