- Wen Lin (5/5): 可惜已無山景可賞。櫃檯人員的服務讓人「難忘」。 - 房間整體算是很舒適，浴缸很大，床很好躺。 原先訂高樓層這個房型，是因為窗景很漂亮。但實際入住後，因對面正在蓋大樓，所以既沒山景可賞，甚至窗紗都不便拉開。 十分可惜~ 然後是服務人員部分，多數都很客氣有禮，但有一名讓人印象「深刻」的櫃檯人員。 5/13下午辦理入住時，遇到的櫃檯人員李小姐，十分高貴冷艷，愛搭不理，極具「個性」！ 晚上我們外出返回，因淋到一些雨，想請旅館送兩瓶水至房間，煮點熱開水來喝。 致電櫃檯，李小姐回答每間房僅提供4瓶水，若還有需要，需購買（1瓶50元），或是自行至1樓裝水。 但先前辦理入住時也沒提過這件事呀？ 再詢問是否可以協助送水到房間，直接被回嗆：「你受傷了嗎？」遂打消主意。 隔日向櫃檯反應時，發現李小姐有備註「要求送水」事件。 真是讓人火大！ 有註記我們「要求送水」的奧客行為，請問有紀錄李小姐不可一世的服務態度嗎？ 即便其他櫃檯人員有安撫我們，稱李小姐是「表達關心，可惜用詞不當」，但這樣的價格，搭配這樣的服務...... 算了，貴旅館我們無福消受，以後絕不再訪。

- Polona (9/5): Great location, new and well kept hotel - would come back any time! - Location, great room, we asked to be put in rooms on high floor one next to another and that happened. Nice breakfast. Very nice hotel just across the train station and next to the night market - really great. Rooms were not ready when we came, but our luggage was delivered to them while we were outside. The people at the reception did not greet us, you had to stand in front of of them and wait for them to look up. Staff in the breakfast room and cleaning personnel really nice.
- Mythili (9/5): - The location right near the station was great. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was responsive when we asked for a firm pillow. The bathroom had a glass door which was slightly see through but it had a little curtain to try to block that view.
- Bee leng (9/5): Glad I chose this hotel because of its great location and spacious room. - Availability of the washing machine, useful for our 5-day stay. It is just beside the Metro, a direct (Tamsui-Xinyi/red)line joining Chifeng Street and Taipei 101, as well as other major shopping centres. Huge bathroom, highly suitable for person with disability and elderly who needs grab bars. Construction going on in front of the hotel, a visual barrier within us and the beautiful mountain. Even though room is labelled as suitable for people with disability (e.g. wheelchair), the entrance to room was relatively small for wheelchair to be pushed through, possibly due to the presence of a massage chair nearby. Bed may be too high for elderly to climb up to.

Staff could use some training on customer service. Maybe it's the language barrier? No greetings, no thank yous, no safe travels. Might as well install some machines at the front desk. About the room - while we understand it's going for a modern look, we found the set up a bit strange. The toilet and water basin set up was strange.

- Winnie (9/5): 大致上來說是美好的經驗，坐計程車到飯店前，櫃檯人員還會過來幫我們開大門，可能看到我們東西有點多。入住手續也很快和方便，溝通很方便，希望下次是夏天來，可以用用看他們的游泳池 - 位置特別方便，房間也很寬敞 隔天有請幫忙打掃，但是晚上回來飯店後，被子的部分卻沒有整理？ 讓我有種整理一半的感覺？ 然後希望能加強說明小孩備品的部分，因為不太理解為什麼提供澡盆那些卻沒有提供兒童的沐浴用品？因為之前住的其他酒店都是小孩的備品都有提供，所以這次就沒有特別帶，結果沒有提供是有點失望，幸好我自己帶了小孩的牙刷

- 宣妤 (10/5): - 配備齊全，好驚艷！ 一下捷運站過馬路就到飯店大門，近的措手不及。 洗衣機和微波爐都在客房裡，隔了一個客廳特別有空間感，浴缸、乾濕分離浴室整潔度非常用心，淋浴設備維護很有家的感覺！ 訂購的房型沒有附早餐，很可惜沒時間體驗，下次再訪慢慢享受一番。

- 永全 (6/5): - 環境很舒服、乾淨！ 我當天跟太太到飯店check in的時候、因為我的孩子在台北唸書、於是他跟我一起去飯店、但他隨後就離開了、但是櫃檯的小姐用令我感到不舒服的眼神看著我、好像我訂2人住宿、是不是要多帶一個人、其實你們可以問我、而不是用好像在檢視對方的態度、也許是我比較敏感、但飯店的櫃檯服務人員、難道不知道、服務的重點就是在於第一印象嗎！ 很抱歉、我給妳們的櫃檯不好的評價、但其他地方我覺得有喜歡、還是會繼續去住！

- Lionel (8/5): Hotel confortable et bien placé - Chambre spacieuse, très bien équipée : 3 tv, sono, petit salon, salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, toilettes japonaises .... Personnel accueillant. Chambre côté rue et ligne de métro, plutôt bien insonorisée mais on entend quand même quand le métro passe. Je pense préférable de demander l'autre côté si sensible au bruit. Petit déjeuner non compris, plutôt sympa et copieux avec un plat au choix plus buffet pour l'equivalent d une 10aine d'euros, pas donné pour Taïwan. Très bien placé, 2 minutes du métro qui permet de circuler très facilement. Je recommande
