- Patrick (10/5): Great service but a bit small - Staff was really helpful, caring in all of our requests, and the facilities are nice, with free space to eat, chill, play games that they can provide, also free drinks and snacks, all from 12 to midnight. The room is pretty small, can't fully open a suitcase. The laundry room is small with only 2 washing machines and 2 driers. It gets hot and it is dusty.

Highly recommend. - I loved all of the hotel’s amenities (they provide a lot of extra ones you don’t usually get from other hotels) and its convenient location near the train station, mall, grocery, and other stores. The room is also quiet and comfortable. My only minor comment is it is somewhat far from Central Tokyo but we knew that before booking the area.

The personell really did everything to help me find it and left a nice note that said they did everything they could. Much appreciated, thank you!

- deborah (10/5): The hotel staff and amenities were perfect. Ideally located next to Akabane Station! - The breakfast was great, with a good selection. The traditional Japanese-style breakfast was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

- Aqeela Hani (9/5): Great location and value. Convenience all around. - Location is fabulous. The shops I wanted to go were all nearby and walking distance. Right in front of the hotel there were a supermarket, Lawson and also a breakfast place which opens from 4 am. Perfect to start an early road trip. Parking was available around the area. I had no problem to find parking at reasonable rates. Hotel insisted to enter the room for cleaning when I already mentioned it was not necessary. I prefer not to have anyone in my room as I have my things around and has kept it clean myself.

- chat (10/5): - ใกล้สถานี Akabane มาก มีร้านสะดวกซื้อหน้าโรงแรมเลย ร้านอาหารเพียบ ร้าน shopping ร้านกินดื่มครบครัน แต่ถ้าเข้าเมืองอาจจะต้องนั่งรถเข้าไปใช้เวลาสักหน่อย แต่ก็ไม่ได้ลำบากอะไรมากไม่ชอบอะไรบ้าง
- Katarzyna (8/5): Wszystko OK gdyby nie te bardzo wczesne śniadania - Dobra lokalizacja. Dużo bezpłatnych kosmetyków i akcesoriów do wyboru. Możliwość korzystania z napojów i przekąsek. Dostępność mikrofalówki i prani. Uprzejmy personel. Wygodne łóżko. Czystość. Rozmiar pokoju jak na japońskie realia był w porządku. Wszystko byłoby OK (i dalibyśmy najwyższą ocenę) gdyby nie bardzo wczesne śniadanie (możliwość śniadania realnie do godziny 9:00). Mimo, że mieliśmy wykupione śniadania to przez dwa dni z nich nie skorzystaliśmy z tej przyczyny (woleliśmy pospać do tej 9:30 będąc na wakacjach). Mała elastyczność w doborze śniadania.

Bardzo dziwna sytuacja - na śniadaniu była niedobra kawa parzona, ale ekspres na kawę ziarnistą był, tylko zakryty, i odsłaniany dopiero o 12. Nie możemy zrozumieć skąd ten pomysł.
