Umývadlo v kúpeľni neodtekalo, klimatizácia bola nefunkčná a vankúše boli tvrdé a vysoké, bolo by lepšie ak by bolo viac možností výberu, v ubytovaní bolo počuť výťah.

Excellentes indications de la part de l'hôte pour l'accès à l'appartement. Literie un peu dure à notre goût. Quelques consommables supplémentaires auraient été appréciés (capsules de café, gel douche...)

• Lara (10/5): Excelente acomodação - A acomodação é grande,limpa e organizada. Fica perto de vários restaurantes,mercados e a alguns minutos andando da catedral e da Galeria. Fui com a família e todos gostaram A minha única reclamação é que não encontrei sal na cozinha.

Вечером много уютных баров. Близко находится супермаркет с готовой едой, которую мы разогревали в микроволновке в апартаментах, а утром пили вкусный капучино. Очень чисто, уютно и функционально. Есть уютная тихая терраса, с прекрасным видом во внутренний дворик. В апартаментах тихо, не смотря на центральное расположение и хорошие жалюзи защищают от солнечного света. Менеджер очень помог, отвечал оперативно на все вопросы. Я бы добавила больше мусорных мешков.

Tuvaletin camını açtık biraz azaldı. Bir de akşam kalorifer petekleri sıcak olmuyordu ama şansımıza hava güzel olduğu için çok etkilenmedik.

Although there were no staff onsite, communication via text messages was great with clear instructions provided. The beds were okay and not as comfortable we would've liked
• Luis (9/5): Buen apartamento para familias con niños (salvo por las escaleras) - Muy buen apartamento, amplio, reformado y muy limpio. Perfecto para viajar con niños pequeños. Tenía todas las comodidades tanto de cocina como de baño. Un sofá cama bastante bueno en el salón, con televisión y aire acondicionado. El cuarto de baño es grande, y la ducha buena. Habitación con bastantes armarios y cama grande y cómoda. La comunicación con el anfitrión perfecta, tanto antes de la estancia como durante. Cualquier duda o petición lo atendían con toda la buena voluntad. La ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro y en una zona tranquila. Lo único destacar, lo ya sabido antes de reservar, son las escaleras al entrar al portal y para llegar al último piso (el del apartamento), ya que el ascensor te deja en una planta menos.

Saapuminen majoitukseen Linaten lentokentältä kävi helposti sinistä linjaa pitkin Vetran pysäkille. Kaikki mitä halusimme Milanossa kokea oli lähellä: ruokakauppa, ravintoloita, lyhyt matka Duomolle, Corso Porta Ticeneselle ja Navigliin. Asunto oli kauniisti suunniteltu, tilava ja rauhallinen. Vuodesohva oli aikuiseen makuun liian pehmeä ja kuopalla, mutta lapsille hyvä. Makuuhuoneen sänky puolestaan oli hyvä. Saimme hieman etukäteen hyvät video- ja kuvaohjeet sisäänpääsystä. Meihin otettiin myös yhteyttä whatsappilla sisäänpääsymme varmistamiseksi. Saimme näin helposti yhteyden omistajiin. Kiitos majoituksesta!

• NSALAÜN (9/5): Idéal ! Appartement conseillé ++ pour visiter Milan ! - Appartement propre, calme, bien agencé. Tout y est pour le confort. Petit balcon appréciable pour les petits déjeuner au soleil mais abrité, ou l'apéritif en amoureux ! Coin machine à laver à part et privé aussi très apprécié ! On a démarré un périple depuis Paris donc pouvoir laver son linge est fort appréciable! On a meme pu connecter notre téléphone à la télé pour avoir Netflix ! Un plus, dont on ne s'est pas beaucoup servi, mais ce n'est pas le cas partout donc à partager quand même. L'emplacement excellent ! Cathédrale, V.Emmanuel II et sa place à 10 min à pied. Parfait pour tout faire à pied. Pas grand chose. Peut-être que la clim n'atteint pas la chambre donc ca peut etre un peu chaud la nuit ! Mais ca se fait bien.

It was clean. The elevator goes to the floor below the apartment and it is really small and the sofa bed was a bit squeaky but other than that everything was perfect.

• Ksenia (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartments! Everything is close by — just a short walk to all the main attractions. Check-in was smooth and convenient. The staff were very helpful and always in touch when we needed anything. The only downside for us was the air conditioning — it was only in the living room, so the bedroom got a bit stuffy at night.

The device only circeled hot air, and that's why the room was very hot (we traveled in June). We have similiar device at home and know how to use it. :) We had trouble sleeping, and were forced to keep windows open at night to cool off the room. :( I would not book again in summer time. But definetly in some cooler time of the year.

