- CAMERON (8/5): Great Location in quite section of Osaka close to USJ and Legoland etc. Only downside was the beds - Quite location. Close to USJ, unfortunately a little to far from Osaka central area but you can manage to get around. Shower pressure was good, bath is small but great for kids. Fridge works a little too well! Super cold :) No mattress protector was not very professional/ unhygienic and we kept finding other people’s hair in the bedding, other than that it was great. Could hear people next door but not a major issue (we were probably louder with a 4yo)

- LIWEN (3/5): - 地點很適合世博，廚房用具完整，另外有很多毛巾，有洗衣機、洗衣精和一個可展開站立的晾衣架，甚至有吸塵器。 1.有事先告知會提早到需要寄放行李，但現場聯絡不到人。 2.冷氣機非常髒，濾網有厚厚一層灰，傳訊息也沒人回覆處理。整個房間都有發霉的味道。 3.被安排到六樓，但電梯只到五樓。 4.格局超級微妙，應該是一雅房和一套房打通之後裝潢而成。兩個門都留下來了，只有一扇門加裝電子鎖用作正式的出入口，另一扇門僅僅有原始的轉式鎖。安全堪慮。

- HITOMI (10/5): - 普通のアパート内の何部屋かをホテルとしておられる感じでした。 お部屋はとても綺麗で、タオル、バスタオル、薄手のバスローブ、アメニティ（歯ブラシ、ヘアブラシなど）の他、食器やカトラリー類に加え、食器用洗剤とスポンジや浄水器のようなものもあり、便利でした。 一般的なホテルにあるお茶のティーバッグやスティックコーヒーのようなものはありませんので、必要な方は持参すると良いかと思います。 一番有り難かったのは、宿泊したお部屋（3b）は、高くなっている床にマットレスが直置きしてあったことから、動かして2台並べることができた点です。 2歳の子供との初めての一泊旅行でしたが、ベッドからの転落を気にすることなく、安心して過ごすことができました。 場所も、歩いてすぐの所に天保山マーケットやコンビニがあり、非常に便利でした。 スタッフの方との連絡もこまめに取れ、ありがたかったです。 使用済み紙おむつの処分を事前に伺ったところ、ご快諾いただけたのも、本当にありがたかったです。 また近くに旅行に来る機会がありましたら、利用させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました。
- Mai (8/5): - 無人でのチェックインですが、指示通りにすればスムーズに入室できます。 チェックインカードなどは事前にメールなどで送ってくるので、届いているか確認してすぐに見れるようにしておいた方がいいかなとおもいます。 近くに駐車場、コンビニもあります。 部屋は快適に過ごせましたが、一つだけ！ 洗濯機があるのですが、乾燥機能はないので、干す場所が室内にあるとありがたいなと思いました。

- Mari (6/5): - 大阪万博に行くのに宿泊しました。万博会場は近くてよかったです。その他、海遊館や天保山観覧車は徒歩圏内で、周りにコンビニやコインパーキングもたくさんあって便利な立地でした。 建物自体は古いですが、清掃は行き届いているようでした。宿泊したお部屋も少し匂いがありましたが、きれいに掃除がされていました。ユニットバスに設置されていたシャワーカーテンは丈が短いので、気をつけないと床が水浸しになります。 朝はカーテンの隙間からたくさん日光が差して明るくなります。また、平日に泊まったせいでしょうか、近くからカンカンと言う音がひどく、朝ゆっくり寝ていたかったので、そこは残念でした。 宿泊施設の近くにコインロッカーがないか問い合わせましたが、教えていただけませんでした。そのため、弁天町にある万博指定の荷物預けまで荷物を預けに行かなければならなかったのが辛かったです。最寄りの大阪港駅や天保山の観覧車の近くにもコインロッカーが多めにあり、私たちが行った平日は空いていました。

