STELLA (10/5): - Se encuentra en una ubicación muy conveniente, solo a menos de 5 minutos camk ando al Mall Emirates, donde puedes comprar despensa, comaprar comida prepara o ir a los restaurantes, en el otro extremo del mall esta la estacion de metro y a menos de 5 minutos dentro del mall en la parte de estacionamiento esta la estacion de autobuses y el Hop on Hop Off. Nos gusto tanto la ubicación que decidimos extender nuestra estadia 2 dias mas. El personal muy amigable y el hotel muy limpio y seguro.

Rishi (2/5): - Demanded a cash security deposit at check in, would not accept a credit card. No ice available at the hotel, had to call a grocery store. Most surprisingly - no towels in the bathroom. Called reception and they sent 2 bath towels, no hand or face towels. TV didn’t work.
scott (4/5): - Location was good and the hotel was clean but the beds were super hard and the noise was so bad every little sound echoes through the room from the hallway, the adjacent rooms and from the street. Check in took nearly 30 min for some reason even although there was no one else at reception. Poor communication the pool closed the day after we arrived for 3 months we could have booked better hotels with no pool cheaper but don’t worry u can still use the sauna, it’s the desert it’s over 40 outside I want the pool to cool down and as for somewhere to sit/relax at the pool 4 sun beds and 2 tables and chairs is not good enough

I stayed in this hotel for 28 nights as I had prepayment but to my humble opinion anyone who reserves in this property and wants to have the basics, including the need to sleep in the night, he/she should think of other hotel apartments.

Richard (4/5): Putting guests at risk in Covid19 unsafe rooms. - Unhelpful reception wouldn't bother to fulfill a simple request for a kettle and some tea/coffee which is the most basic thing expected in a hotel or hotel apartment. However, you can't expect a kettle for a so-called Premium room, you have to upgrade to Superior simply to get one. I wouldn't have mind if they offered to send one at a small charge, that's what hospitality is all about. However, the biggest mistake made by this hotel is to allow the guest (my girlfriend) to sleep the night on dirty bed linen that has been slept in by the previous guest most likely and not keep the room clean and Covid-19 safe which is a disgrace. They didn't sort this until midday on the following day and didn't offer any proper apology or compensation for this inconvenience and risk to someone's health and safety. If you want to be treated well and have a cup of tea, go somewhere else even in Standard rooms they often provide a coffee tray and a bottle of water.

Very close to the Mall of Emirates so that was concenient. Only thing I didnt like is there was no view from the room, no balcomy to dry your clothes and the fire alarm went off constantly. Verified traveler (4/5): Mind the hidden charges!! - Good location by MOE, pool is tidy and unobstructed sun all day. Reasonable nightly rates but its 15AED on top per night, the higher end of local fees. Rather silly charges of 50AED applied to clean sheets..... are they meant to be cleaned anyway??? It appears not. My skin was crawling after first night but thereafter, once cleaned, was okay.

zoe (6/5): Average - I was slightly disappointed with my stay here after reading such good reviews . The staff were pleasant enough but it just seemed a bit disorganised . I’d asked for a slightly early check in which I couldn’t have when I arrived as apparently the hotel was full the night before ( which I find hard to believe as the whole time I was there I only saw 2 guests ! ) . I then came back 2hours later , told my room was ready however I got there and felt I had been given the “dud” room of the hotel . There were no towels or toilet roll and the oven and utensils were not clean . There was no full fridge freezer as stated , instead a small mini bar sort of fridge and the room was meant to have a city view and instead looked out onto a wall. The air con was rubbish . On the positive the location for the mall is good but for a new hotel I expected more .
Faizan (10/5): Great Place to Stay. - It was my 2nd stay at Tulip Al Barsha and due to COVID-19 it turned out to be a long stay. I am very satisfied with cleanliness and comfort. During my previous stay they upgraded me but in this stay even when so many room were unoccupied they didn’t upgrade me which was little upsetting as I showed loyalty to continue my stay there despite of many cheaper options available. But I understand it’s their choice to upgrade me or not but still I would strongly recommend this property. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
