Aidura Madiha (10/5): Wonderful stay. Will be back again soon. - The room is quite spacious. The bathroom is equipped with a good rain shower and the toilet has a remote controlled high-tech washlet. The pools and gardens make you feel like you are in a sprawling resort and not in a city centre. The buffet at the Straits Kitchen serves a variety of delicious dishes. There is also a clean and good-sized prayer room (surau) which you can use on the ground floor. Nothing.

Li-Chi (1/5): Great location, but disappointing service and disorganized experience - I travel quite a lot for work, so I tend to value efficiency and thoughtful service when choosing where to stay. At Grand Hyatt Singapore, the location is definitely a strong point - very convenient, great access to food, and easy to walk around the city. If location is your main priority, it works well. However, the overall hotel experience felt quite incoherent. The layout is not intuitive - the lobby is far from the elevators leading to the rooms, and you have to navigate through crowds to get there. What made it more frustrating was that the front desk staff didn’t guide me at all on where to go, so I ended up wandering around trying to figure it out myself. It felt unnecessarily time-consuming. The room itself was decent, but overall the stay felt underwhelming for the price being charged. What was most disappointing, though, was how my luggage situation was handled. Singapore Airlines had misplaced my luggage, and I specifically asked the front desk to notify me via WhatsApp once it arrived. No one did. I had to follow up two to three times. When they finally showed me proof of delivery, it turned out the luggage had been delivered to the wrong room - despite me clearly stating I hadn’t received anything. My belongings were essentially given to a completely random room, which was quite upsetting. Overall, while the location is great, the lack of service, poor communication, and disorganized experience made the stay disappointing. Wendy (9/5): Nice hotel in a happening location - Location is excellent, in between corners of Scotts Rd and Orchard Road, plenty of shops and food options. Just 1 min walk to the MRT station so super conveniet for getting around Singapore. Staff are friendly and helpful, and check-in and out procedures were very efficient. We stayed on the Grand Wing which is a bit of a walk to the swimming pool, but it's okay. The room is a bit small, not able to fit in an extra bed.

Simon (3/5): Disappointing and very stressful - not for business travelers - Room is spacious well designed and has a beautiful shower. The space for luggage is too small for bigger luggage (>20kg). The worst part in my opinion is however that rooms are attentive which I would not have expected for such a standard and related price per night. I also asked after my first night of bad sleep through booking to cancel my second night as I needed to have focus for work, however the hotel did not answer for hours, which was not understandable to me. Breakfast is nicely made - for me even a bit too exclusive (I missed "average" food - and was way too crowded and therefore quite stressful and not very intimate at the table. I did not book therefore a second breakfast. Downgrading my rating from 6 to 3 stars due to unacceptable post-stay service. Despite staying 5 weeks ago and sending 4 follow-up messages via Booking.com, the hotel has failed to provide an official invoice. I require this document for company expense reimbursement. Polite staff, but the lack of basic administrative support is a dealbreaker for business travelers.

Khanisorn (4/5): - The room was very nice after the renovations, with a fresh and modern feel. All the amenities were well-maintained and added to a comfortable stay. Overall, a pleasant experience. The check-in staff appeared inexperienced and handled the process poorly. They complained that not all guest names were provided, even though the booking was made under a single reservation. Requiring phone numbers and emails for every guest felt unnecessary and unreasonable, and their tone of communication was quite rude. Additionally, an incident with the security/valet staff around 1 AM near the basement bar was very uncomfortable. The staff member behaved in a disrespectful manner, shining a light directly at guests’ faces and following us toward the elevator while questioning whether we were hotel guests. This felt intrusive and unprofessional. Overall, the service standards need significant improvement.

To date the property / booking.com has not responded to a single message weeks later. Check and see for yourself! Face to face the property said I need to contact booking.com, the property does not respond via booking.com
WAN KHATINA (10/5): Centrally-located hotel - The rooms were superb, big, and comfortable. The amenities were well-thought out for travellers. Breakfast was great - the Laksa Singapore has got to be one of the best laksa in town! Friendly and welcoming staff.

ERIK (9/5): Super séjour - Très bel hôtel, très bien situé, le personnel est très gentil, les bars et Restaurants sont à la hauteur de l’Hôtel. Les espaces verts et les piscines sont magnifiques Les WC Hommes au niveau de la réception/Lobby , sont toujours "dégeulasses" excusez-moi l'expression. j'y suis allé chaque jours et a différentes heures, je ne les ai jamais trouvés propres... Donc, soit tout le monde à la tourista dans cet Hôtel, ce qui parait peu probable, soit la direction doit absolument augmenter les rotations de nettoyage des WC Hommes... A part ce désagrément, tout le reste était au top !

Tengku Putra (9/5): An enjoyable short stay. - Really loved the little reading space in the room. Room design and lighting was excellent as well. Bed and pillows was comfy. Overall a good experience for me and my wife. The iron was a little dirty when i used it to iron my clothes. The hanger was quite dusty as well. The TV remote controller requires a bit of pressing to be used as it was not registering.
