Busisiwe (1/5): horrible - nothing On the first night no one was there to open the gate for me even though I made arrangements for check in time. I had to call their office and they directed me to a different property. The room was different from what I booked. I couldn't sleep because of noise!
Busisiwe (3/5): Horrible - It's clean Noise Lax staff I waited outside the gate for hours, several times without anyone opening the gate.
Matthrew (2/5): Deplorable to say the least. - Firstly, the address advertised as well as the photographs of the accomodation are and is not the address of the actual "hostel. " There is no transportation to the actual address on Jan Smuts rd where you find out that you will be staying UPON ARRIVAL.. The cleanliness of the rooms are at best disgusting. No toilet paper is the tip of the iceberg. There are naked woman walking the halls with numerous "visitors" coming in and out. The owner\manager is impossible to get hold of. Disgraceful. Please find the photos attached.
