• Fernando (9/5): Wonderful, great location, love it - Great location near to metro, Vatican, restaurants etc. Alessio was very helpful to make our visit to Rome easier. Need at least one chair in the room, we had to leave the room before 10:30 AM everyday

The apartment location is very good for those who want to visit the Vatican, and it is very close to the subway station. The host left us fresh food in the fridge every day so we could prepare breakfast in the well-equiped kitchen. There was noise after flushing the toilet, on tank refilling. There was noise from outside until late at night, even though the window was closed, because the window faced a busy street. I think it would have been much better to have another room with a window facing the building's inner yard.

• Ruth (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, close to metro and just 10 min walk to Vatican museum entrance. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Very clean and great communication with our hosts. Shared kitchen in the apartment but each room has its own bathroom. Also great with breakfast.

But inside is a modern living facility, well maintained, very clean and a kitchen always full of free supplies of delicious food items for breakfast and snacks. Absolutely, a good value for your money !. The location and security of the place are likewise big pluses for you to really ENJOY VATICAN !!!

• Kincső (10/5): A few days of rest. - The accommodation was in a great location, and the neighborhood was pleasant and safe. Our breakfast was also fine, there was no reason to complain. I really liked the inner courtyard garden, it was especially charming. Alessio was extremely kind and helpful. There was no such thing.

• Artur (9/5): If I return to Rome, Enjoy Vatican will be my choice in terms of accommodation, for sure. - The speed in responding to messages, the attention when we need help from the staff, and the location are the strong points. The cleanliness and hygiene of the place is also a strong point. And, of course, the good cost-benefit ratio.
• Χριστίνα (9/5): 5 days stay - Very good location near the Vatican and the metro station. The breakfast was excellent for the price and the room was very decent and spacious. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and it had all the amenities you need. Alessio was a very good host, very friendly and attentive when we checked in ! When we booked, we didn't realize that it was facing a rather busy road, so even during the night, you can hear the cars, especially the ambulances, which are very common in Rome. We didn't mind, but light sleepers could be bothered. Apart from that, the room could use a little touch-up in some areas (curtains, walls, comforters) were a bit worn out. Some nightstands would be good to add in the future for more comfort.

• Monmita (10/5): Loved our stay here - The location was very close to Vatican! Like in 500m you will reach Sistine Chapel. The Cipro metro station is only 3mins walk from the property. The area is safe and there are lots restuarants nearby. Room was comfortably heated and had enough space for our jackets and other clothes. The self help breakafast was delicious with eggs, meat,milk,cereals, yoghurt,bread,jam. The room also had more than enough packaged snacks to eat! Lots of food for you here as compared to other B&B places which claim breakfast and you will end up with just black coffee and 1 packed brioche. Also the common kitchen was big with all gas stove, pots and pans and had full bottle of oil and salt and pepper! The property was very easy to reach and Mr.Giovani was always there to help.He is very friendly and will make you comfortable! If given a chance I will for sure book this property again. The place is inside a gated heritage society and you can see St. Peters dome right outside the gate! They also clean the room everyday! If you are looking for a warm welcome, full stomach and comfortable stay with easy commute book this place! I could not stay moreeeeee

• Denisa (10/5): Appartamento perfetto vicino al Vaticano - Great location close to the Vatican, fresh market, metro and very good restaurants and supermarkets. Daily cleaning service, full fridge and a variety of cakes. Great Giovanni provides helpful information about the city and very good restaurants and ice creams. Beautiful view. The apartment is a bit noisy from the road.
• Adrianna (10/5): Exceptional - All was perfect, 10 minutes by walk to Vaticano. 20 minutes by metro to Coloseo. Metro station 5 minutes by walk. Alessio was very helpful. Showed us where to go, what kind of transport to take, nice places to eat. Was available for us anytime we needed help. I fully reccommend this place and will probably be there again when travel to Rome in the future :)!

• Xiaoyi (10/5): Best host ever - The host is super kind. We got late due to flight delay and he waited and greeted us at the property and got it ready for an early check in. The location is convenient, close to metro and walkable distance to Vatican. What impressed us the most was the generosity of the host - the fridge is always loaded with food so we could help ourselves anytime. A big thank you to the host! It’s right in front of a hospital so many ambulances pass by every day. I sleep with ear plugs so it doesn’t bother me.

