• Desirée (9/5): Con todas las comodidades y en buenísima ubicación. - Muy bien situado(se llega a pie a los sitios fundamentales,y con parada de metro muy cerca),amplio y con instalaciones nuevas,con algunos detalles extras como zapatillas d viaje o enchufe antimosquito. También se agradecen las cápsulas de café. Lo único q mejoraría es una agarradera para salir de la ducha,me parece un detalle importante en todos los alojamientos para prevenir el riesgo de caídas.

• alex (9/5): Modern well kept apartment in a good area and reasonably priced. Highly recommend it. - Second time I have used this modern, well kept apartment in a very good location and found it to be excellent value for money. Our host provides coffee making facilities and we even had some cold water in the fridge which was very welcome on a late arrival. Check in and communication are very good and easy and it is hard to find any fault with the facilities at this price range. No issues.

In casa non manca nulla, all'arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua nel frigo e cioccolatini e caramelle oltre la macchina per il caffè con relative capsule. La zona comoda, anche se al momento interessata da molti lavori stradali, difficile trovare parcheggio, ma vicino alla fermata della metropolitana. Niente

• Orsolya (8/5): - The apartment was super clean, bright, and really well equipped. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to great cafés, restaurants, and even the Acropolis. The street itself was quiet, but at night some noise carried in from people coming back from the bars, which was a bit disturbing at times.

• Sabine (8/5): Für 1-2 Nächte perfekt, Check in läuft automatisch per Code, somit ist man flexibel bei der Anreise. - Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral. Wir sind mit dem Bus vom Flughafen gefahren, total easy und entspannt. Gut das uns hier 4 Flaschen Wasser erwartet haben. Für uns tolles Preis Listings- Verhältnis. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da. Für ein paar Tage würde mir persönlich die Aussicht fehlen. Ansonsten da man sowieso nur unterwegs ist.alles gut! Was die Lautstärke betrifft, so kann ich nichts sagen. Absolut in ordnen für mittendrin. Das Treppenhaus ist schon etwas einfacher und wir sind gelaufen. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug . Die Kissen sind wirklich hart, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache. . Aber mit einem Handtuch als Kopfkissen geht es auch.

Sono sufficienti 2 giorni per visitare Atene - appartamento pulito e molto curato nell'arredamento, angolo cottura efficiente con macchina per caffè espresso, bollitore e fuochi ad induzione, fornito di piatti, posate , tovagliette e bicchieri. Arredato bene e spazi sfruttati ottimamente. Bagno spazioso, esteticamente bello e funzionale. Posizione comoda al centro città ed alla metro. Gestito ottimamente sia per i codici di accesso, sia al deposito bagagli, sia per i feedback veloci con l'ospitante. Appartamento luminoso, silenzioso e moderno la vista dalla finestra è su altri palazzi, ma niente di particolarmente negativo

• Marina (7/5): Didn’t enjoy our stay - Spacious, clean Bad smell. Terrible soundproofing. you could listen the bars downstairs until 3 am and the sound in the next room. We were on 4th floor and all night we were listening a continuous noise on the roof like water tank was working , wasn’t able to sleep at all both nights

Ha sempre risposto velocemente alle domande e con chiarezza. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione assolutamente centrale, comoda per raggiungere i principali punti d’interesse. Inoltre la via dell’appartamento e quelle limitrofe le abbiamo trovate sicure, ricche di ogni tipo di locali e negozi. L’appartamento è grande, molto pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Presente anche acqua fresca nel frigo, macchinetta per il caffè e cialde. Il bagno spazioso con una comoda doccia. Molto utili anche i lockers dove si possono lasciare i bagagli. Ritornerei volentieri e lo consiglierò. Tutto perfetto

• Χαρά (10/5): Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα για το κέντρο. - Ηταν εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο! Υπέροχος άνετος χώρος με ευρύχωρο μπάνιο. Εύκολη πρόσβαση με κωδικούς αλλά είχαμε και την επιλογή των κλειδιών. Προθυμία από τον οικοδεσπότη να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε κάθε μας απορία. Άρτια εξοπλισμένο και με πολλές παροχές όπως πχ καφέ και νερά.

• Emmanuel (10/5): Une visite en famille d’Athènes … inoubliable. - L’appartement est idéalement situé. Le personnel est ultra réactif. Tout est propre et très bien emménagé. Le taxi réservé via booking était agréable et très professionnel. Bref rien à redire … Le seul petit bémol est l’absence de 4 chaises autour de la table (2 seulement présentes).

There is a sign in the apartment saying no smoking though so not that the host is not doing anything about it. Matina very responsive. The lockers to use for luggage after checkout for a light flight and SUPER! The entrance from the street and the lobby looks a bit shabby.