• Liona (6/5): Large, quiet apartment in Milan - Large apartment in Milan central area with washer and drying rack in a small separate room off kitchen. Lots of closet space and good sized bathroom. Quiet. In an old building with rickety elevator and lots of steps to the 4th floor apartment. Needed better and more hangers (some were sticky). Panoramic deck was just a view of apartment building rooftops and deck was not clean or inviting. Also had problem with mosquitoes after opening doors for fresh air. Kitchen items were all mismatched.

• Olga (10/5): It was perfect. - The location is convenient. It's about 800m to Duomo, and the nearest supermarket ("Express") is ca. 50m away. It's a quiet side street. We came in the coldest November week and it was very warm in the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment is clean, stylish and cozy. We found the beds comfortable. We liked that there was a supply of salt, tea, olive oil, etc., so that you don't have to buy a whole pack just for several days stay. Our communication was efficient, clear and friendly. I can't think of anything.

• Jieyu (6/5): - The living room lights don't work you will be eating in the dark, one of the kitchen rangehood lights don't work, kitchen splashback lights don't work, not all ceiling lights in the bedroom work, the bathroom has a disgusting smell coming from the drains, toilet roll holders are placed in ridiculous positions, no soap or shampoo holders in the shower, toilets are so small you will struggle to use it. The host did not act despite receiving messages about these issues.
• Thales (8/5): Nice location - Locations is perfect, close to all attractions, and well connected to public transport. Flat is big, kitchen well equipped the lift doesn't go all the way up, there's a final step set to go thru. No air conditioning on the bedroom, only on the living room, so in very hot days it may be an issue. Shower box does not have a place for soap/shampoo. Internet connection is poor.
• Qianyan (2/5): - This property is doing a very sketchy business here. First, there is no hot water in the house, which means it’s impossible to take a shower. Second, the sink in the bathroom stuck. And the bathroom smells very bad. Third, the lights in the living room doesn’t work. We stayed there for 2 nights, so after we found the all issues, we tried to contact the property immediately. But nobody reply to our messages. Messages sent to the guy who opened our door was marked as read but no reply. We contact the Expedia, but Expedia said they contact the property multiple times but the property doesn’t approve.

Within a walking distance from the Duomo, it's the perfect location for anyone who wants to explore the city. The interior is tastefully decorated, with everything you need to feel right at home. You'll appreciate the comfortable bed, the clean and modern bathroom, and the thoughtful touches that make it feel like a home away from home. But it's not just the apartment that makes this place a great choice. Getting in is contactless; however, Valentina, the host is incredibly nice and kind, always ready to help if you have any issue.
• Hannah (10/5): A wonderful, light, bright and spacious apartment in a great location - This is one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in. It was light, bright and super clean. It was spacious and perfect for our week away. We loved the terrace! Perfect for an evening drink and photo opportunity. The apartment was stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, towels, shampoo, soap and cleaning products. The location was perfect, it is a 4 minute walk to the supermarket and 7 to the metro (we used Missouri the most). The host Valentina was wonderful, she sent thorough instructions along with photos and a video on how to enter the apartment (it is self check in) which were clear and made it so simple. She sent a message to check that we had got in to the apartment okay and even booked our taxi for the airport on the way back which was so lovely! I would highly recommend this apartment. The bed was a little firm for our liking but that was it!

• Adrika (10/5): Loved it - The location is perfect, is only 10 minutes walk from Duomo, but is in a quiet zone also. There is a supermarket really close to the apartment. The appartment was clean and comfortable, and it was a plus for us that has a terrace. The hosts are super helpful. We loved it and I highly reccomend to stay here when you want to visit Milan. The only thing I would say is a negative that the lighting in the living room is not the best.

• Domenico (8/5): Good stay, Bad Check In - This one went both ways. I had been communicating with Vadym before I arrived in Milan. My flight was to arrive at 9:10 pm and I made it clear to him that I would get to the apartment as fast as I could from the airport. I understood there was a late check in fee if you arrived after 9:30. I messaged Vadym as I was getting off the plane and again my ETA when I got in the taxi. I got to the apartment around 9:35 and no one was there. I called and messaged multiple times with no response. Finally he responded and said he was on his way. He got there after I had waited almost an hour and told me his scooter ran out of gas. I understand things happen and I'm willing to forgive that, but then he told me I had to pay a late check in fee. I asked if he was serious and said I didn't want to pay it, and he said I had to anyway and that he would send me a link. Good luck getting that payment from me. Location was perfect, price was better than all the hotels, and the apartment was clean and sufficient for what I needed. I did find that other people's reviews about the shower being small were accurate. And there was nowhere to put shampoo/soap (luckily they had a big rainfall showerhead so I put it on top of that, but if it falls good luck bending over to get it. Toilet was also hard for me to use, I'm 6'3 250lbs and it is tucked behind the shower and radiator, but I figured it out. Honestly I would stay there again. Hopefully next time they will be more punctual.