They cleaned the room every day and provided fresh towels. There was cupboards to unpack clothes etc. Mattress was very uncomfortable. A lot of pastries for breakfast, with very little fresh produce. The breakfast is self service.

• Thomas (10/5): Live the traditional roman way! - Trionfale suburb is an excellent choice to stay if you want to understand the traditional daily routine of the Romans! So genuine! The room was part of a historic building part of Trionfale's Fascist-Era Public Housing Projects... These buildings are of great interest! It is next to piazza degli "EROI" for taxis and "Ciprus" metro station and you can also walk the city's centre and discover all the beauties of Rome! Clean, with great view and full breakfast facilities. We did not find something odd, or not-good! We really enjoyed our stay there! It actually exceeded our expectations!

• Krishnakali (10/5): Giovanni was very helpful with finding us tickets for the Vatican, restaurants that provide gluten free food and pharmac - We loved the view of the st Peter’s’ basilica, the helpful staff and the closeness to the metro, restaurants, grocery stores. We were sick when we got there and the snacks and breakfast they provide was of good quality. Nothing.
• Anika (9/5): Quick Stay close to Vatican City - Great location with a small park and cafés just downstairs. Clean room and bathroom. Wonderful owner. Great selection for breakfast to prepare for yourself - eggs, meats, juices, yogurts, breads etc. Parking garage about 2 min walk away. Like most European style buildings the elevator is super small, but not really something that bothered us at all. There are noises from the street, but if you are from the city it would not bother you (my 1 year old slept through the night)
• Alena (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, clean apartment near metro station Cipro, restaurants and shops. Vatican 5 minutes walking. Shared kitchen for three rooms with a cooker and a fridge, which is every day replenished with eggs, cheese, ham, water, milk, yoghurts and juice. There are also sweet pastries, toast bread and cereals. Comfortable beds, A/C, TV. Very nice and helpful host Giovanni. Somebody might have problems sleeping because the apartment is located near a busy crossroad.
• Fabiana (10/5): Amazing Stay!!! - Everything in this place was amazing! Even though it was a bit far from the Fontana di Trevi and Colosseo, it was just a few steps aways from Vaticano and close to the metro station so this wasn’t a problem at all for me! The check in ran extremely smooth and the host was super polite and welcoming! I had forgotten my extra power bank battery plus my phone charging at home and he lend me his (which I left in the room at the check out). The entrance of the property was lovely and the location is in a safe area! Everything in the room was in a perfect state! It was spotless clean, bed super comfortable and the common kitchen had more than you can expect: it looked like I was in my own house! There was coffee, bread, tea and even a brownie on the table! I should have tasted that by the way! I have stayed in others guest houses but this one went beyond my expectations! They even give you a welcome kit (some croissant and other pastries and small packages of jam)! I loved it! Definitely will come back! -

They cleaned the room everyday, there was water and food stocked for breakfast and is in a nice gated apartment complex. The owner was so helpful with the trains, things to do and other good recommendations. I highly recommend staying here!!

• Maksim (9/5): Superb - Availability of air conditioning Equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, gas stove) They provided water, and muffins for tea, and for breakfast, there was bread, eggs, butter, jam, coffee and etc. A very friendly owner, he showed us everything, where the shops are, where the metro is, where you can eat, and so on. Very poor sound insulation and you can hear your neighbors coming home. There is some kind of pump in the bathroom and when you turn on the water it makes a noise from time to time

Alessio is very helpful and accommodating, even when we arrived early! Bathroom great, room spacious and a brilliant view. Mini fridge in the room would have been good, however there is a good sized fridge in the shared kitchen which was good. Not really a thing we didn't like, just a suggestion!

• Fyka (6/5): Bad experience and won’t come again - host did helped pick up our luggage and so many bread and drinks. host texted me very short notice to check out. he said should check out 11am. we go out nearby for breakfast but unfortunately after we came back the cleaner lady already packed our stuff before 11am. the host called and scolded me. he asked me to leave. the cleaner lady came i think around 10am. which we still have time til 11am. this is very unpleasant experience in Rome. because of the rushed , we cant packed our luggage properly, and my tshirt left at the hotel.
