Asqueroso y servicio nefasto.
- Fiona Estill (1/5): Shockingly poor cleanliness and hosting communication - Nothing. The whole experience was dreadful. This review will come as no shock to the property, I am sure.
We arrived at the property where we had to push a pile of post from behind the door, found grease still in the grill pan, the floor unmopped, ring marks in the fridge which also stank of stale milk, dust and hair in the bedding, hair in the bathroom sink plughole, a shower screen that couldn't be seen through, limescale as a shower head and I didnt even dare look at the toilet. There is no way I could allow my family to stay in that mess. After complaining, we booked another accommodation at short notice. Even a team of experienced and competent cleaners using a whole day, would not have been able to make the accommodation to an acceptable standard for me and my family to stay in.
I was promised a full refund by the property but I was not given any proof of the refund. I waited for 4 weeks before finally booking.com refunded me. This was after I sent in 3 sets of proof of payment and being passed from one agent to the next. The whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish.

- Marie Jenny (4/5): The location was great, but would not book again - Location Not clean
- Finn (1/5): Scammy. - The apartment was switched to an unbooked alternative one last minute. Had to pay a £250 deposit online to get the door code. Then the place was totally unfit for our family. Damp, stains in many areas, unpleasant. Repeated difficulties contacting host. Made 20+ phone calls. Didn't get deposit back for days.
- Disha (2/5): Worst experience - Everything broken with spider webs and atleast trash bags outside the apartment Everything
- Andokie (8/5): Wouldn’t repeat the experience - Proximity to train The fact that there was open bin lying by the entrance door. Also the owner/manager never communicated about a deposit until I was at the door, and then refused to give me the keys till deposit £250 was paid at the spot.Still waiting for refund after 5 working days.
- Anna (9/5): Superb -
- Kristina (5/5): Passable - There was one of the worse experiences with the hotel. I had vaiting refunding of my deposit more than week. No more comming here.
- Adam (6/5): Pleasant -
- Adrienne (3/5): Poor - Location to bus and tube No light in kitchen . Front area full of garbage.no instructions on how to use a gas stove. Poor reception for tv. No wifi.
Rat tried to get into kitchen
- Muhammad (4/5): Unclean and uncomfortable - The location of the property is good specially for the St George’s hospital patient.
Good value for money compared to the facilities around. Don’t know when was it cleaned last time. There were spider webs across the ceiling and the walls. The kitchen was smelling of oil. Soggy tissue papers in the kitchen.
- Akhila (6/5): Pleasant - Security deposit wasn’t refunded on time. I had to contact them several times to get it refunded.
- Malachi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rhosalie (7/5): Good for family. - It's spacious and near to tooting Broadway tube. The toilet is quite old style but clean.
- Maria (4/5): Disappointing - The location was great, a few minutes walk from the tube station, plenty of shops nearby. There's good space in the rooms, and living area. The television reception can be improved. No WiFi. The overflowing bins in front of the property. The lack of clean and usable pots and pans. The closet was unusable as it were filled with bags of linen and appliances. The area by the toilet floods with water coming from the shower and does not have drainage. There's no exhaust fan as well.
- Elizabeth (7/5): Fun and practical - Had useful facilities and extra towels and bedding. N/A
- Andrea (7/5): good value for money - simple, good location very close to the tube station (5 minute walk) good for short stays. beds were comfortable and extra clean sheets and towels were provided. a bit noisy, could here the people above and next to us.
- Juffin (9/5): Superb -
- Herrrera (10/5): Recomendado para tu estadía en Londres - The connection with public transport is very good. It is a fairly spacious and quite comfortable space. You can save money, because you can prepare something and go out to explore the beautiful London.
- Lachlan (5/5): Passable - Location was great for what we needed, tooting was a very coo and diversel place The place was super basic, oven was broken, shower was partially broken, and overall just not a nice place to be. It served our purpose at a cheap price and we had just come from the Cotswolds which it would never compare to but still it was pretty grim.
- Clifford (8/5): Very good - Good value for money, large accommodation
- Rich (8/5): Very good -
- Wan (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (7/5): comfortable stay - the house was very beautiful and very comfortable the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned in a while you can tell but the ring around the tub
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - situated perfectly where we needed to be.
- Karli (6/5): Pleasant -
- Damien (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jasbir (1/5): there was no stay, very bad service, didnt answer calls or the door upon arrival. very bad service. - didnt get to collect keys at all as theyre was no answer
- Chyanne (1/5): The stay that never happened - Nothing as we never got to stay in the property which is a shame as if was in the perfect location. No confirmation from property regarding check in. When finally speaking to them once they did not mention 400 deposit only proof of ID. Hardly any correspondence all the way up to 'check in' rude staff and no chance to even stay at the property which resulted us hanging around London all night. Mentioned they would give 50% refund but when this was offered no correspondence from property. So now awaiting complaint to be resolved eith booking.com
- Malcolm (8/5): Very handy for what we needed. - Ideal location for us…very near Tooting Broadway tube. It was our second stay here. Furnishings are a bit basic, however it was clean and comfortable. Heating works well and plenty of hot water. Parking isn’t great, but found a space to rent nearby.
- Damian (1/5): POOR, DISAPPOINTING, MISLEADING, AVOID - Location Had booked this property months in advance, Marble Apartments changed the booking while we were driving to the airport and after we had fully paid. The property you are viewing is misleading. We were moved to a property a further tube stop away. It was pitched as an upgrade; if that was an upgrade, I'd hate to have seen this property. The property we were moved to was poor, rubbish stacked outside the front door and bags torn apart by vermin. The property itself was very basic, and the roof was leaking, so a lot of water came into the living room, travelling with children this was unacceptable. We contacted Marble Apartments, and nothing was done. Electric and gas are on a metre, so if you're staying for a few days, you need to keep an eye on your energy use. It was a very disappointing stay and wouldn't deal with this company again.
- Alan (8/5): Very good -
- Visali (8/5): Very good -
- Dirk (7/5): Good -
- Alan (8/5): Very good -
- Derek (4/5): if you can afford to pay more for a group, do it. I wouldn’t stay there again. - the price is good £400 damage deposit. How sticky and filthy the floor was.
- Wendy (6/5): Great location, poor accommodation. - Its best asset is its location. Bed was comfy and linen clean and fresh. Distinct smell of gas in the kitchen. Shower attachment hanging off the wall. Now very clean and poor range of crockery and glasses etc. Garden area a wreck but tidied up and provided with a bistro table and chairs it would make a pleasant outside area.
- Rob (5/5): Passable - Spacious, kitchen available Clean up the garden, no mold in bathroom, no deadlock on the door. Did not feel secure.
