Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (4/5): Worse than it looks - This place is absolutely filthy. When I arrived there was a cigarette butt on the floor inside. As it had the word 'Irish' in the name I thought it was run by Irish people, that couldn't be further from the truth - none of the staff speak a word of English, and that is no lie. I had to use Google Translate to communicate with the staff. I know it's a Spanish speaking country but running a hotel you'd expect them to know at least a little English.
They state check in is from 11am. When I arrived the room wasn't ready and they also didn't provide any towels. I had to go out and buy one.
The window in my room didn't close. Luckily the heating was on. Otherwise I would have froze.
Beds are very creaky and my double was 2 singles pushed together.
The room was also never cleaned during my stay.
Also the owner of the hotel had the cheek to knock on my door and tell me I was supposed to have checked out. I showed him my booking was for the dates I stayed and he got it wrong.
The water in the shower is either too hot or too cold.
Walls are paper thin. You can hear people coming and going, noise from other rooms.
