- Lam (8/5): Great Stay - It is very clean and lovely. With such a price and being so close to tourist attractions, I have nothing to complain about. The staff is very friendly, and I feel safe and comfortable staying here. The host is also very responsive and easy-going. If possible, try asking for a lower floor if you have large luggage. We stayed on the 4th floor, OMG! Other than that, the place is good to stay at. It is just a bit inconvenient to only have one plug on one side of the bed, and the room wasn’t that big, but those weren’t major issues. PS: Please try not to walk to the hotel from seaside as Google Maps suggests: take the bus instead! The slope leading to the hotel is crazy steep and definitely not suitable for heavy suitcases.

The owner(s?) were both very kind and friendly and carried our bags up the stairs and we got extra items for the room (coffee/toilet paper) right away which was awesome. Highly recommend, thanks so much 🙏🏼

Nu am nimic de reproșat din acest punct de vedere. Cu siguranță când mai vin in Istanbul o să aleg aceiași locație. GPS nu funcționează bine in zona hotelului. Recomand o mai bună vizibilitate a hotelului prin instalarea unui logo luminos nu neapărat de mari dimensiuni cu numele hotelului. Astfel localizarea acestuia de către noii clienții care sosesc seara este mult mai facilă.

- Ivana (9/5): - We enjoyed our stay at the property - check-in was straightforward and easy, we didn't have any trouble finding the property, the area seemed safe and there is a great little convenience store at the end of the street. Our room was nice, the bed was comfy. We travelled in January so no need to use the AC, and the room was a pleasant temperature. The bathroom, although clean, could use some touch ups. There is a busy main road by the property and in order to get to the touristy areas you need to cross it so it might be burdensome to some people.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, away from the noisy streets. There is a communal kitchen with many appliances and cutlery you can use. Shops and cafes are also located nearby. I would recommend staying here based on the attentiveness of the owner and staff 🙏☺️ There appeared to be a problem with the water. The owner assured us it was an ongoing regional problem. He did his best to liaise with the water board and ascertain what was going on and did his best to keep us informed😊

The rooms are clean and include a hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, internet, tea and coffee bags, a kettle, glasses, bottles of water, and a refrigerator. It's worth adjusting the plumbing in the shower and closing the huge gap in the front door, as this will result in a lack of sound insulation.

Номер полностью оправдал ожидания, небольшой, но очень комфортный и чистый. Отель находится очень близко к Истикляль, однако в тихом закутке, шума с улицы было почти 0, в отеле тоже было тихо за исключением кратковременных ремонтных работ, о которых хозяин предупредил заблаговременно Мы сейчас говорим об отеле в низкой ценовой категории. Если бы цена была намного выше, я бы возможно смог написать бы здесь что-то, но в данном случае это совершенно неуместно, это потрясающий вариант по соотношению цены и качества

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, sicher und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung in Istanbul – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
- Carl Whetham (10/5): Excellent location, great rooms, wonderful host! - I have only positive things to say about Ore Pera Suites! First of all, the location is fantastic - it's a 7-10 minute walk to the main tourist street, Istiklal, and 15 minutes to Taksim Square (which is handy for the metro, although Şişhane metro station is actually closer). The entrance is on a quiet side street with a great local store that supplies pretty much all your basic needs. The check-in process was easy, and everything was explained very clearly in case we arrived early (external door code, WiFi password, etc). Our room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, cosy and quiet at night, with an excellent bed and mattress, as well as a refrigerator, a kettle, a safe, a TV, air conditioning, a small table and chairs, a sizeable wardrobe, and plenty of surfaces to use - I even put in a few hours' work during our stay! Everything is stylish and in good taste - even the pictures on the walls in the corridors! The bathroom was very clean, and the shower had piping hot water with excellent pressure. All the bed linen and towels were in excellent condition and very clean. On the ground floor, there is a shared kitchen space with a microwave oven and a full range of cooking utensils - we only made use of the corkscrew, but there is also a washing machine. The cost of this accommodation is extremely reasonable - for this price, we could only find hostels!!! The host, Yasin, is a wonderful man! He's extremely welcoming, positive and helpful. Any queries or requests we had were dealt with quickly and effectively, with tact and kindness. He allowed us to check in early at no extra cost, and to leave our bags at the accommodation after we had checked out, so that we could spend our last day walking around the city and then return to collect our luggage on the way to the airport. I highly recommend Ore Pera Suites to anyone travelling to Istanbul, and will only consider staying there when I travel to the city in future! The only thing that guests should be aware of is that there is no elevator, so it might be difficult to carry heavy bags upstairs. On the other hand, Yasin kindly offered several times to help us take our bags up to the 4th floor when we were checking in.

