Das Personal ist einfach grandios, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist eine optimale Mischung aus modern, stylish und traditionell venezianisch. Die Lage top. - EdGatheral (10/5): Perfect Venetian Hotel - We had a wonderful four night stay at Riva Del Vin Boutique Hotel, and it truly added something special to our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Each one of them was friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made the experience feel personal rather than transactional especially when it came to recommendations for places to eat or gondola rides. Our canal view room was a highlight of the stay. Waking up each morning to the activity on The Grand Canal and watching gondolas pass by was exactly the Venetian experience we had hoped for. The room itself was comfortable, clean and very spacious. It was a nice touch that the hotel arranged a complimentary visit for us to the Ferro & Lazzarini glass factory in Murano with an exclusive tour of the factory and shop. Breakfast being included was a great bonus. There was a good variety each morning, with fresh options of meats and fruit. Overall, Riva Del Vin Boutique Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a centrally located, situated within a 1 minute walk of the Rialto Bridge, it is charming place to stay with beautiful views and exceptional service. We would happily return.

- Mona (8/5): - Die Lage quasi direkt bei der Rialto-Brücke ist unschlagbar. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr ansprechend und die Auswahl gut. Aufgrund der kleinen Größe werden die Gäste geblockt bewirtet und man teilt seinen "Frühstücks-Zeitslot" mit ein paar anderen Gästen. Das Zimmer fällt klein aus und ist eher kühl - die Stimmung im Bad mit der roten Wandfarbe und modernem Spiegel ist interessant. Man muss ehrlicherweise sagen, dass mir das Hotel selbst in der Gesamtheit besser gefallen hat als das eigentliche Zimmer. Dennoch denke ich, dass ich sicherlich wieder dort nächtigen würde.

- Stacey (9/5): Really great location, friendly and attentive staff, clean and understated. - Breakfast was sufficient for what I like as I don't like to eat so early but my husband, although managed with what was on offer likes a cooked breakfast, so we had what we would call a 'first sitting' and then went on to eat a proper full English breakfast elsewhere. There was fruit, croissants, bread for toasting, olives, yogurts, meats cereal and boiled eggs. They catered for his GF request and were greatly attentive. There is a COOP across the river so you could get a soya yogurt to have with the fruit they supplied if needed. Everything was great. No complaints at all. The staff were great, rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels every day, which we could have done without. There was no note to hang on the door to tell them not to change the towels, that would be my only suggestion to save them and the environment :)

Nettes Personal beim Frühstück Das Hotelpersonal (Putzfrauen) macht ab 07:00 einen Lärm und schreien rum dass wir täglich dadurch geweckt wurden. Zimmer waren nicht 100% sauber. Wir hatten noch alte Flaschen vom Vorherigen hinter dem Bett liegen

The bed was very comfy, the room was an adequate size and had a pleasant, cosy feel to it. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was nice and if you’re early enough you can get a table with a nice view of the Rialto Bridge. The location was perfect, in the centre of Venice so never more than 20-30 mins’ walk from anywhere we wanted to go. The concierges were friendly and helpful. Would recommend! Nothing

- marybelle07 (10/5): Lovely place - What a wonderfully located hotel! Right on the Grand Canal! We had a room overlooking the Rialto Bridge. The room itself was spacious. You do have to enter from an alley, and the woman at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was a very nice surprise with quite a selection of pastries, meats and cheeses, breads, fruit, hard boiled eggs, and more. The only downside, which may have been particular to our room, is the noise from below. There was music playing loudly, but it ended at about 11 pm. The music was not a bother to us, but it is definitely something to be aware of.

- Sophie (10/5): Perfect location for your Venice City Break! All main tourist attractions within walking distance from the hotel. Clean - Perfect location for a city break to Venice! Right next to Rialto Bridge. Got on the water taxi from Venice Marco Polo airport to Rialto and a short walk to the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and polite. We arrived too early for check-in but they allowed us to use the bathroom and leave our luggage safely at the hotel until check-in. When we arrived back at the hotel for check-in, our luggage had already been put in our room for us. This hotel is the perfect location for exploring all of Venice’s main tourist attractions, all within walking distance. Nothing to dislike.

- Ambassador635423 (2/5): Horrible customer service - The WORST hotel experience here. My first time in Venice, they had the worst customer service experience. All staff were beyond rude when asked for anything. No iron in room. The shower water didn’t fully work, only half of the shower worked. The outlets were coming out the wall. Our room was in the breakfast lounge, so when we come in & out our room everyone can see us. No privacy. Over $700-800 for 2 nights. & they charged my card additional $ for mistake on their part by their front desk. I tried calling to ask them about the additional charge & again same front desk lady kept saying call back later & just hangs up the phone. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
