• Jerome (10/5): - A nice place in a near perfect location. A nice Japanese breakfast that was available before most restaurants that only opened at 11 am. A good size room by Japan standards. Highly recommended.
• Mitchell (8/5): - The room was immaculately clean and very spacious (which in Japan can be rare!) my room was on level 5, which is the top level, and there is no elevator. For me that was fine but if you can’t carry your luggage up so many stairs it’s probably not good for you. There was construction nearby during the week, though weekends and evenings were very quiet. Overall, I was very happy with my time here.
• Wendy (10/5): - This was by far the most spacious place we stayed in Japan (with the exception being the tiny toilet). It was nice to have a bit more space at the end of our travels. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Located a couple of minutes walk to Dotonbori and 15 minutes walk to Namba Station for the airport express. Very clean. Breakfast was typical Japanese with some toast/cereal if you prefer.

• David (10/5): - Very nice, modern, comfortable, large room. Central location. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is quiet but still only a few minutes walk to the middle of the action of Dotomburi. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Osaka!

Physical room key instead of card key. The key itself is pretty large and you have to leave room key for them to clean room.

• Nikolaus (8/5): Osaka good central location - The hotel was 5-10 minute walk from Dotonbori main shopping arcade and ‘Running Man’. Easy close by transport options. The breakfast was a delicious fusion of both Japanese and staple offerings - and the staff at breakfast and reception were always pleasant and welcoming. There are no lifts so be mindful of stairs if that is an issue for you - we were on the third floor and there was a floor above us.

• KYONGHO (10/5): 도톤보리 숙박에 추천합니다. - 교토, 나라지역으로 일일투어 출발하는 츠루동탄과 도톤플라자 근처에 있습니다. 도톤플라자에서 간사이공항으로 가는 리무진 버스도 탈 수 있어 이동에 편리한 위치입니다. 방도 넓고 깨끗해서 편안하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 다만 사람에 따라 엘리베이터가 없어 조금 불편할 수도 있어요. 식사는 간단한 일본식 아침식사라고 보시면 될 것 같아요. 직원분들 중에 한국분도 한 분 계셨는데 다들 너무 친절하셨고 고마웠습니다. 다음에 가도 다시 이용할 것 같습니다.
• GUSTAVO (10/5): - Convenient location and good value for money. They offer a complimentary breakfast that with many options. Very near to convenience stores and train station and restaurants.
• Michelle (8/5): - The rooms here are HUGE. Having the toilets separate from the shower is great. The air conditioning works very well. The staff here are so incredibly friendly! The only reason we would give this place 4 stars instead of 5 is how poor the wifi was. We would connect for four minutes abd then it would repeatedly drop. This was very frustrating as we tried to plan itineraries, book outings, reserve train tickets, etc.

• Süreyya (10/5): Traumhafter Aufenthalt und zentrale Lage - Das Hotel war einfach traumhaft. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und unterteilt, wie eine Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung war neu und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Die Lage ist direkt am berühmten Stadtteil ,,Dotonbori". Ich bin sehr zufrieden und glücklich, dass ich dieses Hotel gefunden habe. Ich würde es mit Bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

• Melissa (10/5): - We would stay here again! Staffs are kind, very welcoming. Safe and quiet location. Rooms are clean and large, separate washroom from toilet. No elevator, luckily we were on the 2nd floor. Small hotel, no lobby. 5 minutes walk to Dotonbori. About 7-10 walk to Nippombashi Station. Lots of foodies around the area. Lawson and Family Mart are walking distance. Breakfast was tasty, healthy, pickled vegetables, miso soup, bread, cereal, and Nato light choices traditional Japanese breakfast.

