- Brian (9/5): If you want ‘a home away from home’ then this is the hotel for you. - The location is just perfect…close to everything, vibrant area and great shopping. The hotel has great staff and the club floor crew were extremely friendly and welcoming. Food and drinks were very good in the lounge. The hotel itself needs an upgrade however value for money and service I give it 10 out of 10. My stay was not long enough.
- Clancy (10/5): A vibrant hotel in the middle of the city - I stayed at the hotel twice because I loved it so much the first time. The rooms were beautiful. Spacious and well planned with everything I needed for my stay. The location is a wow factor. In the middle of a busy part of the city. Shops all around and market just down the road. Everyone was wonderful. From the moment the door was opened to greet me, reception to record my details, my beautiful room and breakfast the next day. I had room service one night too and that was a delicious meal. I'll be back there for sure one day.

- alexcM4480KG (8/5): Lovely stay at the Grand Millennium - The hotel was well located in Bukit Bintang. Enjoyed our stay there, spent some time relaxing by the pool. There was a good spread of cuisine in the breakfast restaurant. The staff in the restaurant were all very friendly and efficient. Special mention to Wan, Mubarak and Razali for their friendliness. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to use the club lounge, hope that we'll do if we ever return to KL. Regards, Alex

- C72IRdavidb (10/5): Grand Millenium club room - We had an excellent time at grand millenium. We used the club room everyday and we could not fault it. The staff, run by Anna were absolutely amazing. From the time we checked we were well looked after. Each time we had a slightly unusual request they were so helpful and accommodating. Danial, Wilson, Vee and Shima were always so helpful and charming in their manner and approach. The club room provided the perfect, relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the streets and shopping malls.

Special thanks to Shima, Liz, Vee, Wilson & Sanjet for their kindness & hospitality at the Club Lounge. Location of hotel is unbeatable with Pavilion mall just directly beside, and because its Raya celebrations you can see fireworks directly from your room too!

- Helmut (8/5): - Großes Zimmer, leider hinter dem Panoramalift den man Tag und Nacht alle paar Sekunden bis Minuten hört. Ansonsten alles gut. Zimmer 819 genau hinter dem Panoramalift, den man Tag und Nacht hört.
- Marie (7/5): - De locatie. Centraal gelegen en goede verbindingen naar andere delen van de stad via monorail of metro. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Luidruchtige airco die niet uit kon, bed wel comfortabel maar bewoog helemaal mee als je partner zicht omdraait. Hierdoor slecht geslapen.
