M7476RHannew (2/5): Avoid avoid avoid this hotel - This place is one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. The cavernous space is dated and unattractive. The staff don’t seem to care either. Our room doesn’t get always get made up or serviced properly (ie no clean towels, no coffee, they throw away my own teabags etc). When we called reception twice to ask for towels no apology offered and no speed to remedy the situation. We won’t be back to stay here it’s dreadful.

Kailey (5/5): Nice but dirty - the room was okay but i wanted a balcony that i would be able to sit and the only have enough room to barley stand outside im not even sure how that counts as a balcony it like a window edge and i did like how the hootel was only accessible for people who stayed there the place was kind of a rip off when booking it says BREAKFAST INCLUDED NOTTTT the breakfast was not included and how they scammed you is you make a plate and then tell you oh its 26 a person!! also, the club lounge was so nasty and not cleaned up there was mold inn the coffee maker no one was even in the lounge to make you a drink it's like why I even got a club room if nothing was available. I actually cleaned it up for them because I'm not staying somewhere nasty my pillowcases I don't think were even replaced cause there was makeup on them I asked for a replacement and last but not least THE HOT TUB WAS NASTY! Akid pooped in it the water was dirty and brown.

johngV2307XY (8/5): OK but beware of parking charges is you need them. - We did a three-night stay March 13-15th 2026. Hotel was nice, accommodating and clean, again should be for the cost. My only issue was that it was never mentioned that parking was a $21.30 extra per day, only seeing this on the bill upon checkout. I think they would be more forth coming with those types of charges and maybe $10 a day would be easier to swallow.

richardmX9267IV (10/5): Away from Hustle and Bustle! - Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando. It was convenient to Winter Park and several attractions north of Orlando. The wait staff in the beautiful atrium dining area sincerely welcomed us every morning and made us feel right at home. The Concierge Manager, Jason was excellent and was attentive to all his guests.

P9621ZQandrewg (10/5): Excellent Team Makes This Hotel Shine! - My wife and I stayed here for the first time while attending a conference at the hotel, and we enjoyed our time immensely. One thing, above all else, made the entire experience excellent: the staff. Truly—every single person we interacted with during our three days at the Sheraton North impressed us. We stopped by the lobby café for Starbucks and met Rola, who served hot drinks with a side of sass (in the best way). She was professional, welcoming, and genuinely fun to talk to. Over all three days, we kept running into her, and by the end of our stay it felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend. We checked into our room midway through the first day of the conference, and Aja made the process seamless. She also arranged a late checkout so we could enjoy more of the conference on our final day, and later helped us resolve an issue with our room. Friendly, efficient, and excellent all around. The next morning at breakfast we met Nathan, a weekend server who did a wonderful job. He was attentive without being rushed, and we enjoyed learning that he’s a middle school educator during the week. He made our breakfast experience genuinely enjoyable. On our second morning, Melinda waited on us and once again delivered great service. We learned she’s been in the service industry for many years—and it shows. She was fantastic, and even set us up with to-go drinks for that day’s meetings. At lunch on our final day, we visited the lobby restaurant (1904) and met Katrina. Three for three on excellent service. She was handling multiple tables, but you’d never know it—calm, attentive, and on top of everything. And last, but certainly not least, is Jayme. We first met her briefly on our arrival day when she jumped in to help Rola during a busy café rush. The next morning she was serving breakfast, and we noticed that whenever the Starbucks line got long, she stepped in to help there too. On our final day, she was back at breakfast again. At one point, we heard the unmistakable crash of plates hitting the floor—followed immediately by Jayme’s voice saying, “It’s okay! Don’t worry!” as she took charge of the situation. Later, during lunch, she jumped in to help Katrina by serving tables. She even helped us track down a notepad for our conference—by giving us one from her own desk. Jayme is one of those rare, behind-the-scenes gems whose effort and excellence elevate everyone around her. We were incredibly impressed. And here’s the cool part: we had great interactions with even more staff members we wish we could name. The bartender at 1904 was friendly and helpful. The night staff at the front desk was excellent. And whoever is managing this team has clearly built something special—because this level of consistency doesn’t happen by accident. Our only nitpicks were minor maintenance-related items. The bathrooms needed a bit more attention during the conference, two of the four elevators were out (which caused some congestion), and we had to move rooms our first night due to an extra-loud A/C unit. But even then, the response was outstanding. The room move was handled smoothly, and the staff compensated us with breakfast for the inconvenience. That’s class—and it makes the negatives fade quickly in light of genuine care. We loved every minute of our stay and already have two more conferences booked at this same location. This hotel is a definite must for anyone looking for a clean and hotel - I walked into the hotel and immediately noticed how clean and beautiful the front lobby was. I was immediately greeted by Aja who was working at the front desk. Aja was friendly and helpful. My check-in for my room was flawless. My room was clean and organized. I was also happy to see a Starbucks in the front lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or pleasure.

