Camera ordinata e spaziosa, letto confortevole, nonostante il traffico intenso nelle ore di punta nel vicino Corso Umberto non abbiamo percepito nulla grazie alle finestre insonorizzate. Host Giovanni presente e disponibile per ogni necessità. Se dovessi ritornare a Napoli farò certamente riferimento a questa struttura.

The room was very nice and clean, we even had a balcony, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was also very clean. Special thanks and compliments to “Paola”, she walked us through the whole check-in and check-out process via WhatsApp. She was always available for questions and requests, very helpful. One last note, the elevator only works if you put in a 20 cent coin. There’s a bowl with 20-cent coins on the reception desk upstairs, but if you’re coming in for the first time make sure you have a 20-cent coin with you. Since it is actually one big building with rooms there's no breakfast facilities and you get breakfast coupons for every day of your stay and get your breakfast at the nearby Il Caffe di Napoli, a 2-minute walk away. Not many choices for breakfast (several types of croissant, pastries) but the coffee was great.

El café del desayuno (si pides capuchino)te lo echan de una jarra ya preparada, medio frío y todo leche. Las paredes son de papel. Se escucha todo, si en ka habitación de al lado son ruidosos no se puede descansar. El suelo podía estar más limpio.

• Elena (8/5): Todo muy correcto - Un lugar bien situado y una habitación confortable. A menos que lo pidas, la habitación no la limpian ni se cambian las toallas en tres días. Es cierto que, en cuanto lo solicitamos, se hizo la limpieza de la habitación. Por otro lado, hay una luz en el pasillo que detecta el movimiento y se enciende continuamente durante la noche. Creo que será fácil de arreglar para próximas estancias.

• Juan (8/5): Buen lugar cerca de la estación central de Nápoles - El departamento está a 10 minutos a pie de la estación central de trenes, lo que es muy práctico para llegar y partir o para moverse por tren a otros destinos. También está a 5 minutos a pie de una estación de metro. Es una zona muy céntrica y a minutos a pie del barrio histórico. La habitación es muy cómoda, muy limpia y hacen la limpieza de la habitación todos los días. No hay gente permanente en el lugar pero la comunicación se hace por whatsapp y funcionó muy bien. Se coordina por whatsapp la recepción al momento de la llegada para poder acceder a la habitaición.

Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju, kawa i herbata do dyspozycji. Pokoje komfortowe i bardzo czyste. Lodówka w pokoju. W budynku jest winda z której można korzystać. POLECAM!!!!
• Jacqueline (7/5): Clean and tidy accommodation in a central location - The room was comfortable and clean. There was a small fridge that we could put drinks in. Check in was great and Jeanette gave us some helpful local information. The accommodation was less like a hotel and more like a boarding house. Our room was nice, but there were no chairs in our room and no sitting area within the accommodation, so if you wanted to sit, you had to sit in bed. We couldn't get the codes for the doors to work, we had to use the keys as an alternative.

• Winnie (9/5): Large, clean room with communicative host - Large and clean rooms. We had the family room, and the two bedrooms were separated from one another, so you can enjoy some time alone or adjust the AC settings differently than your companions. Good shower pressure and also working drains. Very efficient communication, they even suggested places to eat and visit. We also really appreciated that they allowed us to leave our bags early, they even went the extra mile to clean the room so we can check in early. Sometimes there's a mild seawater or sulfur smell coming from the shower drains after use, but if you just close the bathroom doors, it's fine.

Les produits dans la salle de bains La gentillesse et la réactivité de Jeannette La vétusté de la chambre et l'odeur d'égout persistant. L'insonorisation de la chambre (on a subi les ronflements du voisin et les bagarres nocturnes). L'état général de l'immeuble et de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner qui ne comprend qu'un café (ou une boisson) et une viennoiserie sucrée. Si vous manger salé comme nous, il n'y a rien et même en donnant 3 vouchers il est difficile d'avoir plus.... Il y a 2 ou 3 pauvres sachets de thés et pas de réapprovisionnement dans la semaine. Trop cher pour les prestations ! Ne parlons pas du centre ville qui est hyper bruyant et très très très sale...

