- Josephine (10/5): Phenomenal Elegant and comfy - Amazing experience at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney, we only stayed 1 night for a business meeting but the service from all the staff from the concierge to the front desk, luggage delivery, the room service and the checkout was above my expectation each staff had a smile on their face very friendly and proffessional, the room was very clean and the bedding was absolutely phenomenal very comfortable felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, very impressed with the amenities were also top notch, the location is super convenient being so close to the rocks and circular quay, the Gym was clean and had all the equipment needed for a proper session, didn’t get to try the spa but maybe next time. Also the hotel is pet friendly and looking to book with my furry freinds next time. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but the room service food at night was delicious. Super impressed and will definitely come back when we get the chance thank you Four Seasons big tick in my book. It was surprising to see there was evening room cleaning, we came back from from dinner around 8pm there was a Room Cleaner inside our room. Not a negative just surprising as we only staying for 1 night

The room is small and the view is not fantastic but I was comfortable There was a giant penis on the mirror splashback in the kitchen area so when you boil the kettle this giant penis and balls appeared in the steam. When brought up to the attention of staff upon our exit they said our drinks that were on the tab were complementary. This was a lie and never happened. Multiple emails were once responded and then completely ghosted incredibly poor service. Oh and the bedspread upside down.

- Holly (10/5): The deluxe full harbour view room is worth every penny! - The deluxe full harbour view room was absolutely unreal and worth every penny! The hotel staff in general, and particularly the door attendants were so friendly and made me feel very welcome - holding bags for you bringing them to your room, opening car doors and taking the time to speak to you and make sure you’re enjoying your stay. These smaller gestures make such a huge impact and leave a fantastic impression. The in room dining was amazing and the restaurant serves a lovely steak frites and wagyu burger. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants something relaxing and luxurious in Sydney.

First time we've stayed at the Four Seasons and given we'll be travelling up every two months to visit an elderly aunt, this is our new go-to. The staff were outstanding - welcoming and happy to go the extra mile (they kept the buffet breakfast open for us because we arrived just on closing). The room we stayed in was extremely well priced for Sydney CBD and the hotel itself is located about 100m from Circular Quay. We had a seriously lovely stay and we will be back. There was absolutely nothing to dislike. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was lovely, the location is wildly convenient and the staff were amazing.

I forgot my phone charger and so housekeeping brought one up straight away. Staff were all exceptionally helpful and courteous. - Ben (10/5): Luxurious and perfect location for a night in the city. - The receptionist at the welcome desk was extremely friendly and kind. More from the room amazing and having the room refreshed even whilst we were out to dinner was amazing service. Nothing - just wish we had more time to make use of facilities.

- Elina (9/5): Absolutely worth it - Comfortable room with a great view and excellent location. Having both a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom was a huge bonus. The outside pool and gym were a nice addition. Breakfast was delicious and the selection was amazing. The walls are maybe a bit too thin, you can hear too well when other people exit their rooms and talk.