- Asmaa (10/5): Perfect location, welcoming and accommodating staff, 100/10 recommend - The hotel is very centrally located, it’s one staircase away from Istiklal Street in Taksim (2 minutes walk and you’re right at the heart of Beyoğlu). The metro station (Shishane) is 4 minutes away, and so is the Bus Station (Omar Hayem). It was very well serviced by public transportation. The location allows you to explore Istiklal Street, Galata Tower, Galata Port, Karakoy, Eminono and close neighbourhoods in one swift trajectory. Truly the best place to stay. I recommend taking the 5th floor room, although there is no lift, the view is absolutely stunning. The Staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating, Yasin helped me plan my way to the hotel from the airport, gave me recommendations for food spots and allowed me to keep my bags at the hotel after checkout because I was travelling to Cappadocia. The room has heating and is super warm at night, the shower was warm and nice. Theres a kitchen if anyone wants to prepare light meals. Everything was perfect and I can not recommend this place enough ! Thank you ! I would love it if the property had a lift, and if they offered breakfast. Everything was perfect but if these two options were available, it would have been a 10000/10 experience.

- Victoria (10/5): - Понравилась удобная кровать и подушки. Большой номер. Уютный балкончик со столиком. Достаточно тихо ночью, т.к. жилой район и все ложатся спать. Соседей тоже не было слышно. Очень дружелюбные сотрудники, были всегда на связи. Рядом магазин и несколько кафе. Улица Истикляль в 5 мин. хотьбы.

- Christoph (10/5): - Gute Lage...Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. 3 Minuten Fußweg und man ist mitten im Geschehen. Mitarbeiter super nett,freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Betten sehr bequem. Treppenhaus sehr schmal. Die Zimmer nach hinten raus haben keinen Ausblick. Man schaut direkt auf die Hauswand des Nachbarn.
- Emre anil (8/5): Super Zimmer, in top Lage 👍🏽 - Ich habe 5 Tage im Ore Pera Suits in Istanbul (Pera) übernachtet und war rundum zufrieden. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und es gab immer warmes Wasser, was in Istanbul nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Lage ist super zentral, nur wenige Minuten vom Taksim-Platz entfernt – perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Sie standen jederzeit zur Verfügung und haben uns mit allem unterstützt, was wir brauchten. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Das Zimmer war ein bisschen hellhörig wodurch man die Schritte der Nachbarn in der Nacht Hören konnte. Unser Zimmer war in der vierten Etage ohne Aufzug.

Nos resulto fácil de encontrar el hospedaje además de las indicaciones q nos enviaron por mensaje con fotos y demás porq llegábamos fuera de horario. Lo recomiendo. Si vas con equipaje pesado procura q te den en los pisos de abajo. Nos tocó el 5to en escalera caracol . No hay ascensor ,pero íbamos lijero de equipaje,aguantamos. Ja

- Daniel (10/5): - Доброжелательный хозяин, хороший вид из окна (501 номер), в номере чисто, есть холодильник, чайник, стол, 2 стула, стол и большая столешница - очень удобно. Внизу есть кухня с микроволновкой, разной посудой, раковиной, плюс чай-кофе-сахар. Даже стиралка есть, только свой порошок захватите. Расположение тоже очень удобное - место тихое, при этом недалеко от остановки автобусов и туристических мест. В паре шагов магазинчики с водой и продуктами, кафешки. Напор горячей воды был непостоянен (кратковременные перебои). Не хватает розеток, благо мы с собой всегда берём удлинитель. Лифта нет, и на 5 (фактически 6-й) этаж подниматься по винтовой лестнице. Но это не недостаток, а скорее просто особенность, мы были готовы к этому благодаря отзывам. Ну и у нас не было больших чемоданов, к тому же хозяин предлагал помочь поднять вещи.

