En la pared manchas que pensábamos que era mojado de haber limpiado, pero no, eran manchas que no se quitaban. La funda de almohada con agujeros. Decidimos irnos y al comunicarlo a recepción, su respuesta fue: vale, tomamos nota para mañana. Ni unas disculpas, absolutamente nada. llegamos a la habitación y en la cama había pelos, en la ducha también, en el lavabo también. Fenster 2fach verglast aber als ohne Schallschutz, Abluftventilator im Bad mit Geräuschen einer Flex, Lattenrost in der Nacht hat einzelne Latten verloren,

• Debbie (6/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Way overpriced. I payed hotel prices for a hostel. Very small room. The walls are paper thin. I had to go buy earplugs in order to get a good night's sleep. The bedding had bleach stains on it.

• Johann (6/5): Aufenthalt war für zwei Tage ok, das Personal war sehr freundlich, Gebäudequalität eher schlecht - Lage ist ok, alles in der Stadt gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Sehr dünne Wände und schlechte Türen. Man hört dadurch alles im Haus (WC, Duschen, Reden auf dem Gang, Husten im Nebenzimmer). Schlechter Geruch im Zimmer, der vermutlich aus den Abflussrohren kommt. Um 08:15 Uhr zum Frühstück waren keine Weckerl, sondern nur noch billiges Toastbrot vorhanden.
• Kristyna Mala (7/5): - Místo bylo v perfektní lokalitě pár kroků od metra, takže na přesuny ideální a snídaně také byly super. Na výběr bylo slané i sladké, müsli, káva, džus. Personál byl také velice milý. Nedalo se zavřít okno v pokoji, takže člověk si nebyl úplně jistý bezpečností. Druhá věc jsou tenké papírové zdi. Celou noc tam hučelo potrubí pokaždé když někdo spláchnul, pustil vodu v umyvadle, nebo ve sprše. Každý pohyb ve vedlejších pokojích byl slyšet, jak když je někdo přímo u vás.

• Anna (9/5): - The location is great, near the Sants station. Metro is also 2-5 minutes away. The staff is very nice and polite. The room was very clean the whole time. Would stay here again! If you plan to take a room for two people, keep in mind that the room is quite small. The space is excellent for one person, however. The walls are rather thin, and you can hear when neighbours go into their bathroom, but it wasn't a problem during our stay.

• Belén (7/5): Sencillo pero bien ubicado y muy limpio - La ubicación es perfecta! Estás a 10min del Montjuic y a 20min del Palau Sant Jordi, que en nuestro caso era genial porque íbamos a ver el concierto de Rosalía. Está en una calle tranquila, con muchos servicios y restaurantes por la zona, supermercados, lavandería, un centro comercial a 5min etc. También tienen parking privado, que debes reservar con antelación. Son 15€ el día, pero la plaza es para coches pequeños. Dan un desayuno sin muchos lujos pero muy rico y completo. El personal es super amable, te ayudan en lo que necesites y están las 24h. Quizás las habitaciones necesitan una pequeña renovación, en nuestro caso el extractor del baño hacía mucho ruido cuando encendías la luz. También se escucha mucho el pasillo y las habitaciones contiguas por lo que no está muy insonorizado. Pero bueno, para pasar una noche o un par de ellas, tmp es un problema.

Где-то рядом с нами жил человек у которого был сильный кашель. Мне казалось, что он кашляет лежа со мной на одной кровати! Звуки работы сантехники слышны так, как будто ты спишь в туалете. Нет ни тапочек, ни другого дополнительного комфорта. Только 2 несчастных тюбика с гелем для душа. За эти деньги ожидаешь получить больше.

• Camilla (5/5): Could do better - Good location for Sants station. Bed and room generally had what I needed but felt unwelcoming. Noise from other rooms very audible. Staff a bit offhand. Chosen for convenience but Barcelona prices are so high it might have been better to stay elsewhere.

• Nevitt (10/5): Exceeded expectation - Friendly 24hr reception, quiet room with aircon, shower, hairdryer and soap! Even a light breakfast included with a real coffee machine and 10 minutes walk from the train station. Healthier breakfast choices and lactose free milk choice. But really, all was great!

• Sudhir (10/5): Alberto, André and Elisabeth made the stay even better excellent customer service - The breakfast was ideal for carbs loading as I was running the marathon. I had all the necessary foods I needed. Breakfast is normally served from 7am to 10am and upon request because of the marathon André was very kind to all the runners to serve from 6.15am. Nothing I could fault the metro was very close to Hostafrancs station with L1 running to city centre every 3-5mins. Perfect location and no need to even take metro as all walking distance Rambla, Port Vell etc to put in context like 5km if you like to trot which I do

• 윤 (3/5): 받아들이면 그나마 버틸만 - 바르셀로나 전체로 매우 쉽게 이동할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다행히 근처에 한국 식당도 있구요. 좀만 걸어가면 에스파냐 광장과 중심가가 있어서 시내의 풍경을 경험할 수 있습니다. 제일 불편한 것은 객실 내에 냉장고가 없다는 점입니다. 저는 1인실이었는데, 씻고 자는 것만 제외하면 그냥 저렴(??:1박에 30만원 수준이었을때 였으니..)은 아니지만 받아들인다고 하더라도 간밤에 목이 마르면, 물이라도 꺼내 먹어야 하는데, 물을 넣어둘 냉장고가 없다는 점이 매우 당황스러웠습니다. 옆방의 소음이 그대로 다 들어오기 때문에 매우 곤란한 상황이었습니다.

• Lawrence (8/5): Much too expensive but fine - Close to Barcelona Sants station. The neighborhood is not very interesting but not bad. The room was very small and basic but fine for sleeping. The best thing was the very nice and helpful person at the front desk. He made me feel welcome and gave advice on where to eat. The price was astronomical for the size of the room and overall quality. But I guess it is standard now in Barcelona. I guess they are serious about not wanting any tourists.

• Fanny (4/5): Egy éjszakás, átmeneti tartózkodáshoz megfelelő. De a két csillag nem indokolt, és az ár sem. - Központi helyen van, metrómegálló pár perc sétára. Ügyintézés. Telefonon, sem üzenetben sem tájékoztatnak, ha esetleg probléma merül fel. Kommunikációs nehézség, pontatlanság. Ha valamit módosítani kell a foglaláson, nehezen megy az együttműködés. A korábbi becsekkolás lehetőségét teljesen elutasították, ami miatt +1 éjszakát foglaltunk, de az ár egyáltalán nem érte meg, vagy nem kompenzálta a szállásadó. Fizetési probléma, reklamáció esetén nem adnak egyértelmű választ, a booking.com-ra mutogatnak. Valamint, a lepedőtől, ágyneműtől viszkettünk.