• Ying (10/5): - Room is spacious and clean. I noticed that some people complained about the water temperature of the shower. I didn’t have any problems with that. There’s no elevator, but the staff is kind enough to help with the luggage. It is a little away from Namba station , but walkable and less crowded. Still plenty restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Definitely recommend this place and I’ll probably come back for my next trip to Osaka
• CheYang (10/5): 乾淨方便又親切的旅館 - 比較像民宿，而不是飯店，所以沒有飯店很商業化、很多規定的感覺，反倒是有一種家人的親切感。 房間很大，而且廁所淋浴間跟馬桶還有洗手台都是獨立分開的，位置在巷子裡，很安靜。 走路5分鐘可以到達到道頓堀商圈，很熱鬧， 7分鐘可以到達地鐵站 以這個地理位置，跟室內空間來說，他的費用算是非常的便宜。服務人員多數是年輕人，很客氣親切。非常推薦到難波地區，可以選擇的住宿地點。

• Verified traveler (10/5): 호텔 추천합니당~ - 오사카 여행중 해당 호텔에서만 머물렀네요. 일본 호텔치곤 방 사이즈가 커서 좋았어요. 방 청소도 매일 해주시고, 방 위생은 깨끗했던거 같아요. 한국인 직원분들도 2~3분 정도 있어 의사소통 편리했고, 직원분들 모두 친절하셨습니다. 필요시 조식도 먹을 수 있어서 가끔씩 챙겨먹었습니다. 제일 큰 단점이 엘레베이터가 없는거 였는데, 여행 기간중 캐리어 끌고 다닐일이 없어서 크게 불편함 없었습니다.체크인/아웃 날에만 살짝 땀 흘렸습니다. 호텔>도톤보리 중심가까지 5~10분 정도 거리여서 여행하기 편리했습니다. 해당 호텔 추천드려요

• Livi Mardani (10/5): - It’s a small hotel but surprisingly their room is consider big. Clean, warm and cozy. All the staff are very sweet and helpful. It’s near Dotonburi and Kuromon market (walk about 10-15mins). They provide simple and nice breakfast too. Just a downside no elevator in this hotel, but you can ask assistance regarding your luggages.
• FONG (10/5): - 距離樞紐近鐵日本橋約6分鐘步距，去心齋橋走8分鐘，安靜不吵雜，泊車也方便，走2分鐘有Lawson，4分鐘到大街有一間開很夜的烏東店長期有20人排隊，經過隊不長建議排一下。 酒店舒適，乾淨整潔，房間很大，浴缸也乾淨簇新。工作人員有禮貌，英語程度不錯，雖然沒有升降機但check-in行李可代勞搬到房間。 旺季11月中旬900多港元一晚算很值得了，很推薦。

• Alison (8/5): - This is a well run hotel close to Dotonbori. The rooms are clean and bright. The breakfast was traditional and tasty. The staff very helpful, polite and friendly. The only issues were regarding our shower which had very poor pressure and temperature control, the room needed floor cushions and the towels were very old and thin. The price is good but small improvements (water/shower/towels) are needed to make this a great little hotel in a quiet side street. Despite no lifts the staff very kindly carried bags to our room on the 5th floor.

• Fnu (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay very much, it feels like home, interior is very cozy and relaxing, its also clean, they have amenities that you’d be needing. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, they help me bring down and up my luggage, breakfast are very healthy and delicious, and light (which is important since you’ll be going out throughout the day). Although there’s no elevator, its not a big deal for me since I could get my workout after all of the meal that I have. I’ll definitely come back if I come to Osaka again.

• Karin (10/5): - 近くにホスト街がありました。 苦手な人は、違うルートで行くといいかなと、、 。最寄駅は、心斎橋駅が近いと思っていましたが、難波駅の方が断然近いので、そこで降りてホテルに向かうとホスト街も通らず、安全に行けました！
• Lok Pui (6/5): 無電梯，真係稱不上是酒店，是旅管 - 一家大細，過咗30歲唔建議住。無電梯，第一日還可以，因為第一日係最好體力。當遊完一天，回酒店，幾大抽戰利品，還要撐樓梯（當時我住4樓）,行到第二層已經唔想行😂所以每天最辛苦係回酒店，要深呼吸。落完樓，漏咗野，一定唔回返上去拎。本身住5晚，好彩分開咗3晚及2晚預訂，最後2晚可以取消。就轉另一間酒店。清潔度，我覺得都還可以。無浴缸，小朋友無得玩下水。冷氣足夠的。包早餐，不過早餐得3-4款野，食完要外出再食過。

