• Poonam (10/5): - The location of this place is excellent, as it's conveniently situated very close to both the train station and the Duomo. The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious, offering plenty of room. Check-in and entry are really straightforward and easy. Plus, there's the added convenience of having access to a washing machine. Unfortunately, the television was not connected to the Wi-Fi network, which meant we were unable to use it. I would have really appreciated having access to even basic amenities for cooking, such as coffee and tea sachets.

• Ясен (8/5): - The apartment is nice, has everything you need for a few days stay. The location is good, close to the train station and the center, but the neighborhood is not the safest for tourists. There are a lot of pickpockets who constantly follow you and try to take something from you - phone, bag ... (it happened to us twice in 2 days). Also, I am a little disappointed with the host, since we had paid for 3 nights in advance, later they moved our flight a day earlier and we actually stayed 2. I had asked as a gesture on their part to at least not pay the tourist tax, since anyway this item that we did not use cost much more, but they did not respond to my request (anyway, it is not about the money, but the gesture/attitude).

Two bathrooms available, which facilitates a lot when you are 4 people as in our case. Windows are not sound proof, which might be a problem as one of the bedrooms face the street in a busy area.

• Michela (9/5): Qualcosina da migliorare ma ci tornerei - Posizione comodissima per il centro a piedi in pochi minuti, la ferrovia, di fronte, e la Fortezza da Basso, poche centinaia di metri a piedi. Appartamento comodo con quello che serve. Manca manutenzione nei bagni e nella presa della corrente elettrica in camera che fuoriesce dal muro. Odore di patate fritte dalle finestre e un po' di rumore della strada principiale alla mattina presto che si sente da una dele camere.

• Jasmine (9/5): Overall the apartment for a weekend trip was great, location was amazing as it was a few minutes away from the train sta - The location was great! It was walking distance for most landmarks in Firenze. The apartment itself was really good too, very spacious, the beds were comfortable and the heating was good too. Overall it was pretty good, some minor things there weren’t any hangers or a lot of storage, so for a weekend trip like we had it was fine as we didn’t have many clothes with us, but if you were to stay longer it might be a bit of an issue since you dont have a lot of space to put clothes. The bathrooms were a bit small too, again not much space to put toiletries, etc.

Da ritornare per apprezzare le bellezze. - La posizione ottima, l'appartamento pulito e molto confortevole, letto comodissimo, i servizi igienici puliti. Anche se ho usato l'appartamento per poche ore al giorno, dato che mi trovavo a Firenze per lavoro, ho avuto qualche problemino con la connessione Wìfi e con la Tv che non riuscivo a vedere nessun canale, forse dovuto anche alla mia stanchezza ma non sono riuscito a vedere nessun canale. Poco male nessun problema anche perché arrivavo cosi stanco che andavo a letto subito dopo avermi docciato.

• Federico Mano (7/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación es ideal tanto para viaje turístico, como de trabajo. El apartamento es amplio y a pesar de dar a la calle, no se escuchan los ruidos! La conexión WIFI era mala, para trabajar no era óptimo. Si el viaje es trabajo, al estar gestionado por una empresa (pero ser propiedad de un particular) no obtienes una factura por el total.

• Shisi Peng (7/5): - The location (right by the train station) is great for getting in and out of the city. The room is fairly big and spacious. 1) The Internet is fairly lousy. They tried to reset it for us but it still didn't work well. 2) The shower only holds hot water for about 10 minutes, so you have to keep it quick and one person at a time every few hours. 3) They don't offer luggage storage after you check out, so it can be quite inconvenient when your departure time doesn't align with the checkout time.

Noi siamo arrivati verso mezzogiorno e ci hanno fatto comunque accedere alla camera, che però abbiamo trovato completamente sporca e ancora nelle condizioni lasciate dagli ospiti precedenti. Dopo un lungo viaggio ci è stato chiesto di tornare alle 15, rendendo l’esperienza poco piacevole. Inoltre, una volta rientrati, abbiamo notato che la pulizia generale delle camere non era comunque eccellente.

• FERREIRA (4/5): Um tanto estressante devido a esses problemas de queda de energia no apartamento. - Gostei da localização e da atenção do rapaz que nos recepcionou de nome Enio, se não me engano. Tivemos problema com a constante queda de energia ao ligarmos 3 aparelhos ao mesmo tempo, tipo ar-condicionado, cookie top, chaleira elétrica. Não nos foi alertado da precariedade da alimentação de energia no apartamento. E mesmo assim, não é um fato que deveria ocorrer. Requer uma manutenção.

• Nancy (10/5): Proximity to train station - proximity to the train station. Enough space for 5 people. Instructed to operate A/C only 20C and above to avoid over-filling of water. Some mold buildup up in both bathrooms, It could easily be cleaned w bleach considering renters pay for cleaning fee.
• Dawn (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment overlooking the train station. Surprisingly, it was very quiet with windows closed. Very clean and easy walking distance to many tourist sites. We were able to check in early, which was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

The contact with the person from whom we got a key was very friendly and helpful. The blinds in one bedroom don't work (master bedroom). The windows are not at all soundproof - lots of street noise late into the night and early in the morning. The kitchen is poorly equipped to do dishes (no plug in sink). No soap for dishwasher.

Selena, the staff that greeted us on our arrival was very helpful. Responded to our assistance promptly. owner not very flexible to accommodate our late check in request due to cancellation of our tour in rome. we have to check in at the specified time or cancel our reservation.

