• Mark (8/5): Stayed here a few times, would like to do that more often, if these things can be fixed. Photos show missing lamps and u - Location and staff were great Our room had no bedside lamps, they were missing as it was newly refurbished. There were no labels on the privacy switch and so we did not know what it was for. Biggest issue was the shower, which flooded the bathroom floor and the tiles are like ice when that happens

• Inez (4/5): Teleurstellend - De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en dat alles wat super proper was Wij verbleven 3 nachten waarvan we 2 nachten geen oog hebben dichtgedaan wegens dat het personeel constant op de gang aan het opruimen waren. Tot 2u ‘s nachts, zelfs na melding te maken aan de receptie en aan hun rechtstreeks werd er geen rekening mee gehouden. Heel teleurstellend om zoveel geld te betalen en dan zo een slechte nachtrust te hebben gehad. Het ontbijt was ook zeer teleurstellend, heel beperkt!

• Patchima (8/5): Love this place, anyway. - The location is very close to Green Park Station. The hotel feels clean and safe, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are all very nice and kind. Breakfast could be better — no fresh vegetables, and the menu was quite repetitive. Housekeeping removed my used shower cap but didn’t replace it with a new one, and the handheld bidet was a bit difficult to use. The soap and body lotion also made my skin feel itchy, though I’m not sure if it was just me. The drinking glasses in the room were not cleaned properly and still had faint lipstick marks on them, although plenty of bottled water was provided. Still, these were only minor issues. Overall, I’m happy with my stay 👌

• Feroz (1/5): - I’ve stayed more than few times, but this time my room was overlooking the building site, and there was a constant loud drilling noise from 3pm until I left the room about 5pm and again the drilling started at 8am in the morning, I know it’s not the hotels fault, I just thought I’d bring it to your attention. The hotel manager and someone else were very nice and asked me if I wanted to move rooms, and I said it’s fine.

• Liat (10/5): - המלון ממוקם מצוין, קרוב לכל אמצעי התחבורה וניתן רגלית להגיע לכל מקום בשכונה יפהפיה ובטוחה. הצוות מקסים ויוצא מגדרו למלא כל בקשה. תודה מיוחדת לזינה שנתנה לנו שירות אדיב ומקצועי בקבלה, קיבלנו ממנה שדרוג חדר וכניסה מוקדמת לחדר. הניקיון מופתי בחדר ובכל חלקי המלון, החדר מרווח ומפנק וארוחת הבוקר יוצאת מן הכלל והשירות שם ללא דופי. תודה רבה הפכתם את שהותנו בלונדון למושלמת, נמליץ בחום ונחזור!! שהחופשה הסתיימה.
