- Jamie (2/5): Disappointed and frustrated - Booked this hotel and received email confirmation. When attempting to check in was told I didn’t have reservation and after being stranded on the streets of japan for over 2 hours finally found other accommodations. My card was charged however for my reservation and when attempting to call there was no answer or return call back concerning a refund. Currently disputing with my credit card for the amount charged.