It’s just opposite the train station and car rental office. It’s very strategic to many places of interest. The area is safe but sometimes can be a bit noisy at night as the street been cleaned. I highly recommend this place as the team is very responsive to any questions and help in anything about the stay.

• Zebramanii (8/5): Tidy apartment in great location - The location was great, the apartment was easy to find and very close to the main train station, trams and walking distance to all the main sights in the centre. Check-in and paying the city tax was done online and was hassle free and we didn't have to wait for anybody to let us in so access to the apartment was more or less instant once we arrived. The apartment was clean and tidy and had a great view of the square outside the main station. I found the main bed was comfortable and I was able to get a good night's sleep once I realised that the windows had shutters (the curtains alone let in too much light but with the shutters it's really dark). My mother chose to sleep on the sofa bed, and while quite firm, she told me it was fairly comfortable despite many in the reviews saying otherwise. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with cutlery and utensils, certainly enough for the two of us, things were also fairly clean on arrival. The apartment came supplied with a few rolls of toilet paper, soap etc but probably not enough for a week, that said I didn't expect it to and there is a supermarket (Conad City) almost next door with most things you might need (plus another one only a minute or so walk away). For the two of us, the apartment felt spacious and for the price I felt it was a good choice, though it was not without issues. The best thing about the apartment is probably the location but the view from the living room and bedroom was also fantastic. Overall the apartment was good but there were a few issues of note. Firstly, while the bathroom was clean and well decorated, the shower is in a poor state, it needs ripping out and replacing. The big shower head is too low and is damaged, while the smaller one could be raised up but the part that holds it in place is also damaged. Aside from that, both the shower and sink drain too slowly as well. The TV is also an issue, as while it looks fairly new and does work, there doesn't appear to be any signal so you can't watch anything, also we couldn't use any of the apps on it as it wouldn't connect to the WiFi. The kettle was broken but thanks to a combination of using a pan to boil water and the coffee mokka pot, this was only a minor inconvenience. It is worth noting that the street below the windows can be quite busy and noisy with both people talking, car horns, police sirens and the trams, but I found it no worse than many other busy cities, in the summer though, if you have the window open and you are a light sleeper, it might be an issue.
• Demello (8/5): Very good - Location is excellent close to station, attractions, lots of eating joints,supermarket.Apartment clean and spacious.Host very nice. The kitchen had no cleaning products. There were no paper towels or cloth towels. No tea coffee salt sugar provided. If provided with the above, it would make an excellent accommodation.
• Franziska (4/5): Not worth the money. - The location is what makes this apartment great. Within minutes you are everywhere. Everything is right around the corner or closer. It feels secure and the checkin was super easy. Communication with the host was great and easy. What others have mentioned before but was really more annoying than expected, was the noise. It is loud all the time throughout the whole night except for a small window between 5:30am to 6:00am. Sirens, people screaming, the tram, honking cars, music…. The apartment needs isolated windows, then this would be great. And it was not very clean. Especially the shower. So in general it would have been ok, but for the price we payed, we think it was not. You can have much cheaper accommodation with the same standard.

It was close to the train station (2 minute walk), public bus, hop on-hop off bus, a n 8 minute walk to the Florence Cathedral and most other sights. You are close shopping, a grocery store, a fantastic cafe is literally next door, and the Central Market. The place was clean and everything worked fine. The only mirrors were in the bathroom, requiring some creativity for getting ready when others were showering, and there are no full length mirrors. And there are no hangers, so bring your own if you need them.

The property is located right in the heart of the city and within a 5 to 10 minute walk of everything. Wi-Fi in the property , two excellent bedrooms . Kitchen basic but practical. TV in every bedroom and living room. Shop right across the street

• Andriy (7/5): Very good and convenient location. - Everything good but you should inform in advance that it’s not possible to use multiple appliance simultaneously due to electricity switch breaker. We had electricity outage for 1 hour. Luckily technician was able to fix it quickly.
• Birva (8/5): Would recommend - Location is the best, 2 mins from Santa Maria Train Station, Alinari Cafe across had great breakfast options and McDonald's downstairs. Even though it is a busy area, we felt very safe travelling with kids. Daniella was very responsive to some of the concerns we raised. Air conditioner worked great in both the rooms. There is an elevator we appreciated. House was clean. Convenience store right below the apartment, so easy access to everything. But it also meant noise of delivery truck in morning for 1 bedroom that faced the street but kids were too tired to get bothered in our case. Bathroom flush stopped worked twice in our 3 day stay, but the host was responsive to come fix. Later read the recent reviews to realize other in that week also had the same issue. So wished they had actually fixed the problem b4 we arrived. Other con was missing some basics in kitchen like salt and sugar. All our other accommodations have given those. Wish it was self checkin option rather than wait to meet someone to checkin. Suggestions to the host to have couple more hooks to hang clothes/wet towels and a full size mirror in the apartment.

• June (3/5): Not happy - The only positive is it was near the train station. The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken, which they knew about. The toilet in the e suite wouldn't flush. We told the people and they wanted us to stay in the apartment till they fixed it We only had one full day in Florence and we were not staying in for a plumber. No coffee machine, which was advertised. The young man who let us in complained that we were late and was very rude. Telling you the apartment is over the road from the train station are not directions.
