A carpete do quarto estava suja; 2. O pequeno almoço achei fraco (ovos mexidos feitos com imenso oleo e não havia variedade de pão nem de fruta); 3. Não tivemos shampoo nem gel de banho na nossa casa de banho durante 3 dias.

Ich verbringe sehr gern meinen Aufenthalt dort, wenn ich in London bin; und das bereits zum 4. Mal. Unsere Zimmerqualität wurde durch anhaltende Brummgeräusche vom Flur beeinträchtigt. Das Problem konnte auch durch die maintenance Crew nicht behoben werden.

- Giuseppe (6/5): Soggiorno nella norma. Non so se ritornerò perché il rapporto qualità prezzo è troppo alto. - Posizione ottima perché a pochi metri dalla stazione metro di Gloucester Road. La colazione abbondantissima ma di qualità nella media. Letto confortevole a 2 piazze molto comodo e grande. Avevo richiesto una camera ad un piano alto, ma mi è stata assegnata una camera al secondo piano. I mobili della camera erano datati seppur in buono stato. Asciugacapelli non funzionava correttamente (temperatura tiepida che va sul freddo). La TV aveva pochi canali e non satellitari. Per il prezzo pagato è sinceramente eccessivo.

- Rachel (5/5): Great position, hotel is old, cleaning should be improved and staff need to be happier! - The location was great, next to the underground station, many restaurants close by. The room was larger than expected When I went to my room for the first time, I was disapointed at being the last room on the level - as a single female, i felt quite uncompfortable having to walk the long distance. When entering my room I went to the bathroom to find a poo from the previous guest - I did inform the reception and they offered to move me, but I requested they give the room a full clean instead. There are no tissues nor cotton buds, shower cap etc. that you would normally find in a 4* hotel. The welcome message on the TV was addresed to the previous guests - I had informed the reception multiple times over 3 days and it was only changed when i informed them that they have provided me with another guests name which was illegal - suprisingly it was removed the following morning (I wouldn't normally care, but my husband was joining me for the last night and i didn't was him to think I had been there with someone else!)

Our room had two double beds for a family of 4 but didnt leave much room for luggage. The aircon didnt work well (and the window could only open a fraction) but was adjusted for our second night. Bathroom a bit old. We asked for early checkin or a room to change in after a long haul flight but the hotel could only offer us the disabled bathroom to change in which was a big negative for us- we thought the hotel could have done better in this regard.

Two smaller covers in the bed instead of one huge one. And the eternal sound of other room doors banging when shutting automatically. This is a problem in most hotels.There must be something to be done about this !!!!Some type of quieting lining or so...

- Nina (10/5): Great hotel - Great location near underground station. Lots of restaurants and cafe's and bakeries around. The bar staff was quite slow and did forget a few orders.
- Denise (3/5): Lovely staff 10/10 hotel 3/10 - The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly The hotel is old, dated, needs refurbishing. My window was missing one of the secondary double glazed units. The shower fixing fell off I put it back on myself. The staff made up for the lack of substance in the hotel. No room service after 10pm . After being at a concert coming back to not being able to get a snack or drink .

- Aisling (6/5): Nice hotel , staff very helpful and friendly but very disappointed with the rooms - Hotel stay in general was good but found the rooms to be run down and old especially for the price , musty smell in the room and in the corridors , rooms are in a bad need of updating. The rooms need to be updated very old and look shabby

- Anastacia (5/5): Shambles but comfortable bed . - Really comfortable beds . Fantastic location Checked in to a room that stank of cigarette smoke and fag ash in bathroom sink. Called down to reception to change rooms to be told someone would come to room . No one showed up after 20 minutes. We had to to go back to reception. Food: Ordered 2 dishes, one was fine, one was completely different then what was ordered. Called at 5AM to be told MY SON Called reception . You can imagine how worried I was. Only for reception staff to have got the WRONG room number. SHOCKING!

Metropolitana dietro l'angolo, attrazioni principali di Londra raggiungibili in pochissime fermate, zona tranquillissima con bar e ristoranti, a due passi dal Museo di Storia naturale. Dimensioni camere adeguata, letti comodi. Preferirei sempre la doccia piuttosto che la vasca da bagno, ma magari in altre camere i servizi sono differenti. Avrei preferito si potesse aprire la finestra ma capisco che magari per questioni di sicurezza risulta un problema per strutture del genere.

- Andrew (8/5): It was a short overnight stay , well worth the money - Didn’t have breakfast , location was amazing , concierge could see I was limping having just had a knee operation so I was able to park right outside Room 269 had 2 double beds but the room decor hasn’t been upgraded like some of the other rooms
- Pam (8/5): Convenient, reasonably priced hotel with easy access to Central London - On this occasion we literally wanted a bed for the night as we were attending an event at the Royal Albert Hall so we didn’t eat any meals or use any facilities outside our room. It would have been lovely if the bar had stayed open a little later than 10pm as we would have liked to sit in there and have a chat, drink and snack after our event rather than buying a couple of cans and snacks from the local Tesco to have in our room.
- Vivian (9/5): - Location - right next to underground and easy walking distance to the major national museums. Cooked breakfast items not very warm.
- Andrew (8/5): Location great, some issues - Location very good and convenient for our needs. Spacious room and comfortable bed and bath. We had a small issue with a leaking ceiling which happened in the middle of the night and so didn’t report it until the morning. The floor was Wet and towels soaked up most of it. This appeared to have not been a one off as the room had a slight damp musty smell on arrival.
- Mustafa Khalid (3/5): Bad experience, the lobby is extremely grand but the rooms were terrible. - The location was good and has lots of restaurants and grocery stores around the area as well as the tube station Booked a double room, got ‘upgraded’ into a family room that had 2 beds and was extremely dirty. There were stains everywhere and the washroom was extremely untidy as well as the towels and didn’t even have extra amenities, told to call reception to get them, but reception never picks up. No water bottles available and mini fridge was also empty.

- José (8/5): - Helpful staff and location is very good. While I appreciate the option of privacy, refresh and full cleaning of the bedroom. By opting for “refresh” I expected that bin liners would actually be replaced and the bin was not left in the middle of the room disassembled.