Voltaria e recomendarei! O alojamento não dispõe de elevador por isso prepara-se para subir escadas e ouvir passos de vizinhos mais barulhentos

- Alexandru (10/5): - Recomand cu incredere aceasta locatie. Stafful a fost foarte de treaba, mereu intreband daca avem nevoie de ceva, pe langa acest lucru ne-au ajutat si cu caratul bagajelor. Locatie aproape de statie de autobuz si de strada renumita Istiklal, aproximativ 10 minute de mers pe jos. P. S: Daca doresti sa se faca curatenie in camera si sa se schimbe prosoapele, este necesar sa anunti cu o zi inainte, ceea ce este mentionat si pe un afis in camera.

- VITALI (9/5): Уютный, тихий, комфортный вариант для проживания - Отель находиться в тихом переулке, где нет шума от проезжающих авто. В отеле есть кухня, стиральная машинка и т..д. Персонал отеля очень приветлив и искренне старается помочь во всем. В 50м находятся маленькие магазинчики с фруктами и овощами, водой и прочими бытовыми приборами. В 100м есть прекрасное заведение в котором можно покушать кебаб и т.д. До метро +-10 минут ходьбы. В целом меня все устроило. Хорошо слышен был топот с верхнего номера. Или звукоизоляция такая или там заехали слоники и бегемоты.
- Elie (8/5): - The location is amazing. SUPER SAFE, actually it is safe everywhere in Turkey ( it’s not like in europe) I was walking around with cash and diamonds , and I felt safe. Unfortunately, it is super hard to find a decent hotel in Istanbul , so overall it’s a good hotel money wise and location. The room was not properly cleaned, shower half broken, it’s a smoking room obviously, my things smelled like cigarettes. So I have to keep everything in the luggage. But the main thing was, there were no bedbugs, it was very safe and there was soundproofing.

- Rene (10/5): Istanbuls Geheimtipp! - Die Ore Pera Suites liegen sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig in der Nähe von Istanbuls berühmter Einkaufsstraße Istiklal Caddesi, die in den Taksim Platz mündet. Auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Gala Tower sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten das Zimmer ganz oben im fünften Stock mit einem wunderschönen Blick über die Dächer Istanbuls. Es war ausreichend groß, hatte einen Kühlschrank und war auch ansonsten modern eingerichtet. Die Hotelinhaber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben tolle Tipps erhalten und konnten am Abreisetag unser Gepäck dort aufbewahren, um noch etwas die Stadt erkunden zu können. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für die Ore Pera Suites entscheiden. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar! Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug, sodass der Weg in den 5. Stock mit schwerem Gepäck schon ein kleines Workout war, aber die netten Hoteleigentumer haben uns geholfen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! 🫶🏾
- Lala (7/5): The rate is not 9, unfortunately. - Location is nice. Not far from Istiklal and Taksim. Good and friendly staff. Bed is very comfortable (I have problems with my back and neck, so it was really good for me). The room was little but comfortable. Good WiFi connection. First of all, I've reserved a budget room for me and my husband without any view but ...it was on the wall of the another building. It's ok, actually, as we do not need any view, but only to open the window for fresh air on the period of our stay Sept 27 - Oct 3. I've enjoyed the fresh air only the first night and the next days there was no any fresh air but only the smoke of somebodies cigarette, who smoke them all the night. I suppose that it was somebody from the same hotel. Unacceptable! I had to use the airconditioner and as a result we both came back with the cold from vacation. The kettle in the room was with the slightly rusty bottom so I did not risk using it. You have to ask for cleaning (it is in the rules of the hotel) just be informed. The most pity thing was to found a cigarette butt on the floor under our bed. No smoke detector in the room.
