- Józefowicz (10/5): - W pokoju było wszystko co potrzebne. Aneks kuchenny w pełni wyposażony nawet znaleźliśmy tam kawę i cukier co nie jest oczywiste. Po połowie pobytu czekały na nas pod drzwiami do pokoju nowe ręczniki. W pokoju była nawet apteczka pierwszej pomocy. W pokoju były również suszarka do włosów i żelazko do prasowania. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem odpisywał na email w zaledwie kilka minut. Myślę, że pan Laszlo wysoko podniósł poprzeczkę innym właścicielom hoteli czy pokojów na wynajem. Brak

- elisa (10/5): - Lo studio si trova in una zona molto carina non lontana dal centro di Atene. Se camminare 20 minuti non spaventa si arriva molto comodamente sia all'Acropoli che a Montastiraki. Il lunedì mattina abbiamo anche trovato un apprezzatissimo mercato rionale di frutta e verdura proprio di fronte al nostro appartamento. L'appartamento è ristrutturato e molto curato sia nei dettagli che nella pulizia. E' l'ideale per un soggiorno di coppia breve, ma, nonostante le piccole dimensioni, è fornito di tutto il necessario anche per sostenere una viaggio più lungo. Lo terrò certamente in considerazione per i miei futuri spostamenti ad Atene!!! Ho trovato i due piumoni singoli ad uso matrimoniale leggermente scomodi; dovendo dividere il letto con il mio partner avrei preferito un piumone matrimoniale. Tuttavia questo dettaglio non toglie nulla all'esperienza che valuto in generale molto positiva.

Modern berendezés, fényes szoba, a környék illetve a szomszédok csendesek. Plusz pont hogy szelektíven is lehet gyűjteni a szemetet és hogy van kis kávé. Egy kicsit az éjjeliszekrény poros volt.

Tydliga instruktioner hur man ska checka-in/checka-ut, hyresvärden var tillgänglig hela tiden och frågade några gånger om vi är nöjda/behöver något mer.

- Averie (9/5): Perfect small apartment, walking distance from the Plaka area! - I loved that it was in a local neighborhood that allowed us to walk to and from sightseeing locations! The owners treated us amazingly! We stayed on our honeymoon, and they had left us delicious pastries from Vomvyla. My husband and I loved our stay. The bed was iffy, but couldn’t have asked for better with price point.

The area is lovely and pleasant, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The owner is extremely kind and the communication was excellent. People in the neighborhood are very friendly and welcoming as well. Everything is conveniently close — it’s about a 20-minute walk to Syntagma Square. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean apartment in a quiet part of Athens.

Avions vu sur route et parking au lieu de vue sur jardin .L’hôtesse nous a fait patienter qqs heures en nous disant qu’elle en parlerait à sa responsable. À notre retour 4 heures plus tard elle nous dit qu’on doit attendre le lendemain … peut être qu’il y aurait une possibilité. Devant notre incompréhension et mon mari qui venait de regarder leur site web et s’apercevoir qu’il y avait comme chambres dispo les mêmes que réservées alors avons fini par en avoir 2 … mais pas avec vue sur jardin … vue sur entrée des gens de la plage en face!!!!! A chaque fois on nous renvoyait à Booking.com.

They have a market just outside of the stay every other Monday so it can get a little busy but it's nice to see all of the locals. This was a short walk to the Acropolis and that area there. It can be a little challenging to get cabs from this area so recommend that you walk out a bit just in case you do need a cab.

Very good location, clean room, quiet neighbourhood - We arrived early in the morning and our host Laszlo arranged for our luggage to be left with his friends who are very lovely and helpful people. So we were free to walk around and explore the area. Great and pleasant communication. Many thanks to Laszlo and friends. The place is close to the Acropolis, the area is quiet and there are two nice local restaurants around the corner. We chose a budget room for two nights so it was as expected.

- Anton (10/5): - Absolutely relaxing place. Clean, cozy and comfortable room. Easy and safety excess to the building. The Athens starts right out from the entrance door. Walkable area and great taverns and a grocery store around the corner.
- Feyza (7/5): I would stay again but I would take my own towel with me - The location was good. It was easy to go to center by walking. There were groceries, cafes, restaurants around. There is a kitchen and a fridge in the room. It was useful. It was good price. It is very loud outside. You hear people walking outside and especially motorcycles. Last night at 5.30 in the morning, someone entered the building. All the talking in the corridor, knocking door several times… We could not sleep. We stayed in room 3. We knew that it is a small room but it is also full of furnitures. There was not much space to open luggage or walk freely for two people. Three chairs in the room are a bit too much for that room. Towels were damp when we arrived. They were clean but very old. I felt uncomfortable using them.

Laszlo was a great communicator and very responsive - the room was clean and bed comfortable. A very good value.
- Cibele (9/5): 🫠🫠 - I liked everything, although the room was a little small! The location is good, close to the market, pharmacy, restaurant and subway. The room is very clean, well organized and the owner is super authentic. I highly recommend it and will be back again. When I opened the bathroom window, there was a strange smell (I think it was from the pipes), which was the only thing that bothered me sometimes.
- Otilia (4/5): Possible bed bugs infestation - Great location in walking distance from the center. Good size flat for a solo traveller, provided with a minimum necessary facilities. I was bitten by bugs every night at this property. Im now treating a number of infected wounds at bites site, like I never had in my lifetime and dreading the fact that I might have brought bed bugs back to my own home. The towels provided were very worn off and of questionable cleanliness.

- Ludmila (10/5): - Vet clean small room that provide all you need. About 15 minutes walking to all major attractions and Hip Hop buss. Tiny but useful kitchen. Good value to the price if you want to stay in a Center of Athens.
- Cheryl (8/5): Room was small but I think if it would’ve been in a different neighborhood maybe it would’ve been better. They did have - The room was very small, but had everything you needed. Stovetop, dishes, utensils, kettle, toaster and small fridge. The buildings were very run down, garbage all over the streets. Just not what I expected.