The living space was also very functional with the facilities of a washing machine, 2 small fridge's and 1 large with a freezer making a long stay very comfortable if you wish to buy groceries. We only wish we had been able to stay longer as the accommodation was perfect if you plan to visit Universal studios. The Tempozan ferry across the water is very close and is a free service running ever 30 minutes.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good but get access codes before arrival - Well equipped apartment spacious by Japanese standard. Great location only a few minutes from a metro station on the central line and a big convenience store. But the vicinity is very quiet and deserted especially at night. Its ok in low crime Japan but very scary in any western country. The only note of caution is to ensure you get the check in codes before arrival as there was no one around. Response via their website, if you can find it, is very slow. Fortunately, i managed to get them via the online booking agent website, at the last minute.
- 春日 (8/5): まんぞく - マンションを改装しており、2部屋を1部屋にした部屋でした。一番嬉しかったのは洗濯機と洗剤、物干しスタンドがあったこと！ 2泊しました。いつもなら帰ると沢山の洗濯物にうんざりでしたが、部屋に洗濯機があることで夜回して干しておけば朝には乾いており、翌日着ることも帰って汚れ物であふれることもなくて、とても良かったです。 あと必要最低限のものは揃っていました。 アメニティ（タオル、パジャマ、シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディーソープ、使い捨てスリッパ）、ドライヤー、冷蔵庫（小さな冷凍スペースつき）、テレビ、Wi-Fi。 近くに海遊館もあり、飲食店も沢山ありました。 今回、大阪万博へ行きたくて近くの宿泊施設を探してました。大阪港駅まで5分くらい？大阪港駅から夢洲駅まて2駅と立地はとてもよかったです。 初日に荷物も預かっていただいてありがとうございました。対応してくれた方はとても親切な方でした。 基本無人でタブレットなどでの操作です。 メールでナンバーなどの連絡があり、 タブレットボックスナンバーやキーナンバーなど3種類くらい番号があり、きちんとできるか最初ドキドキでした。 慣れれば、時間を気にせずチェックインできたり楽でした。

- MAMI (8/5): - チェックイン、チェックアウトは事前に連絡があった番号を入力、QRコードをかざすだけで、特に問題なくスムーズにいけました。 部屋はダブルベッドが２台の部屋にしましたが、部屋に電子レンジ、冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫、洗濯機がありベランダには物干し竿が! ハンガー持っていくと沢山洗濯できます。 ダイニングセットがあるのでコンビニで買った物も食べやすく、快適でした。 部屋は、綺麗に掃除されてます。 お風呂はユニットバスでしたが、洗面は別で流しがありました。

- 小梅 (8/5): - 万博にメトロ二駅という立地。近くにコンビニ、飲食店あり。 掃除が行き届いてないので、夫がベッド下を見て嫌がっていた。細かいことを気にしなかったら快適。洗濯できる環境なのでありがたかった。

- Jan (8/5): - Very comfortable, quiet, clean and modern. Four beds! Nice convenient location just 4 minutes to a train station. Only objection is that the remote checkin process is overly complicated. Owner should just email renters the code to the lockbox with the key. Don’t need so many layers of codes to get access to the key.
- Suhas (7/5): Good - Although we managed to complete our 1night stay in a spacious and clean apartment, recommend the following points be addressed for sake of hassle-free stay of guests. 1. The contact phone no for emergency contact was not reachable 2. We were assured of parking space on property. There were no directions to where to park nor was anyone reachable over telephone to confirm where to park. 3. The property was located on the topmost floor (6th floor) while the elevator was only available till 5th floor. Lugging the luggage over narrow stairs for 1 floor (5th to 6th was a hassle) 4. Check in check out process was without human touch. Contact nos listed have to be available to clarify / answer queries. It causes a sense of unease if we are not able to talk to concerned people incase of trouble or challenges in trying to check in check out or if one needs anything
- Ayu (8/5): - 万博に行くのに利用させて頂きました。大阪港からもアクセスが良く、コンビニも近くにあり、万博で忙しなく動き、夕飯食べそびれても、近くに清潔なすき家もあり、とても気に入りました。チェックアウト時近くにクリーニングスタッフの方もいて安心してチェックアウト出来ました。一点気になる点は、少し臭いが気になりました。エアコンかな…？あと、3泊したため歯磨き粉が足りなくなってしまい、アメニティも日数分あると非常に助かるなと感じました。清潔感やお風呂、キッチンや布団、ダイニングテーブルなど、概ね大満足でした！ありがとうございました。一緒に宿泊した家族もまたここを利用したいね！と話しました。
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious for Japan, with a couch and kitchenette, close to a metro line. Also close to a street with dining options. Check-in process was somewhat complicated, would be easier to just receive the electronic door code.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 家族旅行 - 部屋は広く、電子レンジ、流し、洗濯機、掃除機など数日滞在するのにも申し分ありません。 気になったところと言えば、入室した時に前の方のレシートがソファの下から出てきたのが気になったくらいです。 専用駐車場はありませんが近くにいくつかありましたし、自宅のように寛げました。 また機会があれば利用したいです！

- Taira (10/5): - Great location and property. Easy to check in and out. Couple suggestions: explain the elevator doesn’t go to 6th floor. Americans/hawaiian don’t travel light. Thankfully I was prepared and did, but carrying luggage up the small stairs would’ve be difficult. There should be directions in English to use the washer/dryer.