• Dennis (8/5): - They offer a large room that can accommodate 2 or more guests as long as it is stated in the reservation. The hotel is walking distance from Dotonburi shopping area. One setback is they do not have elevators so you will have to carry your luggages up and a chore if you are on the 5th floor.
• Man Ting Cynthia (10/5): - 我們一家4人。2大2小。訂了7月13到7月17日的客房。到埗後。從日本橋站到酒店。只需10分鐘。不難找 雖然我地到埗前2天才知道酒店沒有電梯。但亦知道不算太高。可接受 到埗後。員工check in快。個別員工能說英文。普通話及廣東話。溝通真的冇問題 每日出外時交低叫他們清潔。每晚回到後都做得好乾淨 而且第一日進房就已經幾驚喜。入到後有一個小pantry.有電磁爐。微波爐。熱水煲等。非常方便。而且沖涼同洗手間分開。俾一般酒店大。之後開門才進客房。俾我想像中好好。有足夠地方開喼放喼。方便整理物品 早餐。雖然不多。但足夠應付朝早所需。所以用不太貴既價錢。得到很好既體驗
• Eric (10/5): - It was plenty of room for our family of four (two kids, 9 and 4). We did like that the main room was separated from the entrance and amenities, which allowed us to keep the room cool with the AC unit. The staff spoke English and was very friendly. There was decent variety in their free breakfast and we used their on-site laundry (Y500 total to run both the washer and dryer). The location was just a couple of blocks from Dotonburi, but be mindful/careful with children when leaving, as the entrance leads right out into the street. Also note that there is no elevator, so be prepared for some steps when returning from a days adventure with tired legs.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 鬧中取靜，交通便利 - 優點： 1交通方便，走出去就能直接到道頓堀逛街，走到日本橋站約五分鐘。 2早餐簡單，但美味，白飯煮得很好吃。 3.飯店人員有禮貌親切。 缺點： 1沒有電梯，住五樓有點辛苦，不過櫃檯人員會幫忙扛到五樓。 2.浴室蓮蓬頭水量小，水溫不穩，忽冷忽熱，洗澡有點辛苦.

• seungju (10/5): - 여기는 오사카를 오게 되면 다음에 또 오려구요. 도톤보리랑 가깝고 깔끔하고 조용하고 그리고 넓었어요. 다른방은 어떤지는 모르겠지만 트윈룸에서 묵었는데 보통의 일본 숙소와 다르게 굉장히 넓어서 좋았습니다.

• Viko (8/5): - 交通方便，附近餐廳多，酒店早餐好，員工友善，清潔服好，祇是沒有電梯配套，挽行李上房間不便，第一天check in住5樓，員工自動幫忙拿上房間門口，服務非常好，而且是女員工，值得一讚。另外，電視收看不隱定，洗澡時，水壓不隱定，時冷時熱，十分難控制水溫度，花灑頭很小，流水很小，唯一一個缺點，不能享受洗澡，洗澡時要等待水溫變動，十分費時。
• Jaehwan (10/5): 리플레이스 호텔 6박 후기 - 꽤 괜찮은 크기. 일본 숙박시설이 아담하나 4인이 크게 부족함 없이 지냈습니다. 여차하면 1인실도 부담이 없어 추가도 가능 했고, 도톰보리 난바역, 쓰산바시 역에서 그리 멀지 않아 편했습니다. 근처 골목에 괜찮은 식당, 슈퍼가 있어 편리 합니다.
• Kevin (10/5): Stay here! - Hotel Replace was perfect for our weekend trip with friends. Right near Dotonburi's main drag but on a quiet street. Walkable to Osaka Castle and Shinsekai and Kuramon market. I want to give a particular thank you to YUNA, our wonderful point-person at reception. She helped us with umbrellas when it rained, bags when we needed them stored, and was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay. Give her a raise!

• ぷりん (8/5): - 裏道にある間口のせまいホテルだったのでタクシーで行っても最初は見落としました。ホテルは清潔で、エレベーターはなかったのですがスタッフさんがトランクを持って上がって下さったので助かりました。
• monika (10/5): au, that‘s it the best choice in Osaka Namba - Ich bin schon fast 40 x Mai in Japan gewesen und dieses Hotel besuche ich immer wenn ich in Osaka bin. es ist ein kleines aber sehr schönes Hotel mit Charm, kein 0/8/15 Hotel. Zimmer sind mit neueste technologie gestattet, es gibt Anweisungen in englisch wie man was benützen kann. Man kann entweder ein Futon Zimmer oder mit Bett nehmen. Das Zimmer ist gross und hat einen grossen Kleiderschrank was sonst nirgendswo zu finden ist.

