- Anthony (9/5): Met expectations and would recommend anyone to try this for a short staycation. - Great location, convenient for Kensington Gardens and Lancaster Gate station. Very clean rooms and bathroom facilities. Easy access to local cafes, bars and gastropubs. It wasn’t the biggest of rooms but enough if you are only looking for sleep time. Could be an issue if weather was duff.

- Mary (8/5): - Everything was great except that the reception staff indicated a 100 pound hold taken from my credit card on checkin. It was actually $380 odd dollars - nearly double the amount suggested! The actual amount should be made clear up front. When I looked at my credit card to see what had actually been taken - I felt that the process was not transparent! In the end the amount debited for food was $174.12. Also I never received any invoice showing what this amount was for. A little unprofessional!

- ronhF5327FA (10/5): Enjoyable Stay at Royal Lancaster, London - Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff! It was our 35th wedding anniversary and the staff made it a special experience. The rooms are very nice with coffee provided in the room. It is across the street from Kensington Gardens so plenty of opportunity for beautiful walks. Location is close to downtown but doesn't have the traffic of downtown. Several of the Hop-on, Hop-off busses stop very near the hotel.

We had lunch in the bar and Monica was exceptional. The cheese was very tasty. The only thing I would mention os the latte was £7, the glass it came in wasnt even full. This seems rather pricey, even for a five star. * also requested it extra hot and it came lukewarm warm. We certainly would not return for coffee or breakfast but possibly would for lunch.

Wonderful location across from Hyde Park and very short walk to The Swan, a proper English pub. The staff at the hotel will do everything to make the stay memorable. Tyana at the front desk really went out of her way at checkout to get us a much needed Diet Coke… thank you!

- chowm2 (10/5): Fantastic hotel with incredible staff - We recently stayed for a week at the Royal Lancaster London. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. The concierge staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast staff consistently went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend the breakfast! The location was very convenient. Only a ten minute walk from Paddington Station where we arrived via the Heathrow Express. Also, the Lancaster Gate underground station was a 3 minute walk. After a full day of sightseeing, we were always happy to return to our comfortable room. We would gladly stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Steps from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, close to Paddington train station and Lancaster Gate underground station, as well as easy access to the bus and taxis. The hotel is quiet with a luxury but not pretentious vibe. Our room was spacious with a fantastic view through a wall of windows over Hyde Park to the London skyline. The king bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large with a wonderful walk in shower. The restaurants and bar were very good, especially the breakfast buffet, and the service everywhere was above and beyond. A wonderful stay.

- Agnieszka (9/5): Elegancki Londyn - Świetna obsługa i pyszne śniadania. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i elegancki wystrój. To już kolejny mój pobyt w tym hotelu i niestety tym razem w pokoju był dosyć nieprzyjemny zapach. Oczywiście nie było to bardzo utrudniające pobyt, ale jednak :)

- Andrew (10/5): Top Notch hotel, and staff - The staff was very pleasant, and accommodating. Saturday afternoon tea was amazing for a gluten free traveler. Non-alcoholic sparkling wine, and a selection of teas. The room was beautiful and comfortable. My new favorite hotel!
- MattSpurs (10/5): Exceptional Quality - Nice hotel, well located for shopping, Hyde Park and sightseeing. The reception/lobby and communal areas are well maintained and staff very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and contained everything we needed including a shoe horn, one thing a lot of hotels forget. The toiletries are good quality. Bed was comfortable, could have done with a firmer pillow but nonetheless it was a comfortable stay. It’s very quiet, one of the quietest stays I have had and the doors close quietly so doesn’t interrupt sleep. Overall I nice hotel for a London stay

Special thanks to the people attending at rhe entrance Vincent and Miriam at the restaurant (always kind and helpfull). Everyrhing went well, perhaps not very good service at breakfast when is crowded.
- JulieJ513 (10/5): Lovely hotel and great service! - My flight was cancelled so I booked this hotel last minute, mainly because it was a short ride to Heathrow. I was stressed out with my travel plans changing, but upon my arrival, the hotel made me feel comfortable. Colin at the front desk answered all my questions about laundry, buying more clothes and the hotel. Robert the doorman gave lovely recommendations for dinner and walking, which we did! So it was a lovely stay! My room was very quiet.

The guest relations team give such a personal touch to the experience and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who so promptly responded to any requests. Stunning views of the park and London Skyline from the room, prime location for anyone visiting London! Everything is so accessible. Would definitely recommend to anyone discovering London or revisiting and we’re looking forward to booking again in the future!

Loved the Bees and honeycomb references throughout. Especially the lights in the breakfast room designed as drips of honey. Spotless room. The most attentive Maître d’, Monir at breakfast. Well located adjacent to Hyde Park and within pleasant walking distance of Landon’s West End and conveniently close to Paddington and the Heathrow express. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful and the rooms are well appointed and exceptionally clean.
- Seattlebeachlover (10/5): Amazing staff - The staff throughout the hotel from the front desk, restaurants and housekeeping were all so kind and friendly. Also thoroughly efficient, professional and prompt with everything asked of them. We had a gorgeous family suite on the 17th floor with panoramic views of the city. Decadent bathroom, comfortable beds, Nespresso machine..we hardly wanted to leave. The buffet breakfast was excellent and proximity to Hyde Park across the street was great!

- HUSSAIN (10/5): - Was the perfect location, walking distance to Hyde Park and lots of food places close by which makes it easy with Edgware Road being very close with loads of choices for food. Marble Arch is also close by for shopping needs and entertainment. Hotel staff were brilliant, and had a very comfortable and pleasant welcome. Only downside was the classic room we stayed it, 2 beds joined together to make a double bed which makes it uncomfortable to sleep

- salt_and_pepper00 (10/5): Royal Lancaster breakfast service is the best ! - ⸻ I keep coming back to the Royal Lancaster London because of the incredible hospitality and warmth from the breakfast team, especially Miss Nertila, who is an exceptional supervisor. She consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Every morning, her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail create such a positive atmosphere. She and her team make me feel like family each time I stay at the hotel, which is why I always look forward to returning!

- ZNR2019 (10/5): Would absolutely recommend - The hotel is so well located - pretty central, walking distance from Marble Arch and right opposite Hyde Park. Views on higher floors are spectacular - and it sits right on top of a tube station. The staff are really excellent - team on the door, reception and the restaurant staff. They make you feel welcome and they try to accommodate so much. Whilst the rooms can be quite small, they are very well proportioned and designed. One the occasion that I had an issue, the Front of House manager really took ownership and went above and beyond. My only real "complaint" is the gym. The different machines haven't really been thought through. It's small-ish, but you can do alot more even with the limited space.
