• Ömer Efe (7/5): Bir daha Milano’ya gidersem kalmak için tek sebebim çalışan ekip olurdu. - Tüm ekip çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Otelin eksikleri çalışan ekip sayesinde problem olmaktan çıktı. Güzel bir kahvaltı vardı. Temizlik iyiydi. Odaların acil bakıma ihtiyacı var, fotoğraflarda göründüğünden daha eski. Banyolardaki alüminyum tavanların arası toz içerisinde acilen temizlenmeli. Perdeler yamulmuş yenilenmeli. Parkelerde kırılmalar var, duvarlarda boyalar lekeli, oda girişindeki mobilya tavanda sarkma vardı. Konum olarak tren istasyonu ile başka bölgelere seyahat etmeyecekseniz merkeze görece uzak diyebiliriz. Yürüme mesafesi Duomo meydanına 30/35dk.

Location was great as it’s only 10 minute - Convenient location, close to major metro / train station, no frills, clean and in a quiet area. Having complimentary coffee and water was quite nice. Shower cubicle is too small and very little space in toilet.

Petit déjeuner varié sous forme de buffet Un peu déçue par la décoration de l'hôtel, vu les photos je m'attendais à quelque chose de coloré et moderne mais la décoration de notre chambre était un peu vieillotte....

• Sonja (10/5): Gutes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe mit grosser Frühstücksauswahl - Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, fussläufig zum Central-Bahnhof und Metrostationen. Das Frühstück sehr umfangreich, am Nachmittag gab es in der Lobby auch gratis Getränke und Süssgebäcke. Für die Bettenaufteilung konnten wir sogar zwischen Einzel- und Doppelbetten wählen (einmal Dreibettzimmer und einmal Doppelzimmer gebucht). Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen!
• 786derekp (10/5): Excellent. Would stay here again - Good location. 8 min walk to the train station/ bus station and metro. Only short commute to center where you can get to anywhere conveniently. Stayed here for the marathon and was ideal as only a short walk and 3 stops on metro to hotel.

• Claire (8/5): Agréable - Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité, ce qui est très appréciable pour bien commencer la journée. Le personnel est aimable, accueillant et toujours très disponible en cas de besoin. La literie est un vrai point fort : le matelas est extrêmement confortable, un vrai délice ! De plus, l’établissement est très calme, sans aucun bruit extérieur perturbant, ce qui garantit un repos optimal. Seul petit bémol. À part ce détail, je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerai avec plaisir. une personne du personnel (probablement le barman) fumait devant l’hôtel pendant sa pause tout en téléphonant, sans saluer les clients, ce qui est un peu dommage.
• Óscar (6/5): Hotel muy bien comunicado con la Estación Central, a 4 paradas de metro del centro pero antiguado - El amplio desayuno La habitación tenia muebles viejos, con desperfectos. Además se oían los ruidos y conversaciones de las otras habitaciones. Deberían mejorar un poco la limpieza de las moquetas de las zonas comunes asi como actualizarlas porque se veía un poco antiguado. Por otro lado, aunque supongo que no es del jotel sino de la ciudad, el impuesto de 10€ por dia y por persona, es caro.

• mimilathey (10/5): Fabulous break - We stopped as part of a package. It was in a great location, close to the station and a short walk to all the major sights in the centre. We were pleasantly surprised how welcoming all the staff were, even remembering our room so gave us our key whenever we came in. Our room was very comfortable & clean. Would definitely stop here again

• 65daceb (10/5): Excellent location, great value for money - if you enjoy pop art, this is definitely the place to stay. The hotel has a very memorable interior. The rooms, lobby, and breakfast area are colorful and full of character, with many mirrors that make the space feel bright and lively. Everything was extremely clean, which is something I personally value a lot. For a four-star hotel, it also offers all the little things that make a stay comfortable: a hair dryer, kettle, tea and coffee in the room, and a very good breakfast. The breakfast selection is generous and, in my opinion, offers something for different tastes. The location is close to the central station, which makes arrival and departure very convenient. At the same time, the streets around the hotel are quiet, so there is no city noise at night. One of the metro stations is also nearby, making it easy to get anywhere in Milan quickly. Overall, a very good balance of location, comfort, and price. I would gladly stay here again.
