- zhaolt110 (2/5): Horrible customer service - The charging ports are entirely broken. While the label says it supports 12V 1.5A, when plugged into it via usbc, it can’t even charge an iPhone. When complained to the front desk about it, they said that this is expected.

- Isaac (8/5): i still like sheraton - generally sheraton is my go to hotel whichever country i travel to. hong kong's sheraton needs a bit of re-touch in terms of the interior as well as the facilities, i think some of it can be revamped and made to be more convenient for guests. not very nitpicky, i enjoyed my stay. i would come back again as the location is super convenient.

- Michael (6/5): Naja, das geht deutlich besser für diesen Preis. - Sehr zentral gelegen und ein Superblick auf den Hafen und die Skyline Zimmer sind auch in höheren Kategorien klein bis sehr klein und abgewohnt. Das Bad ist Mini aber gut ausgestattet. Zum Frühstück herrscht das totale Chaos und man muss lange anstehen bis man einen Tisch bekommt. Dann geht es dort zu wie in der U-Bahn. Furchtbar laut und unendlich Trubel.

The view towards the promenade is also beautiful. In addition, the service was very good throughout, friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, we felt very comfortable at the hotel. There was no major criticism. You can simply tell that it is a large hotel, so some areas feel a little busier at times. Overall, this did not bother us.

- Aryan (7/5): A cheap 5 star. Next time I’d spend a bit more and get a better experience. - The view is amazing. One of the best. The location is amazing too. It is too crowded. Most areas, including the rooms, are smelly. The floor and carpet inside the room do not feel clean. The bathroom feels cramped. The design is quite minimalistic and the experience overall does not give you a five-star feeling.

- Orwa (7/5): Great location , good staff , fine breakfast , renovated rooms , outdated lobby - The location is the best thing, we had a harbor view room and it was great , it’s super close to everything, a metro station is also next to it , the check in & check out was smooth The thing that most bothered me is the cleaning lady (morning shift) , we stayed in room 636 , the cleaning lady just made the sheets (didn’t change them) she even left the drinking cups near the bed and left a juice stain on the counter for 2 days , until I called the manager and she came and was super nice and cleaned the room and apologized but the whole experience was a bit downer , then the breakfast is good but basic as the lobby and lobby bar they all give vibes of the 1990s

- TNTRambles (10/5): A great stay in the heart of the action - The Sheraton puts you close to many major attractions in Tsim Sha Sui. It’s a very walkable area - you even have the option of taking the underground walkway to the MTR and K11 Musea mall if weather is an issue (there’s an elevator outside just around the corner from the front steps.) We loved the place - especially because they upgraded us to a suite. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, especially in the executive lounge where we enjoyed evening cocktails and appetizers overlooking the harbor. While the property is not the fanciest in the area, it’s a solid choice that checks a lot of boxes.

- Nicholas (9/5): A delightful hotel which is value for money - The location is good and near to many eateries and places of interest. Staff were helpful and attentive to my needs. Hotel rates were value for money The bathroom area is too small. The basin space is rather limited and when washing hands and face, water will inevitably spill onto the floor. Personally, the bath-tub is not necessary and if removed, this will free up a lot of space for showering.

- Diane Rose Alvaran (5/5): Deposited Amount - Lcation wise is perfect. The issue is that the supposedly Deposited Amount as guarantee for our stay should be cancelled after checking out. After 2 days we find out and it turned out that they don't actually gave it back or just cancelled it so it shouldn't be deducted in the CC. The Hotel Management says, "they could only give it back after 3 months!".