• Verified traveler (6/5): Beware…no lobby with receptionist ,no bag drop off - BEWARE…no lobby with receptionist. It WASN’T clearly stated. It was a surprise to me and I had never experienced this type of check in. I’m used to dropping off luggage if I arrive early, but this wasn’t an option for this type of establishment. Guessing this is the future of efficient, low cost stays. The staff did everything they could to help, including an earlier check in. Just saying that the info was buried in the “AT A GLANCE” section , rather than “POLICIES” section. From what I understand, this is more and more common in Europe. I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels over the years, but guess there’s a first time for everything.

Frühstück gibt's mit einem Voucher in einem nahegelegenen Cafe. Brioche und Cappuccino.

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What made our experience even better was Jeanette. She was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with everything related to our stay. She gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and things to do in the area. Jeanette was always available and made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.

• Francisco (10/5): Great stay in Naples - We had a fantastic stay at Cuore Napoletano. Saw other reviews about access to the property after hours, but we had no issues at all, we were offered remote checkin but I preferred in person. Yes they do not have a reception with a person there, but they are super responsive on whatsapp, Jeanette was assigned to check us in. She was in constant communication with us and waiting for us at the property, she did our checking super fast, was very friendly, showed us how everything worked and suggested many places to eat, some of her suggestions were the best restaurants we tried. Sunday night the wifi was not working, I contacted her on WhatsApp and she answered within seconds, showed us how to reset the router! Superb service from Jeanette and Coure Napolitano! I would stay here 100% if I am coming back to Naples. The place is super conveniently located, 10 min walk to train station, 5-7 min walk to Metro station. And very close to historic centre. We didnt use the breakfast service, we like to try different places to eat and this was not a feature we cared much about… All in all, great experience, great location, great price,and awesome service from Jeanette!!! Only minor thing was that the mini fridge in our room was not working properly, and there could be from time to time some sewage smell coming from the toilet, that went away after some water use.

• Mandy (6/5): - We vonden het jammer dat er niemand was om ons persoonlijk te ontvangen, ondanks het ruim op tijd doorgeven van onze verwachte aankomsttijd. Het contact via WhatsApp verliep wel goed. Om de codes te krijgen voor het betreden van het verblijf werd gevraagd kopieën van onze paspoorten via WhatsApp te sturen. Dat was wel een beetje een gedoe in de rij van de Alibus op het vliegveld... Het verblijf zelf was prima. We hadden gevraagd om single beds en kregen deze ook. De airco, tv, douche, koelkast e.d. werken allemaal goed. Er wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt alleen worden handdoeken en beddengoed niet dagelijks vervangen. Dagelijks nieuwe handdoeken vind ik persoonlijk wel wat frisser maar dat kon alleen tegen bijbetaling. Overigens zaten er ook 4 flesjes water in de koelkast bij aankomst, dat werd ook gewaardeerd. Last but not least, de locatie is top, op loopafstand van het centrum, station en diverse eettentjes. Wel soms wat rumoerig in de avond.

The room had a funny smell and the location was fine but we did stay in another location previously which was far better. Breakfast was very average.

The hotel is in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood (not really a dangerous one, just one that is scary for someone who has never been to Naples). The host expected me to give him a precise arrival time so he could meet me and give me a key -- impossible for someone flying in for the first time and then relying on the city bus. The breakfast is served at a cafe a block away. The cafe was fine - but I had specifically booked this room and not others becuase it was advertised as "a bed and breakfast" which in my language means the host lives onsite and serves breakfast onsite. I had enough trouble operating the keys to the front door that I did not go out in the evening for fear of not being able to get back in.

