• John Paul (2/5): - I was ghosted by the host after reporting that the wifi didn't work, and then told by the property management company that I'd have to pay for toilet paper or clean towels. The wifi was not functional through my entire 8 days in Buenos Aires. No attempt made by host to reconcile, until the property management company contacted me about the wifi (asking which room i was in again) a few hours before check out. Sad state of affairs. Do better.

• Gabriela (10/5): - A estadia foi ótima, tinha gente o tempo todo na recepção, o check-in e check-out foram bem rápidos e foram atenciosos comigo e minha família. A localização é excelente, tinha muita coisa por perto que dava pra fazer a pé. O chuveiro é ótimo, bem quente e saia muita água. Não ouvíamos quase nada de barulho da rua. A única coisa que poderia melhorar é o colchão, que tinha umas partes mais altas do que outras e a quantidade de produtos de higiene que acabaram muito rápido.

No issues with the room overall but very noisy, had a room front st, noise doesn’t stop till early morning ! I don’t speak Spanish, that made it difficult, For that reason I would stay again !

• Sara (6/5): - Great rooftop pool! Clean and well-stocked space. Only issues we had was with communicating about check in. Phone number was hard to reach but I guess that’s also because we didn’t have an ARG #. Other than that, things were great.
• Diego (4/5): WARNING- FOREIGNERS NOT WELCOMED - To begin with this is not a hotel, they are just apartments managed by some company, and there is no concierge or anything. The administration office is in the building, but from 9am to 5pm, you need anything outside those hours, you are on your own. There isn’t even a phone in the room to communicate with the night guard downstairs. NOW THE SKETCHY PART, my reservation was to be paid when I check in with local currency, so I checked in, and I handed my credit card to pay in pesos and I was told that form of payment was not acceptable with local currency, they will have to charge me in dollars, and they have a different exchange rate than the credit card has (lower), hence, I ended up paying double the price quoted. The price in pesos is only for locals, not foreigners. Just to be clear, I used my credit card to pay in pesos everywhere else with no problem, is just a switcheroo they do to charge you more. I said that was not indicated in the reservation but they gave me no option than go to exchange some money around the corner and come back (btw, it’s a stack of paper).I was tired from my long trip and wanted to rest, so I went along with it. So be careful, if you are a foreigner, there is a price for locals and a price for foreigners. Now the review of the place, is not the cleanest place on earth, is not pleasant to find hair in the shower drain from the previous guest, and bed cover with holes and stains. Sofa also had some suspicious stains and was scratched.NOT GOOD

• Caroline (6/5): - O ponto alto do apartamento é a localização! O quarto é espaçoso, mas precisa de manutenção especialmente o banheiro. A banheira estava entupida, até no banho mais rápido acabava enchendo a banheira. Não havia serviço de quarto, e para trocar as toalhas foi necessário realizar o pagamento. Não tiraram sequer o lixo do banheiro. A internet era ruim. Enfim, o que vale é a localização e segurança.

• Laurie (8/5): - The location was perfect and surrounded by great food and drinking options. This area is amazingly vegan friendly. It felt safe due to 24 hour security. The service was so so, some people were nicer than others. My room was not cleaned once in a week which wasn't great. The kitchen was nice but it could use a couple more basics like scissors, oil, salt and pepper. It was a bit cold so an extra blanket would've been nice. The safe was a good size but really high, it would be hard to reach if you were short. The linen wasn't in great condition (stains and rips) but seemed clean. The internet was a decent speed, good enough for Zoom calls. I liked the desk area.
• Gregg (6/5): Don't trust the accuracy of the photos. - Mix of residential and rental apartments. The lobby is rather fancy, but once you get onto the landings where the rooms are - the condition is very poor. Carpets filthy, absolute stench of cooking foods in the many apartments. The room itself is large, but very lived in and worn. Tears in furniture, dated bathrooms, stained walls - it just feels grubby. The little balcony was littered with cigarette ends too. Bedding not nice either.

• Conrado (8/5): - I didn’t like that the king bed did not have sheets accordingly to it’s size so the sheets were short The pillows were dirty all of them and they need to be replaced or deeply washed As I checked in and entered the room I have observed that the little dining table was dirty The chairs or club chair was dirty with crumbs or food vestiges on top of the cushion The floors Needed some cleaning also the main blinders or darkening curtains were partially broken for unhooked from the rails making imposible to close them perfectly shut Dishes dinner plates were left with food marks or smirks ( not properly washed by housekeeper

• Andrew (8/5): Nice apartments Good location - Nice large apartments, friendly and helpful desk staff and apartment managers. Not a hotel but works well as there are always security on reception to assist getting in. We had 7 apartments for our group one or two apartments needed bathrooms updating getting a bit shabby, but they worked OK. Could do with a few more pans plates glasses etc . Most of the balconies are not usable as the design of the building means they only allow the door to open out you cant really sit out there . Please check the telephone number for Palermo apartments provided by hotel.com it was in correct when we arrived which caused a problem in arranging access prior to arrival. Good location for Eco park/zoo, parks gardens,etc, ideal for Palermo and Soho night life and restaurants.

Aunque el departamento tenía el boton del baño roto...mi esposo lo terminó arreglando. No habia papel. La tabla y la puerta del baño no estaban en buenas condiciones. Dentro del vestidor el enchapado del mueble estaba roto. En el cuarto la calidad de las almohadas deplorable....la tira de la cortina del black out se desarmaba continuamente.El edificio tiene una hermosa pileta.....pero no hay toallas para usarla. Si usas las toallas del baño después no tenes toallas cuando te bañes... Pequeñas cosas a cambiar....ya que no era pequeño el costo del departamento.por eso titulo el comentario como ajuste. La persona asignada para atendernos fue correcta en todo momento....aunque debido a circunstancias personales se tomaba su tiempo para contestarte....por ej. Cuando le aviso que el boton del baño estaba roto ...me contesta que Esperemos hasta el día sig. (Como si uno pudiese esperar al otro dia para usarlo.....teniamos que usar un balde....con lo que habiamos pagado).

• Diego (6/5): Nice place bad management - the place itself is nice.It used to be a hotel now every room is privately owned managed by different companies. This in particular have some young ladies who don't care much about service. I sent them messages throughout my stay and they got barely answered. No one welcomed me the day of the check in...the night guard just handed me the key and off I went. I've seen other companies touring the guest the day they checked in. Customer service needs some improvements
• Sophie (2/5): - I booked the wrong dates and they were unfriendly and unhelpful about helping me fix my mistake. So instead of staying there 4 nights I stayed one. and loosing that $200 was a blessing in disguise. It was not very clean or comfortable.
