- Deo (10/5): - I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and perfectly appointed with all the amenities I needed. The views of the Dubai Creek were simply stunning, and I loved watching the sunset over the water. The hotel's staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide selection of delicious dishes to suit every palate. Staff such as Ramesh and Joyshi went above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect for exploring Dubai's historic sites, and the hotel's proximity to the creek made it easy to take a traditional abra ride or stroll along the waterfront. The Hotel need to do more to accommodate early check ins as a lot of flights arrive in Dubai early in the morning. Overall, I would highly recommend the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give it ten stars if I could!

Our excellent stay started with our check in with SHEROUK , who was very friendly and genuinely happy to have us stay with them. Although we had only booked a standard room , she upgraded us to a lovely Creek side room with a wonderful view , which we enjoyed thoroughly! All areas of the hotel were spotless , and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job ! The on-site pub served excellent food and also had Happy Hour each evening. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

We turned up this time to a little disappointment in that nearly all the staff we had previously built up lovely relationships had gone and had been replaced. However this disappointment was soon dispelled. All the replacement staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful and friendly. A slight negative was the breakfast selection seemed too have reduced slightly, but everything was available on request. The room service was probably as good as we have had and the reception were super helpful in resolving a luggage issue with the airport. Resolved within 24 hours. We will be revisiting the Sheraton Creek Hotel and Towers.

- Paul (10/5): - Came to Dubai on a 4-day weekend and found this Sheraton perfect for my goals. Location was excellent: not far from Dubai airport, right on Creek with amazing views, within short walking distance of water taxi and major Metro stop (Union). Taxis come right up to door, too, of course. You can stay in the hotel all weekend, if you like, hanging out by the pool, or catch a water taxi to the historic old souq, or go further afield to malls, etc. This grande dame of luxury hotels in Dubai (est. 1975) is still in great condition, on prime real estate, and close to heart of city. It offers great rates for families and weekend tourists - unbelievable value. Staff was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The food places were limited & the nicer malls require you to take a taxi. The Deira Creek offers a view of the waterfront but you need to take a boat to go across the old part of Deira. There are different variety of people around the area that work around the hub. And they usually walk around at night. The staff were nice & friendly; quick in getting my luggage on time. I would rate it more on room comfort as I ventured outside of Deira. Hospitality was a plus.

The front desk staff were quite friendly and helpful. My room was on the side of the hotel entrance. There is a major highway in front of it. I just stayed overnight in this hotel. So the noise from the road did not bother me that much. But if you need a quiet room, you may have to request a room on the opposite side.

And the buffet breakfast is absolutely a plus; the food was delicious with so many options to choose from it made each day of our stay exciting. The staff there made sure we were always taken care of, asking us where we'd like to sit, if we'd like coffee or anything. So pleasant. Constructive feedback for the hotel: Our room on the seventh floor had a leaky pipe. The shower/tub is designed in a way that water runs over and onto the ground, and the towel at the foot of the tub gets drenched. There was water leaking from under the pipes but that didn't bother us since that is the hotel's responsibility. There was a mouldy smell in one of our rooms which was quickly settled with a move to an upgraded room. Also be careful when opening the doors after undoing the deadbolt since it may pull the wood loose on the door. That is more of a maintenance issue they'd have to figure out as well. There is a mechanic onsite so all of this was settled very quickly. We are very grateful to the staff for taking such great and gentle care of us. I highly recommend staying at the Sheraton Creek.

Room is spacious we got wonderful view of Dubai Creek and Dubai frame and Burj Khalifa, even just staying in room is never boring . Love every seconds of our stay . Breakfast is amazing ,staff and Chef at breakfast buffet are all very nice ,foods are yummy so much to choose from . Coffee served are divine! I dropped my wallet in taxi and receptionist staffs were so helpful I got my wallet back . Thank you Sheraton Dubai Creek staff . Even the staff at The Lobby cafe are so wonderful!

We like the location which is great for transport over and above the standard taxi option (there are boat taxi's and the metro close at hand). The breakfast options were excellent and the club staff were very attentive and friendly. The bar is also a nice place.