Nous avons choisi cette guesthouse car très bien située : proche de la station Garibaldi qui permet de voyager autant en ville qu’au delà ( nous avons été à Sorrento et Pompéi). Chambre très propre, lit fait tous les jours ainsi que le ménage. Giovanni a été très accueillant en nous donnant tous les bons conseils de visite ou de restauration!! Nous reviendrons!!
• Aristotelis (9/5): Superb - We stay 3 nights it was very nice, nice location near the station and 10-15 minutes from the Centre. There is also a metro station near. The bed was very comfortable. And also Jeanette the Girl that she welcome us was very kind friendly and helpful and she answered all of my qustions. I reccomend it.
• Martin (10/5): - Really liked the option for 2 rooms, so we could park the kids elsewhere. The breakfast cafe was really good, the cornettos were always fresh (with plenty of chocolate/pistachio cream stuffing) and the coffee was good.
• Marta (9/5): Highly recommend - Apartment was great. Standard was high for this price. Location was awesome. Giovani was extremely helpful, recommended us places that were spot on. It was our third time in Naples, and this stay was the best.
• Paul (10/5): - Excellent property a short walk from both the main train station and the old historic centre. Free coffee machine. Helpful staff who sent recommendations. Only downside is that it isn't staffed at all times so you have to arrange beforehand the time you will arrive to get keys etc. Would stay stay again. Thank you.
• Sarah (10/5): - Tiviana was a great host. She met us, showed us to our room. Gave us advice on food, bag storage etc. Very very helpful. Great central location. Very clean, spacious apartment.
• Lorenzo (10/5): - Comodissimo per chi arriva in treno e per visitare Napoli. La posizione un po' appartata lo rende silenzioso. Check in fatto con professionalità e simpatia da Giovanni, fonte di spunti turistici. In un appartamento ristrutturato con gusto sono state create le stanze. La nostra era quella con la doppia camera che, per qualche euro in piú, suggerisco a chi viaggia con i figli. Sarebbe utile fare una piccola manutenzione straordinaria per porre rimedio ai piccoli "danni" da uso "turistico" intensivo in modo da preservare la bellezza di questa struttura prima che perda le sue caratteristiche. Ottima la pulizia, tante coccole non scontate, dalla piantina turistica della città alla ciottolina con i ventini per l'ascensore (anche se noi siamo del team scale). Insomma una scelta da fare se venite questa città.

• Maker (9/5): Superb - The staff were excellent, we were being difficult customers with them (lots of demands and requests) and they were calm, collective, and super polite and still stayed very helpful with us and for that i give them an 11/10. The suite itself was lovely, very clean and comfotable. We only had a short stay but it was perfect for us. It was only 5mins from the train station which made it easy for us upon arrival/departure and also easy for us to get to the bus station for pompei. The appartment because it was situated at the top end of town meant that it was great to do a big loop through the old tourist part of town, into the town center and then back to the appartment with a chance to experience all that naples had to offer in a big easy trip. The staff were great in offering adivce on what to see and where it was located from the appartment, and very helpful in offering suitable resturants near by. Naples is crazy busy (xmas time) with motorbikes that seem to appear out of magic portals anywhere in the city so keep your eyes peeled.
• Glenn (10/5): A very nice place. - Room was very modern and well kept. Just off a main street but far enough so there wasn't any noise. A short walk from the train station. The lock to the apartment was a little hard to operate.
• Wei (8/5): Close to train station, clean - Nice and clean, close to the train station. A bit of trouble with the self-check in but once we got inside it was clean and all good As others have experienced, the first door for self check-in doesn’t always work, had to call the hostess several times, in the end a nice old couple who live in the building let us in. Could hear some bar music on a Monday night but it stopped at midnight so was fine.
• Angus (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect. Giovanni kindly suggested the Ferry from Salerno to Amalfi. A great way to arrive and avoid the mountain bus, made the trip!
