Piergiulio (2/5): THIS BOOKING DOES NOT EXIST! THIS IS A FRAUD!! - After checking the location for 3 hours and calling only to hear the answer machine the whole booking turned out to be a fake . Warning everyone to watch out for this appartement and don't book this fraudulent.

Nobuyo (2/5): ダブルブッキング - 直前に予約しました。詳細を見るとチェックインの手配のため、電話するように書いてあったので、電話したところオーナーの男性が出てダブルブッキングが判明。大晦日の夜で、他のホテルはかなり値段も高く、またフィレンツェからの移動日だったので大変困りました。謝ることもなく、オーナーのもう一つのゲストハウスに泊まるように言われたのですが、場所を聞いたらチビタベッキアというフィミチーノ空港からさらに先の港町でした。通常はもう少し高いのだけど、同じ料金で泊めてあげるから問題ない！と悪びれることなく言いましたが、これ以上の移動は大変だったため、ローマ市内の別のホテルをブッキングしました。ホテルズドットコムにもわざわざ国際電話で連絡しましたが、返金の手続きをしてくれただけで、別のホテルはありませんと紹介すらしてくれませんでした。（確かにホテルズドットコムでは同等の値段のホテルはその日はなかったかもしれませんが、ダブルブッキングに対する何の補償もなく対応にガッカリしました）大晦日の夕方、ローマに到着間際までホテルが決まらず、不安な思いをする羽目になりました。その後、数時間たち、別のサイトで予約が完了した後、オーナーから電話があり、泊まるところを何とかするからハローローマに来るように言われましたが、もう別のホテルを予約した事を告げたら、ガチャと切られました。最後の最後まで感じ悪かったです。施設については泊まれなかったため、分かりませんが、以上の理由によりここは到底おススメ出来ません！ホテルズドットコムのカスタマーサービスへもサービスの改善を強く望みます。
