The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is perfect with easy access to the city center and public transport. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and made our stay in Munich relaxing and enjoyable. Honestly, very little to complain about. Overall the experience was excellent and met our expectations.

- Anna (6/5): Preis-Leistung stimmen nicht - Das hotel ist grundsätzlich schön, es gibt viele Annehmlichkeiten, alles ok. Die Kühlung im Zimmer ist laut und ein Knopf mitten im Zimmer leuchtet durchgehend, die Fenster sind schmutzig und nicht zu öffnen, das Duschgel war bei unserer Ankunft bereits leer, die Dusche ist völlig undicht, so dass das gesamte Bad unter wasser stand. Die Menschen an der Rezeption sind durchwachsen. Manche sprechen einfach kein Deutsch, mit einem musste ich diskutieren, weil eine andere Kollegin uns etwas zugesagt hatte, wovon er dann nichts wusste und meinte, das geht nicht. Dabei war er auch nicht wahnsinnig freundlich. Das frühstück ist mit 29 euro bzw 36 euro unverhältnismäßig teuer. Es ist umfangreich und okay, aber der Preis ist einfach viel zu hoch, das Buffet zu eng und das Restaurant zu voll. Aktuell laufe ich dem Hotel nach, weil sie uns mehr als 200 euro zuviel verrechnet haben. 35/Nacht für die Garage, in denen sich in den zu schmalen Parkplätzen die SUVs über 2 Parkplätze stellen ist auch zu hoch. Wir werden die nächsten Male wieder die umliegenden hotels buchen, mit denen wir bisher weniger Probleme hatten und weniger gezahlt haben.

Die Einrichtung ist schon alt, das Bad alles älter und die Spülung der Toilette funktioniert auch nicht gut, die Schränke gehen nicht richtig zu. Der Spa Bereich und das Schwimmbad klein für so ein großes Hotel. Kein wow Effekt.

- Petra Edda (9/5): Bis auf die genannten Mängel sehr gut - Die Mitarbeiter in der Lounge und das Angebot in der Lounge waren top! Musste einmal darauf hinweisen das der Roomservice die Bettwäsche (Betttuch) nicht gewechselt hat obwohl es leider durch ein Malheur sehr verschmutzt war. Leider wurde vom Roomservice auch nicht das Tablett vom ersten Abend weg geräumt.

- KARL (10/5): Hervorragendes Stadthotel - Hier stimmt einfach alles! - sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Zum Frühstück gibt es „alles was das Herz begehrt“…. Sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr: Bus und Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind praktisch vor der Tür. Keine Beanstandung

- Alexander (4/5): Enttäuschung - Nichts Hallo, die Halbpension war nicht vorbereitet 2 Tage das gleiche Essen angeboten bekommen bei Nachfrage wurde der Kellner ungehalten. Das dritte Abendessen haben wir nicht eingenommen da die Enttäuschung zu groß war. Ebenso das Frühstück, nicht nur die Brötchen schmecketen altbacken für uns eine einzige Enttäuschung! - Bernd (8/5): Gehobenes Hotel mit kleineren Abstrichen - Großzügig in fast allem. Schönes geräumiges Badezimmer. Zimmer-Upgrade. Begrüßungsgetränk. Bar- und Lobbybereich ansprechend. Die Zimmer zum Englischen Garten hin sind durch den Verkehrslärm stark beeinträchtigt. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht empfehlenswert. Betteninlays rochen leicht muffig. Frühstücksbuffet genügt den Ansprüchen eines gehobenen Hotels nicht. Zu eng ausgelegt. Wenig Auswahl. Fettige Töpfe, deren Deckel irgendwie plaziert werden müssen, bevor man an die Speisen gelangt. Fliesen zum Saunabereich stark verschmutzt. Unzureichende Reinigung. Pool eher etwas für Kinder.

- Elmar (9/5): Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Städte-Trip - Bett: Wir hatten ein Kingsize-Bett, richtig bequem, wirklich gute Matratzen. Frühstück: Außergewöhnlich gut, es bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen, das Personal war ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend, bringt gerne Kaffee und O-Saft nach. Ambiente: Sehr großzügig und offen gestaltet, moderner Look. Parkgarage direkt unter dem Hotel. Sehr schöner Spa-Bereich. Die U-Bahnstation Arabellapark ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. kein Nörgeln, eher Feedback: Wir hatten ein bayrisches Zimmer, Größe, Ausstattung, Bad wirklich super, jedoch war das Mobilar (Schreibtisch, Kästen) schon etwas abgenutzt und könnte eine kleine Auffrischung gebrauchen, um den sehr guten Eindruck vom Lobbybereich im Zimmer fortzusetzen. So schön der Spa-Bereich auch war, nach 20 Minuten haben wir ihn wieder verlassen, da Ruhe und Entspannung nicht möglich waren. Es erinnerte eher an den Kinderbereich in einer Therme.

Nothing was too much to help us with some challenges we encountered. A special thank you as well to Sava and Elisa at the reception. Always with a big smile helping out with any requests. A kind word from Sava in the morning! They are a real asset to your hotel! Thank you to Ali and his crew from F&B. All services were anticipated in a professional way and here as well with a smile on their face. The food was delicious; so my compliments to the Chef as well. We felt welcome and respected.

- Matthias (6/5): - Wir hatten eine Suite mit Zugang zur Lounge gebucht. Leider war unsere Zimmerkarte dafür nicht freigegeben und auch nach wiederholten Nachfragen an der Rezeption wurde sie dann am Abend bevor wir abgereist waren erst freigeschalten. Als Entschädigung gab es ein Freigetränk und 1x Parken ( Tagesticket)umsonst was für uns persönlich eine Frechheit ist bei diesem Preis für 3 Nächte. Die Zimmer sind altbacken und könnten eine Modernisierung dringend vertragen. Das Kingsize-Bett war gut. Frühstück war ok. Einfach gehalten, 3 Sorten Wurst, 5 Sorten Käse, frisches Obst wäre noch schön gewesen. Als Schulnote würde ich eine 4 geben.

- Stefan (2/5): - Leider ist im gesamten Haus die Klimaanlage ausgefallen, stattdessen lief die Heizung. Das Zimmer war extrem aufgeheizt und eine Nachtruhe war kaum möglich.

- polinav (10/5): Great time in Munich - My only regret after staying in this hotel was why we had not discovered it before. We had a fantastic stay. From the moment you walk in to the grand lobby, you know you are in for a treat. Maja did a great job checking us in. The hotel has it all - the spacious and practical rooms, delicious breakfast with fantastic choices and great service by Eileen, Theo, Mithal, wonderful club lounge with delicious food (run by fantastic Liliana and her team), amazing pool, steamroom and sauna, concierge/bellboys team (Oleksii, Daniel and others), great housekeeping (Viktoriia and all the other team members). Huge thank you to Katrin for arranging everything before our arrival and making sure we had a fantastic stay. Would come back in a heartbeat.