Rooms were clean and quiet with comfortable but smaller than expected beds - however this is quite usual in Japanese hotels compared to western standards. Little disappointment was that there were no proper curtains to make the room dark.

• hyoung youb (8/5): 조용하고 괜찮은 호텔입니다. - 다 좋았는데 3일중 하루는 청소를 안해주셔서 당황했네요, 그 외엔 다 좋았습니다. 특히 음식이 맛있습니다.
• Chin Hua (10/5): 很棒的地點 - 服務人員除了會說英文，還會說簡單的中文，溝通輕鬆沒問題，房間乾淨，有mini bar，可以弄些簡單料理，離心齋橋5分鐘，逛街買東西方便，離日本橋站5分鐘，交通便利，到京都奈良很方便。另有附早餐，尤其是抹茶吐司，烤箱加熱後塗上奶油，真是好吃。
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great band for the buck! - Clean, great location, quiet. I loved the rooms an cc’d it was very roomy. I wish there was an elevator so I didn’t have to walk up 5 flights of stairs and had a better pillow.
• May (10/5): - Very convenient location. Near train stations and doutonbori and shinsaibashi shopping area. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Recommended hotel to stay when visiting Osaka.
• Sonia (10/5): - One of my favourite places to stay in osaka. This boutique hotel mixes between apartment/hotel living located on the more quiet streets of dontonburi 5-10 minutes from the busy shop, restaurants and transport. Room is spacious and contains all your amenities (includimg microwave!) there is also Small breakfast buffet available. There is no lift but staff are more than happy to offer to take your luaggages through flights of stairs. Very polite staff, would highly recommend.

• Pang (10/5): Very good hotel - Stayed 2 nights for Nara and Nagoya. Very peaceful area. Quiet and convenient
• Ferdinand Emmanuel (10/5): Recommended - The place is near Dotonbori. The good thing is, unlike hotels in Dotonbori area, the location is peaceful and quiet. The hotel staff gave their guests a warm welcome and are so accommodating. The rooms are really clean and quite spacious. Nice bathrooms too. Breakfast isn’t extravagant but the spread is delicious. We’ll definitely use this hotel again when we return.

• Frank (8/5): Like a second home in Osaka. - It's a condominium renovated into a hotel. So although the check-in lobby is minimalistic, the rooms are of the spacious 'residence' type you find overseas. There was even a balcony, which hotels in Japan never have. My room was on the 4th floor and although there is no elevator, I prefer the ease of steps over waiting for an elevator. (I was a musician traveling light.) Perhaps due to the minor inconveniences, the rooms are surprisingly cheap.

• Logan (10/5): Large room - I loved this hotel. The room was huge, easily twice the size of other hotel rooms I've used in Japan. The only thing the hotel lacked was an elevator, but the service staff will help you with your luggage if you ask. The hotel's information sheet says they lock the front door at night but they actually keep it unlocked.
• Kenneth (10/5): Comfortable stay with good breakfast - We stayed in the deluxe room with a family of 4. The size is bigger than the average room in Osaka. The stay was comfortable. The hotel had no elevator but the staff helped us to carry the luggage upstairs which was a great help especially when we have 2 kids. The buffet breakfast was very good, which was very reasonable for a boutique hotel and was included in the room rate. The location was quite good with 10 min walk to the shopping area.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was very clean, nice and in excellent location. No elevator and our room was on the 4th floor which made it very difficult to bring up our heavy luggage.
• Milla (8/5): Safe, central and super clean - Difficult to find as the entrance is very small. Welcomed by the staff. Important to note: there is NO lift (elevator) to the rooms. The stairs are quite steep but, if your luggage isn't too heavy, it's all very manageable. The breakfast was tasty with an array of dishes (vegetarian-friendly). I'd stay there again.
