• arzu (10/5): - It is central there are many cafes restaurants around and very close to monastraki square. Matina was super helpful and respond immediately. The apartment itself is very clean and has all the equipments. We would stay here when we come back to Athens.

The location is perfect, walkable distance to the centre,the shopping street and many restaurants and cafes,almost all the sites in the city. The apartment is specious and clean. Many cutleries, also coffee,tea and some welcome cookies. The elevator is too small but not a big issue. No parking(no need for a car if you're staying in Athens) The windows are not sound isolated,you can hear ppl walking on the street. Spotted some mosquitos in the room.

The location is perfect. Easy check in and check out with codes. The only not-so-good thing is that at night you can hear quite a bit of noise from people, but it’s normal cos the apartment’s great location – nothing exaggerated.

• Irene (8/5): - We stayed in a Superior Studio Suite. They send check-in instructions in email but the entrance can be a bit difficult to find. You will be provided with two sets of pass codes (one for the building and another for the room) at 3 pm. The room was clean and it looked like it was recently remodeled. The room had plenty of space and it had lots of closet space also. There were two A/C units in the room and both units worked well. Bathroom was pretty large with a large walk-in shower. The room could be sound-proofed a bit better. Luckily, the hotel is located on a quiet street but you hear street noise and people talking pretty well. I think the noise from outside was due to the type of windows that are probably not air-tight. We also noticed mosquitoes kept coming into the room probably for the same reason. Other than that, the room was very nice and we had a good stay.

The location is ideal and is a short walk to the city's main square or to the acropolis. I highly recommend it for the value.

There is a bar across the road and the music and noise were extremely loud till around 3am. The owner immediately offered us another room further away, for which we were very relieved.

• Csaba (7/5): Perfect central location, nice host, some party noise may occur - The host was very responsive and helpful. The location is hard to beat, we could barely walk anywhere downtown to get further away than 10-15 minutes from the apartment. The facility is well equipped, nothing to complain about. The bonus was the luggage locker, which is literally at the doorstep, free of charge and easy to use. The location also means that you are close to the party area, which will always be noisy, especially at places like Athens. The windows could not really hold back the noise, so if you are a light sleeper, this could be somewhat annoying. We spent here a Saturday night, so maybe on other days it is different. I had my earplugs on and could sleep well.

It has got all the facilities that you will need for your stay. One bed is very close to air condition device so if you like airconditioning breeze, it's a plus for you. If you don't like sleeping under aircondition then it's a minus. Sometimes at night it can be loud in the summer when the windows are open.

• María (10/5): Fantastic stay full of WOW moments! Thank you!! - Everything was so easy! We were 6 and they even had 6 pairs of slippers ready for us. We were Spanish and the TV menu was already in Spanish. We arrived in a super hot afternoon and AC was turned on and to the max. We needed food and the mini-market was 1 min away. Really fantastic experience! There were works in the building and the street is a bit noisy but it wasn’t too bad.
• Javier (9/5): Superb - Clean, modern, well kept and good sized studio near the touristy area of Monastiriaki, close to the ruins and tourist streets. It was actually very quiet as well! We didn't hear any noise and were very comfy there for 2 nights. The toilet and shower were very comfy as well. Matina, the owner/staff was very polite and gave recommendations on whatsapp etc. We can recommend this! The entrance of the building is ugly (but that is Athens) and the lift is in very poor conditions and smelled a bit. We were on the 3rd floor so it was a quick hop on and off but it was defo a low point of the stay
• Kung-li (9/5): Superb - The location is fabulous. It is in the most popular district near Athens College with lots of tourists around. However, there is no noise leak. The room is quiet with great air conditioning. One more thing I like about this apartment is it is pretty spacious, neat, easy access to the main gate and Wi-Fi. The outlook of the building ( apartment ) and elevator seems a bit old. Don’t be intimidated. Inside the unit is modern and neat.