She let us wait for long time before serving us because we wanted to know if we booked breakfast in our stay At check in we have to actually walk up to the front desk and greet the 2 ladies that was there before they anything to us

Whitney (2/5): This was not a great stay - The breakfast Once we arrived, everything seemed great. The lady at the front desk said “since it’s your first time. I'll get you in free from the parking payment. I'll get you a pass… she NEVER did. Then the Ac unit in our room had it blazing st 77 degrees and wouldn't change. So they moved us to another room and that one was even hotter. I had a INFANT WITH ME. If you’re going to have people stay at your hotel atleast make sure the room is up to par for them before they arrive. I mean after a long day of driving, this was how we stayed and ruined our trip completely
Sharon (1/5): I need my discover card used to be refunded/credit the account immediately. - staff tried to help the situation by moving us three different times, but it was NOT resolved so we checked out. Got tired of moving from room to room when I could see that they apparently had an issue with the air conditioning system/unit throughout the hotel - even the hall ways and lobby were uncomfortable - it was very humid. air conditioning was not working in either of the three rooms I moved too, I checked out within 1 to 2 hours and will need a refund for 173. plus cents that was charged on my Discover credit card, immediately

Ross (10/5): Don't use booking.com!!! - Loved the hotel all the staff was very accommodating Will NEVER use booking.com again. After driving 10 hours, I arrived at the hotel only to be told that the hotel had no reservations in my name. They asked how I booked and I told them through booking.com and they confirmed that booking.com had not sent them the reservations and I need to call customer service and have them send the hotel an email to confirm my stay. Well, after an hour in the lobby, talking to an Ai bot that clearly could not help me (and eventually hung up on me), i tried to do the online chat which also got me absolutely no where!!! The concierge eventually felt so sorry for us. They figured out a way to get us a room and told me that I wasn't the first person to have this problem through booking.com and that it had been happening quite often. So shame on booking.com for not only not doing their job by sending the hotel the reservation but also shame on them for using Ai and online chats to solve an issue that clearly could NOT solve any issue I had and no matter how many time I said I need to speak with someone it could not transfer me to a real person who could have helped easily! I've always used booking.com for my trips, but after this experience, I will NEVER USE THE COMPANY AGAIN!!! But shout out to the Sheraton Orlando for being so accommodating and patient with me and my family I will definitely be back, but I will definitely be booking straight through the hotel from now on!!!

904peckyc (2/5): Disappointing Experience With the Front Desk Team Desk Team Christopher Smith - Sheraton Orlando North 600 North Lake Destiny Drive Maitland, FL 32751 Dear Management Team, I am writing to share honest feedback regarding my recent stays at the Sheraton Orlando North, specifically concerning my interactions with members of the front desk team: Christopher Smith (Front Desk Director), Elaine, Leo, and Julia Ribero. As a Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy member, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and hospitality demonstrated during my stays there. Most concerning was my interaction with Christopher Smith. As the Front Desk Director, he should be setting the standard for guest service; however, his behavior was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Additionally, instead of handling matters professionally, he chose to call my sister’s workplace without justification to discuss about an associate form whose information he claimed to have seen. This action was completely inappropriate and unacceptable for someone in his position. Elaine was similarly unhelpful and unprofessional. During our interaction, she was extremely rude and unnecessarily called the police. When the officers arrived and the situation was explained, they confirmed there was no reason for police involvement and simply asked me to return to my room. Julia Ribero was also rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I had an existing reservation from December 31, 2025, to January 2, 2026. Due to her behavior, I chose to leave the hotel on December 31. Despite this, she checked me in and charged the card on file for the remaining stay without my authorization, which is extremely concerning. Leo was also rude and unhelpful during my interactions with him. Based on this experience, I do not feel comfortable recommending this hotel to friends, family, or colleagues while these individuals remain part of the front desk team. The contrast between their conduct and the service provided by other staff members was stark and disappointing. I strongly urge management to re-evaluate front desk operations and guest service standards, particularly when it comes to the treatment of loyal Marriott Bonvoy members. I am here at several times, which is 3 times a year for the last 5 years The A/C unit was load and noisy as if it had parts loose within it. The response was that was how the unit sounds. The TV was not able to be synced as it was listed in another time zone so I was unable to use it at all

Traveler36685659115 (8/5): Great People! - I had the pleasure of being served by Cooper and Ashley W. At the club lounge during my stay. Cooper is new in his role and I found him to be friendly, efficient, and attentive. Ashley is a breath of fresh air and I observed her going above and beyond for another guest. I was touched that they were appreciative of the tips that I left for them each time I used their services. This is not always the case, surprisingly, when I travel. Thanks Sheraton for hiring such wonderful people. It makes traveling so much more pleasant.

Stopped by the Club Lounge on my second night for a light dinner. Ashley and Cooper were great! They gave a very warm welcome and provided suggestions for the food. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

His clip attitude and cold personality, I was ready to demand my prepaid room payment back and wanted to leave. The only reason I didn’t was because I am here on business. He had no interest in helping me, he claimed that he knew nothing about the conference that I am attending which is being healed in this hotel and he refused to give me my breakfast vultures which were prepaid. I was asking him questions about the property, instead of answering me he said to the person behind me may I help you?

Melissa (4/5): Not what I was expecting from a Marriott brand hotel. - The big TV was nice. The staff (Leonardo) at the front desk wasn’t very nice. The carpeting looked stained and dirty. The lights over the TV had no way to turn on. The sheet on one queen bed was ripped. The duvet cover on the other queen bed wasn’t put on and zipped up properly. The sheets on both beds put on inside out and didn’t fit the deep mattress well, we woke up through the night to put them back on the mattress as they kept sliding off. There was hair on the shower floor. I had to pay 20 dollars for parking when the other two rooms in our part did not pay the parking fee. The room key that was supposed to allow us access to parking did not work.

GayoDearing (10/5): Stay that counts - Great service, comfortable accomodations, and fair fares. A home away from home in the middle of the City Beautiful. The day starts with the best buffet breakfast in town, serve by the best, Sony, that will make sure you have all you need, with attention to quality. Then enjoy a perfect day at the great ammenities Orlando can offer and top of the line pool, fitness and business center. Finally end the day at the most comfortable bed with soft clean pillows. Victor at the front desk will make sure you have the smoothest Check-In possible. Every time I need an escape from home here is where I want to be.
Martin (6/5): - Rooms are entirely too dark, even with all the lights on. The floor smelled like a bunch of smokers were staying there, even though it was non-smoking. My view was horrible. It faced highway (noisy) and overlooked the dumpster area.
